Soooo listen to this ????????? I complained FROM DAY 1 of moving in I couldn’t deal with the BROKEN BOARD in the ceiling ?? Arkansas River Apartments REFUSED to fix it to the point I offered to move units NOPE THEY REFUSED!! I can’t sleep kids can’t sleep this has became a safety & mental issue idk when they gone fall through the ceiling OH maintenance or nobody NEVER EVER CAME and heard this to even address it SHAME ON THEM!!! 3years I’ve endured pure misery I’ll win in court against them tho bc it’s that serious with me.. You’ve been warned
