The neighborhood Is beautiful and convenient most things are within walking distance. The staff is pleasant, courteous, and helpful. They will go out of their way to be of service my apartment is beautiful and modern anytime I need a maintenance more often than not it’s within two hours. You can always reach someone by phone if not, you can put in request through your renters hub. For me until and unless I’m buying this is where I plan living. I am not someone that’s being paid to write reviews. I actually live here and these are my honest thoughts and feelings about living at Arlington club Apartments

The apartments and grounds are nice but the management is negligent if you have an issue. You can not reach anyone via phone and the only way to get their attention to address an unhealthy living situation is by walking into the office or spamming every email you can find online. They do not treat their tenants with human decency. I’m currently on day 13 of having MUTLIPLE DEAD SKUNKS in my unit’s entrance. My son was sick from the smell, I have somewhere around $13,000 worth of damages (since the smell of skunk has sunk into ALL OF MY BELONGINGS), not to mention emotional distress. 1/7/22: Woke up at 4 AM to the worst smell I have EVER smelled. Like skunk, burnt motor oil, and burning rubber. I called the maintenance number to report it. 1/7/22, 9AM: I leave another message for the leasing office to make sure that my first message is treated with priority. My son is throwing up from the putrid smell and at this point I’m afraid it could be the heater due to the burnt oil smell. 1/7/22, 5:50PM: 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE OFFICE CLOSES FOR THE WEEKEND the maintenance manager closes both of my tickets with a note that on Tuesday 1/11 an Outdoor Wildlife Specialist would be coming out to the apartment. 1/7/22, 6:10PM: After frantically calling the main office number multiple times, I finally reach an actual person. They send out a maintenance guy within 5 minutes who walks into my apartment, tells me it’s a skunk and LEAVES. At this point I have received 0 help from the apartment, and my apartment still smells so bad both my son and I have headaches and are nauseous. I bought a plastic tarp and sealed myself, my dog, and my son in on a second story apartment to try and keep the smell from traveling too far into the apartment. MONDAY 1/10: They have their Outdoor Wildlife Specialist come out. The Wildlife guy, and the office tell me there is nothing they can do. FRIDAY 1/14: They FINALLY have the wildlife guy come back and he finds a dead skunk. TUESDAY 1/18: I send an email to 3 different e-mails that are online to get ahold of staff and in their resident app. This must have gotten their attention as they send their wildlife guy back out and find a SECOND dead skunk. They also send out a "skunk specialist:. He states that my apartment is worse than a type 3 skunk spray (Which he defines online as the worst kind of spray). After he is in the apartment trying to get rid of the smell the ever-persistent smell is back, just as strong.
Noisy, bugs, old apartments, management is unresponsive.
I live in the Arlington Club for almost a year. I like everything. On the territory, there is a park for walking and running and a couple of swimming pools. The staff is helpful and friendly. I will recommend it to my friends.

I like this complex. Quiet and calm neighbors. Every evening we enjoy a walk in our park. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The staff is super friendly and our last maintenance request was closed in the next business day!
