Property Ratings at Arlington Heights Apartments
I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have really enjoyed my experience. Pros: Great location, easy to get to the city and to OSU campus. Newly renovated, lots of space Good price Kind and helpful management Cons: Unfortunately, Riverside is a pretty noisy street so if you face it, expect to have some street noise It's an old building so it is a little bit stinky... however, it airs out fairly well Overall, I have really enjoyed living here!
With electric being the only bill required, this place is extremely affordable while in a great location (AC doesn’t seem to add onto the electric bill). New renovations are enhancing the apartment as well.
1 bedroom is small, but functional. Great for one person. Very basic, no amenities but that's reflected in the price! All utilities are included except for electric, and both air conditioning and heat run on gas so the utility bill is very low- you're basically only paying for your lights! Complex switches between heat and ac as the seasons change so that can get a little frustrating in the fall and spring if it's unseasonably warm or cold. But worth it if you're not picky and looking to save some money!
