Property Ratings at Arlington Park
I used to live here a long time ago and the management was really bad. I came in a couple of days ago and was greeted with a smile and a hand shake from the new manager Javara and she sold me on this property again. The area has really been upgraded, the community is close to everything. It’s quiet, peaceful and very well kept.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review! We appreciate your kind words and are thrilled to hear that you are pleased with the new management. It's always our goal to provide our residents with the best possible experience, and we're glad to hear that we've been successful in doing so!
Do not move here. There are severe mold issues and pest, nothing is as advertised, and they charge too much for rent. In the several years I've lived here there have been 5 leaks, all of which were left to leak for more than a week. Maintenance only painted over any water damage and left mold to grow. There are several spots in my apartment where the ceiling is dipping because they didn't replace after severe water damage. Maintenance staff also damages the property by leaving stains on carpets and not cleaning up after they try to fix any issue. One building on the property has also had a damaged roof with a tarp on it for almost two months - and management does nothing about this.

This complex is beautiful, the apartments are really nice, and best of all, the leasing office staff is amazing! When I had an issue, I went in and spoke with Sherry and she was absolutely amazing! She helped fix my problem right away, she was kind, professional, and so sweet. I also spoke with Keziah while I was there and she was so fun and funny and really made me feel right at ease. I have dealt with a lot of different staff members and lots of different apartment complexes and these ladies were some of the best, by far!!
Its a great place but the fact that some of us have to move because of a construction happening soon its ridiculous.. They should have the decency to move people with the same rent. We are loosing the pool, playground and the tennis court.. Seems that they are upgrading the apartments to make it look better but the once that have to leave cant afford the rent. They should of have some time of help for those that are moving out. Like the same rent for a different apartment within the complex, or some type of help with a discount on the next month rent at a new apartment within the complex.
I feel like a lot of the reviews here are by the management. It's not a good place to live. Very old and rundown. The stairs on nearly every apartment are nearly falling apart and rusted through. Most of the porches aren't covered. The playground is full of weeds and just dirt, no one uses it for that reason. The tennis court is all patchy and the fence around it is falling apart. The apartments look absolutely nothing like the pictures, they have a super dressed up apartment that should be some false advertising because none of the apartments have remotely any of the same features.
Community is pretty nice, very easy to miss.... It' s tuckeded away from the heavy traffic. The office staff is pleasant. My issue is for the cost of rent that you pay you should get better quilty , more knowledgeable and professional, maintenance service!!!!! Maintenance man takes a lengthy time to fix repairs. When he completes it, someone else have to redo it. Please it would be a more pleasurable living experience if you had better maintenance staff in place. If you move here just hope that you don't have to call maintenance for anything, very inconvenient and unprofessional service.

Thank you for your feedback! What our residents share we truly do listen, care, and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Would you be so kind to contact the leasing office? We would like the opportunity to speak with you. You are more than welcome to stay anonymous when calling as well. Look forward to hearing from you.
Disappointing. Make several visits before making a costly mistake. For the price you can get better quality in the area. Pictures on their site are misleading. Those are pictures of the model unit. Months ago the tv in the gym was ripped out and all you have is dangling wires. You are only paying for location. The swampy green water at the entrance will be the eventual reflection of your experiences at the property. Apartments are small and falling apart. Maintenance - is a headache. Glad that we moved. Because we now see how we were being ripped off.
Roaches! Roaches and Roaches! I had to request for pest control every month because of the roaches. Poor Lighting. Very dark!! Hidden fees and charges at the time of move out. No explanation whatsoever and if requested, they will threaten you about sending it to Collections! Stay away!
The office staff have been extremely friendly since I've moved in. From my first visit to today, they've been caring. Whenever I have a question Ryan is quick to get back to me with a response. The grounds are well-kept, maintenance is speedy and friendly.
My teenager and I recently relocated back to Georgia, and Our experience moving to Arlington Park at Wildwood has been so peaceful and positive. The neighborhood is conveniently located to everything we could need or want, easy access to highways, yet quiet and peacefully tucked away among trees and creeks. Both staff and neighbors have been nothing but welcoming and nice. Apartment is nicely updated, has character, and is extremely spacious, especially with the vaulted ceilings. We were able to quickly and easily move in and make it feel like home. We get nothing but compliments from visitors on how cozy and comfortable our apartment feels. The kitchen has a lot of storage and is larger than most I had seen, which was important to me. And our dog and cat are just as comfortable in our new home. The maintenance staff has always responded quickly to any need, and the office staff has been helpful and genuinely concerned that any needs are met. Overall, our experience has been very positive and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone In search of a quiet, peaceful place to call home.
I've lived at Arlington Park at Wildwood without any complaints really. Any issues I've ever had, i.e the washing machine not working, big bug invasion (ok it was like 4 bugs in 3 days but that's 1 too many for me) or the parking lot light not working, have always been fixed in a matter of hours if not one day. I think if you send in your problems online maintenance responds quicker and with more detail. The complex appears to be extra, dog-friendly lately and there are more kids than when I moved here but, that's fine, everyone is nice enough. Unfortunately, I think I have the only jinx-free apartment in my building. People are leaving in droves and their replacements aren't staying long. Oh well, it works for me, but renewal will mean a rent increase of about $70 and no new improvements to my unit or complex so I'm keeping my eyes open for something a little fancier for the price.
The front office is very nice. When I moved to these apartments I was having trouble with apartment hunting and thankfully I was accepted. I haven't had many problems my apartment is pretty quiet and my neighbors are very nice.
I've been here a year and renewed the lease for another year. I live here with a roommate. Location: A wonderful location. It is right off the highway, but down on an offroad with very little traffic. So street traffic is almost never a problem. No random people wandering into the neighborhood. The highway is so close that Downtown Atlanta is 15 min away with no traffic. The highway is about a mile drive from the back of the neighborhood. Close to the Vinings area and Cumberland area for shopping and a variety of food and entertainment. About 5-10 min from a movie theater and the mall. Living Conditions: I always see the maintenance crew around working on things. I haven't placed many work orders, but the 2 low urgency ones that I have were completed the next day. All the appliances have worked since I've been here and work pretty well. There is no garbage disposal in our apartment. Because of the lake and the wooded areas, there are a lot of bugs. They rarely make it into the house, but walking my dog is a huge task in the summer when all the bugs are out. There are a lot of dogs, big and small. If you are not a dog person, that may be a problem for you. Some owners pick up after their dogs, while others do not. Gym is 24 hours. There isn't much to it, but there is rarely anyone in it so you can usually use the machines whenever you want. Never seen kids in there playing around. There is a tennis court. I do not think there is a net though. It is also very muddy getting to the court because of the hill it is on. Parking: There is reserved parking you can pay for. It seems like everyone just parks where ever they want regardless. It seems annoying to those that pay for their reservation. Neighbors: Everyone seems to be respectful in my section. Every once in a while my parking spot is taken, but I don't have any other complaints. They are either really quite or the walls are thick enough for me to not hear them much. I feel very safe running the neighborhood day or night. That is very important to me. Management: I honestly do not interact with management much. They seem nice and helpful every time that I've interacted with them though.
Arlington Park Wildwood is a convenient and quiet community. It's nestled between I-75 and 285, where Atlanta, Marietta and East Cobb meet. The community is diverse, clean and feels like a getaway even though it's right off of Windy Hill Road. The neighborhood offers hotels and various types of eateries as well as quick access to bike paths, trails and the Chattahoochee River. It's big enough so everyone isn't in your business, but small enough to know maintenance will respond to requests within 24 hours, if not sooner. The staff is nice and accommodating. The pool, kid park, tennis court and gym are well kept as is the community. Only con--the birds and frogs around the waterway are so loud at night, especially on Saturdays LOL!
quiet apartment complex great neighbors great fitness facilities nice pool
Great location, close to the city Quite off the road no walk thru traffic. Management staff seems friendly. . Nice neighborhood!!!! Love it..
I have been living in Arlington Park at Wildwood for around 2.5 years now, I chose this place because it is very nearby my work (the rent is also fair) and I should say I love the neighborhood. It is very near to my favorite shopping places like Costco, Walmart, Target, Kroger and also it has access to many of the highways in few minutes (like I75, I285). The apartment itself is fine as well. It is a little old and it is not gated, but I didn't have any safety issues or concerns. It is true, the apartment is old and when something is old there can be many maintenance issues, but with the recent management, they generally answer my maintenance requests fast enough (in comparison with many other old places I lived before).
We moved from Phoenix AZ to the Atlanta area in 2014. We searched everywhere for an apartment complex that was a reasonable price and had wheelchair/handicap access. I found Arlington Park and instantly rented it. We moved in at the end of that same week, the staff was great in getting the apartment ready fast, as we were living in a hotel. There was a plumbing issue the first day we moved in, and the complex was so great and put us up in a hotel for 3 days while the bathroom was repaired and they installed an ADA toilet and bars to make it better for us. I love this place.
"This community is an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not." I love the pool, Tennis Court, and 24 Hour Gym that is Available.
From the beginning of talking to Ryan at the office, everyone was incredibly helpful. Move in day was one of the most flawless move ins I have every done. And the location with the price if perfect. Great place to be!
These apartments are tucked away from the very busy (Windy Hill Rd). You definitely get the best of both worlds living here. We have shopping centers and stores right around the corner and down the street from us including; Walmart, Kroger, Publix, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, L.A. Fitness, The Post Office, Papasitos, Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, McDonald's etc. It's a blessing to be able to live in a safe area as well as having every thing I need close by. Since the apartments are tucked away from the busy street; you can definitely get away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic and store's. The office staff are friendly and family oriented. My children love this area. It's a pet friendly community and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The pool is hardly ever occupied and the area is well maintained. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.
It is great neighborhood that works for single, marrieds, young families, and well, pretty much everyone. If you're going to live in Atlanta, make the most of it and live in a neighborhood that combines quiet streets and lots of trees with easy walking access to good restaurants, bars, shops, and close to the Cumberland Mall. I've been living here for 4 years, and I love living here. Also, the neighborhood is perfect for running and walking. You're also close to Piedmont Park/Midtown and a short drive from Buckhead. It can be hard to find apartment/condos here with lots of amenities, and if you do, you will likely pay quite a bit for them.
I was pleasantly surprise at how well kept this property is maintained, if you want an apartment that is truly maintained with the highest professionalism, this is the place for you. I also appreciate this complex for being very family oriented, this gives a person a true sense of home. The best part about this complex is the location, close to shopping, resturants and freeway access.
My two bedroom apartment is very cozy, safe, noise free and neighborhood friendly. I left my keys in the door, upon entering my cozy quarters, all night long after living here one month. Maintenance politely knocked on my door in the a.m. to notify me of this blunder. My former apartment in East Point would have surely been burglarized. Me and my son's love it here!! We spend alot of time in the pool and the exercise room.
Three years ago I started looking for the perfect place in Marietta. I found Arlington Park at Wildwood through Promove, and fell in love immediately. Perfect location and setup. The units are spacious. I love the office staff and Maintenance team. Both are very sweet and perfectly on point. Perfect spot for an individual or family.
Although my apartment is not perfect, the staff response is. I have never had an issue with getting problems addressed timely. The staff is courteous and professional. My expectations have been exceeded on nearly every level. Kudos to Heather, Ryan, and Stephen!
I have been living at Arlington Park for a short time but I really like the complex. The office staff are friendly and the community isn't to big. I love the location and the rent is responsible. I have not had any issues with the complex and the maintenance staff. When I put in a work order it is handled within 24 hours. I have recommended this complex to a couple of people.
I've been living at Arlington Park at Wildwood for a year and a half. This is a great place to live! The complex is extremely convenient to 75 and 285, you can be downtown in 15-20 min and north to Kennesaw State University and surrounding areas in the same amount of time. The staff here is extremely helpful and professional, and unlike most apartment management teams, they actually seem to care about the residents. The maintenance staff is VERY fast to respond and friendly and easy to work with and talk to. The buildings are a bit older but very well maintained and have been updated and remodeled. The pool and onsite workout room are very well maintained as well (the pool is sparkling clean!). The online rent payment and maintenance request is easy to use and a great feature. The residents here are quiet and respectful of each other, and from what I've seen do their part to help keep the grounds and area clean. This is a bit smaller complex (approx. 175 units) which gives it a greater community feel.
Arlington park is a quiet place that has helpful managers a nice pool close to the freeway and have alot of gyms around the area with nice peacful neighbors
When it comes to location the apartments are located in right at the exit of the 75 interstate and its surrounded with everything one would want, hospital , stores , cumberland mall , banks ..to say the least..the maintenance guys are also on time and respond quickly..Its a decent place to live in
This relatively small apt. complex is in a quiet secluded wooded area off Windy Hill Road in Marietta, close to 75 and 285, but also near a beautiful walking trail along the Chattahoochee River. Built in the 70's but recently upgraded, the floor plans are expansive and the rents are reasonable. A nice clubhouse and well-kept pool are included. Maintenance is responsive and kind.
Great Location on the edge of Marietta off I-75 only 13 miles from Downtown Atlanta. A very safe environment & classy view which is what we were looking for where my wife could jog & walk around with scenery. Mall, stores, restaurants & recreational park within minutes. Pool is always maintained & the office people are always friendly & helpful. Pet friendly. We love the apartment model we chose.
As a transplant from New York moving to Georgia I looked forward to being able to have more living space. Getting more bang for my buck, is what I call it. Arlington Park apartments were exactly what I was looking for. I wanted square footage and amenities. I wanted to be close to work, near the highway, the shopping malls and the banks. I wanted an apartment that I could call "home". I wanted suburb living with city surroundings. I found that here in Arlington Park apartment homes. I have a beautiful one bedroom with "Everything" I could ever need in an apartment! A washer and dryer, ample closet space, a balcony overlooking a pond with live ducks and bullfrogs that let me know I am truly experiencing country living. The rent is less than what I'm used to paying, which is a huge plus! I have already renewed my lease, I'm into my second year and I will be here until I purchase my own home. The staff is friendly and they are on top of their game with expediting any repairs needed. I could not have made a better choice. Come and see it for yourself! You'll be clicking your heels saying " there's no place like home"! I will be here when you arrive future neighbors.
Perfect location, nice pool and leasing office, decent staff. Unfortunately it stops there. I lived here five years ago and loved everything about this apartment and complex. I eventually did move away but am back and completely regret my decision. I've had nothing but maintenance issues since day one. I can't wait to move when my lease is up, and I won't be coming back again. I'm sorry to say that this went from a two thumbs up to a two thumbs down place.
If you like quiet areas with a great community, then you should consider Arlington Park at Wildwood. The staff here is always polite and extremely helpful, the property is always kept clean and the neighborhood is full of wonderful people. It's close to everything you need like great restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers but far enough from all the noise and traffic that other areas seem to have. It's less than 20 minutes from the city and very close access to the interstate. Activities range from a work out center, swimming pool, tennis court and a play area for the kids. This is a great place to live.
Are you ready to live in a wonderful, spacious, newly renovated apartment with Great Amenities? Look no Further Arlington Park Apartments are Here to the Rescue! Professional and Friendly staff always ready to meet your needs. Need I say more? What are you waiting for? Call today! I
I am a long-time resident of this complex. This apartment complex has a great location. It's hidden, but close to major streets and expressways. The management staff is good. The neighbors are nice and quiet. The grounds are clean. The location has great restaurants and shopping that is close.
I have lived at Arlington Park for over one year now. I moved in right after new management started. I love living here. The management staff and maintenance staff are responsive and friendly. The grounds are kept relatively clean and issues with tenants are addressed. I feel safe here. I use the pool quite a bit and it is always clean and never crowded. The exercise room is not much but I prefer a gym membership over an apartment exercise room. I rarely have an issue with bugs (only if I leave my screen door open) and I have never had to use pest control.
...and can't imagine living anywhere else-this is my 'home'. My neighbors and I all know each other and it's a great feeling when I walk my cat and people stop to say 'hi' to him or just wave 'hi' to me from across the parking lot. I started out with a one-bedroom apartment but, after two years, moved to a two-bedroom one building away. This complex is near 75 and Target, Publix, Kroger, CVS and, soon-walking distance to the new Braves Stadium! I highly recommend you joining us here!
