Property Ratings at Arlington Pointe Apartments
Since first moving in there has been several property managers and now a whole new company owns the place. I'm relatively certain maintenance has remained the same. I have several issues with the maintenance staff. 1. When they come to fix a problem they kinda just "slap a Band-Aid" on it and do not get to the root of the problem, so the problem still occurs. 2. A couple times I put in maintenance requests and they "fixed" the original problem but found something else that needed fixing and fixed that. This sounds nice, in theory, but they actually made the issue worse and did not fix the problem at all. 3. One time I had an outlet sparking...like sparking sparking..imagine a small firework show. I put in a maintenance request and I was told that there was not a problem. The outlet sparked again and this time I got a video. I called the emergency maintenance number and the property tried telling me it wasn't actually an emergency. I sent a video and then she realized. When the emergency maintenance guy came he told me the outlet simply needed to be replaced because it had worn marks on the inside. What irks me is that if he took my request seriously the first time he would have seen this and I wouldn't have had to call again.
I moved here 2 weeks before everything shut down in March 2020, and I have to say that this apartment complex is a great place for folks to live. It has the amenities of a big apartment complex with the care of a "ma and pop" landlord. Melissa really cares about the residents and their experience. The building is older so naturally there will be things that need addressing but the team is prompt in fixing them. I only lived there when everything was shut down for the health and safety of the community during the pandemic, but the pool and gym facilitates seem nice and clean. It is a great apartment, with an excellent responsive staff and pretty affordable for where it is. If it was not for working from home I would live here again! Thank you so much!
I was coming from a bad part of town, so this was a genuinely a great change. Coming from east side columbus to a riverside complex surrounded by beautiful trees is honestly the best part for me. You can easily walk from your apartment down to the river every morning for coffee if you wanted too. Not to mention you're within spitting distance of few good parks. which i enjoyed heavily . with the apartments being newly renovated the kitchens are fantastic. i didnt get a fully resotored one however my kitchan was perfect. plenty of space too cook whatever you want or feed several people on gameday . I also enjoy the amenities. the gym has anything you'd need. being 24/7 is also a huge plus. less excuses lol. sadly i havent gotten to experience the pool yet due to covid 19 but maybe next summer . but its also good management is takinh covid seriously. All in all, a good place to live thats managed very well.

Luckily we will be opening the pool this Summer so get ready to have FUN!! I look forward to having everyone back again this Summer!
I have lived here a couple of years but recently there have been a lot of car break-ins and nobody is doing anything about it. Also a few nights ago there were people screaming to get into the building in the middle of the night. Fortunately both doors were closed and latched.

Thank you for taking the time to review Arlington Pointe. As we understand how frustrating any crime can be, unfortunately, crime does not have an address and can happen anywhere at any time. We encourage ALL issues with vehicles or theft to be reported to the police as soon as possible. As we have requested increased patrol, each report that is submitted means more patrol as well. We have had several success stories with our local police and hope to continue to improve that relationship. We do not show any records of someone with your name living at the apartments but we would welcome a call to ensure any concerns are addressed with the proper people if you are with the condos. Please contact us at info@arlingtonpointeapartments.com or (614) 215-9275 so we can address your concerns directly.
I lived here for one year, but would’ve been longer if I wasn’t in need for a larger living space (Acquired pets). The management was very timely in the minor fixes needed. The location of this property perfect if you’re looking for a place with easy access to the freeway, UA, Dublin and Grandview. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a new place!
