Property Ratings at Arlington Village
Pros: Location Cons: Overall building construction is cheap. Walls/ceilings are thin. Most apartments only have cheap laminate not hardwood/tile. Washer/dryer are not water/energy efficient, very cheap, top loading. There has been some form of construction going on past 5 years to address all these mistakes. Management is poor, bare minimum is done. Trash is left outside apartment doorways and down in parking garage, which attracts mice/rats. Garage area has never been cleaned. Bikes have been stolen while locked in garage area. Maintenance items takes weeks/months to address. We are here still because of the location and limited options in the area, not by choice. Seek out all other options before considering...
