I absolutely love living at Arlo Apartments! The staff here is amazing and truly go above and beyond to create a positive experience for residents. The new community manager Trey is a breath of fresh air—he’s incredibly kind, approachable, and direct. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the building and its residents. I appreciate how he’s taking proactive steps to hold people accountable, especially those who’ve been causing issues like smoking and triggering fire alarms. His open-door policy and ever-present smile make him such a great asset to the community. The entire team has been working hard to create a welcoming and positive environment, which is such a refreshing change from the negativity of the past. I always enjoy stopping by the leasing office and being warmly greeted by Reece and Monique. They’re so quick to respond to emails and answer any questions we have. Whenever we have questions about utilities, the team takes the time to sit with us and explain everything, ensuring we fully understand what’s going on. On top of that, the community events like the Paint and Sip nights are such a fun touch! My family and I are already looking forward to the next one in January. It’s clear the staff is committed to making Arlo Apartments a great place to call home.

I love the maintenance team at Arlo! They match the professionalism and superior service of the management team!
The Arlo building is very nice, in a great part of town, with great units. However, there are many challengese regarding building management and short-staffing issues.

I've been here for nearly two years and I have loved my time here. No major issues and of the ones I've had, its unfortunately been tenants at the root cause making it worse for everyone else, not the property itself. The current management (Monique, Trey, Crystal) and maintenance team (Isaac and AJ) are friendly, very responsive, and really do their best to ensure general living standards so all can enjoy the amenities and living on the property. Arlo's units by sq are the best I've seen, no space is wasted and very well laid out (I'm in a 1bd/1bth). Walkable proximity to restaurants, bars, groceries, banks, movie theaters, you name it, plus the Light rail is an easy 5-6min walk, farmers markets, are the best centrally located Seattle neighborhood you will find. The neighborhood itself is relatively quiet and plenty of parks and a library branch across the street. I'm planning to renew my lease when the time comes and highly recommend Arlo.

This is a nice place to live and well run. The location is great, right on the edge of Columbia City and near a light rail stop. The building is quite new and apartments are up to date and well designed. There are nice community amenities including outdoor space. I have no significant complaints after 8 months living here.

I moved into Arlo a week ago and I could not be happier. The floor plan is well laid out and spacious. The complex is new and clean and quiet. Everything works! The move-in process was easy. The location is fantastic--a quick walk or drive to everything. I highly recommend Arlo!

We finally have an excellent management team in place that are addressing issues rapidly! The community is vibrant and caring with many social events! Units are nicely appointed and great amenities! Great neighborhood

I feel like it’s one of the nicer communities in Columbia City. The staff is super helpful and eager to help. Great location next to Rainier Playfield and a block or so from Genesee Park, as well as walkable to the shops and restaurants in Columbia City. Traffic around Seattle sucks, but if you commute you’re close to the light rail and not far from I5 and 90. Overall would definitely recommend.
Best leasing experience thus far! We moved here from Uptown and weren't sure what to expect, but Marshal really made us feel right at home from the minute we spoke to him on the phone. The neighborhood is great because it's safe, by a lot of parks, near the light rail, and near a cool strip of restaurants/bars, plus right near a PCC for quick grocery runs. We've been here about 1 month and could see ourselves calling this place home for a while because: 1. The amenities are great. There's a well equipped gym, and then there's also an Emerald City Athletics in the building with nice, new equipment. 2. Maintenance requests get tended to really quickly. Isaac is amazing, and the turnaround time for requests we've submitted has been less than 24hrs. 3. The street noise is minimal, if any. 4. There's tiny offices for folks who from home and need a quiet space to take a meeting. 5. Last but not least, the staff. Everyone here is great and very attentive. I could go on, but in summary, this place is awesome and I cannot recommend it enough.

I'm so impressed with Alto Arlo apartments. I had the best hard hat tour with Marshall and I cannot wait until they open later this year. They have the most amazing amenities and I will be there soon enough!!!
