Great place to live - wonderful community and location! Had quite a bit of community management turnover when I first moved in (and I was less than impressed with the support they offered) but this has improved with the most recent managers who are much more responsive and open to feedback.

I’m not a resident of Elan West End (yet!!) but I recently visited and had such a great experience. I thought I had made up my mind on another building in Downtown but on a whim I stopped by Elan West End. It was a totally difference experience there than I had at the other places I visited. I had no appointment but the leasing person Zoe was so nice and Brian, the manager, came out to say hello and welcomed me. As soon as my relocation package is finalized, I can officially commit and I hope I can make Elan West End my next home!
