I moved here 2 months ago and i have had nothing but amazing experiences. The move in process was super easy Terrie and Tracy are absolutely amazing. Anthony is also by far the best maintenance man i have ever had in any complex I’ve lived in. He makes sure the job is don’t right the first time which i appreciate because at my last place they would try to do everything quickly so things were not properly fixed and they would have to come back. Anthony makes sure any issue is fixed properly the first time and he is so helpful and friendly . Moving here was by far the best choice I’ve ever made !

I've been living here for a year now and renewed my lease. I usually dont write reviews, but wanted to set the record straight with old reviews of the previous management. i moved in right when the new management took over the property... this community is great, the location is great, and the management have been awesome with me. Traci and Terri are always friendly and extremely helpful if I need anything, and Anthony the head of maintance is always on point if I put a service ticket in. The management keeps the property tidy and safe, and will call out anyone who are not doing their part to keep it that way and I respect that. all in all the units are spacious the rent is reasonable and the area is quiet. Look forward to another year here.
I am a current resident and have been for 3 years. Up until hilltop bought this property, it was as horrible as everyone said it was. But the new management is making it an amazing place to live and actually cares about its residents. The manager, Terrie, is so genuine and helpful. Very refreshing change of pace for what we are used to at this property. Hope to update my review to 5 stars after all of their changes and renovations are complete.
If you want to live in fear of large palmettos bugs and roaches coming into your house at all times because of their caulking and sealing issues, or you want your paperwork to be messed up, or if you want to be showering and they turn the water off on you without notice, of if you want the creepy maintenance team to enter your apartment without notifying you then MOVE RIGHT IN.
Nasty, dirty, dusty, holes in the walls, roaches, unsafe, unkept apartment complex. This is the last place I would think to rent.
Just a big mess, a very unorganized complex. Not a place for young professionals. I can't wait until my lease is up.

Severely overpriced compared to other complexes in the area.
This is my 2nd year.. the biggest mistake of extending my lease. The new management is of no use extremely lazy and unorganized. All they care about trivial things but none of them is bother to make sure customer or residents are satisfied. You can file complaint as many times as you wont they will never show up to rectify them.
So living in Florida a/c is mandatory. I am on day 4 with no air, and now the maintenance team claim they had to order a part that won’t arrive until Tuesday and today is Saturday. With children I feel this is not a good fit home when the house reads 90 degrees. So by Tuesday if it arrives will be air with no ac. To top it off no communication was given I had to chase them down to get answers. The sad part is right before this incident I renew the lease, worst mistake.
I am leaving in this apartment from past 6 months. I live with 3 other girls in St.Motirtz. The basic rent of the apartment is $275 per person. But we are paying extra for water ($60) and sewage ($90) every month which is way too much as compared to other neighbour hood around. Other neighbor hoods have all this included in the basic rent. The apartment is good but extra fees of water and sewage doesn't make sense as it should be included in the basic rent itself. Also, the maintainance is okay.

I have never written a review before but I felt this was necessary to put out there to save others the hassle. We lived in St. Moritz for 9 months and broke lease early because we couldn't stand living there anymore. The model apartment they show you on a tour looks great but it is a joke when you walk into your actual home, majority of them haven't been looked at since the 70's. Kitchen counters/cabinets were moldy and bowing from age. The upstairs creeks and bends when you walk on it like you may fall through, which brings me to the next item on the list.The master bathroom had previously FALLEN THROUGH THE CEILING and so they "patched" it back up, the living room ceiling was bowing down and chipped. The bathrooms had black mold around all the faucets, toilet, shower, and the floor to the point where a mushroom grew behind the toilet! All maintenance did was pluck it out. Also, the toilet was so dated that you couldn't flush it more than 2x an hour unless you wanted to refill the back of the toilet with water yourself. As for the neighborhood, your neighbors will NEVER even say hello to you, the smokers of the neighborhood feel that they have the right to sit on the hood of your car while they smoke a cigarette. You will hear gun shots at least once a week as well as witness drug deals. People leave dogs out on their patios in 90 degree weather and let it bark for hours and not give it any water. Our car was broken into, I asked to see the tapes on the cameras that they advertise monitoring the community. They said there is only one on the mailbox and the other at one entrance and couldn't help us. If you ever have a problem, don't bother even asking Tiffany, she will give you an attitude and tell you she cant help you. She was the biggest hassle to work with and was less than empathetic with our issues. The only way I would ever recommend moving there is if they updated all units, gated the community and got entirely new management.

DON'T MOVE HERE, TIFFANY IS A JERK. $$$. GARBAGE EVERYWHERE. SLOPPY PAINT JOB. WINDOWS DIDN'T EVEN HAVE LOCKS. BIG GAP BY FRONT DOOR THEY WON'T FIX. TERRIBLE. SO BAD, YOU'LL COUNT DOWN UNTIL YOUR LEASE EXPIRES
I moved in this year and I love the area however, we are charged for everything little thing. For example, if we leave trash outside our door we get fined 20 dollars. No where on my contract/lease that I signed did it say I was going to be charged that. Also, water was too high and now my rent is going up by $41.00. Also, the amenities key we had to pay 50.00 dollars and the gym on sight was only opened from 8-5 pm. Everyone works during that time so why should I pay $50.00 for something I couldn't even use. Besides those issues the place was quiet and when maintenance was needed it was done promptly.
