Property Ratings at Arminta South
I’m deeply disappointed with the management at this property, especially regarding repairs and security. Despite two years of persistent complaints, my air conditioning vent still leaks water into my pantry. Management's disregard extends to building security as well; there is a constant presence of unauthorized people in the building engaging in smoking, drinking, drug use, and other disruptive behaviors. These individuals often loiter in the building from 11 PM to 6 AM, contributing to a feeling of insecurity among the residents. Furthermore, the security measures here are inadequate. The intercom system intended to provide secure access is ineffective, and the gate locks are faulty and can be easily bypassed. As a result, we have seen a spike in criminal activities like car robberies and vandalism. Additionally, the communal amenities are poorly managed. The pool has been closed for years because the manager fears it might attract outsiders, and despite our complaints, it remains inaccessible. I regret choosing this location and am currently seeking ways to terminate my contract due to these unresolved issues. Everyone seems too intimidated to report these problems, but I felt it was important to speak up. Ps everyone has access to our gate code so get prepared for random people entering at random times speeding and everything else you could think of
Their management is so unorganized. There was a time where they wanted to find us for something broken, but then they finally realized it was the wrong apartment. They let us live there for three months without it working toilet. We would have to pour water ourselves. It would take forever to get some thing fixed. We would have to do it ourselves most of the time, and when they finally did fix something it was the cheapest material they could possibly fine. By our parking area, there was always homeless, drinking and throwing up by our cars. The AC never worked. We were forced to buy a portable one because Summers were too hot. The only time you’ll ever hear from them is when they want the rent paid on time other than that impossible to reach. I extremely regret the time that I was there.
Nice apartment complex, wonderful staff cleanliness is great. Apartments are well maintained and given to new tenants in great condition, stove is provided. New manager on site , which everyone loves having someone to help when in need of any assistance within our unit.
The worst management and the worst service. Kept my parents in the apartment with no heath through the entire winter. They don't care about the tenants and charge for things they didn't even though. No customer service, mean and rude people. They didn't clear the cockroaches for the 3 years they were there regardless of how many times we asked them. Avoid renting there at all cost!.
