Property Ratings at Armoury Commons
This is the worse place to live. They do not care for these apartments and the property manager does not know how to speak with her tenant's. She has the worse nasty attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. She is careless of any complains or maintenance issue.
Worst place I ever lived in. Dirty, dog crap all over the property. Hallways go months without getting cleaned - maybe because there are so many homeless people living in them. Management is a joke, they are here to collect your rent and every other service they are supposed to provide is ignored, evaded or slipped around. They are serial liars and a revolving door of uncaring, unfortunate people who need a paycheck. My neighbor has had stuff stolen out of her apartment 2x in last year. I changed my locks myself to keep the druggy maintanence workers (they don't qualify as staff) out of my otherwise beautiful unit. Very sad, don't make the same mistake I did.
Owner does not care about property or it's tenants, all he's interested in is the rent money. The maintenance men are drug dealers and addicts. They party in empty apartments and leave them unlocked for anyone to enter. The office staff is constantly a revolving door, either they steal the tenants money (happened twice with 2 different employees and they were still employed months after management found out) or they are tenants working off back rent. Would not recommend!!!
Look like a friendly neighborhood would to love to live an a neighborhood like this one
