The location is quite convenient, and the floorplan and amenities are good. The leasing team looks friendly, then some are not professional enough.

The apartments themselves are nice, with nice appliances and big closets, and this is a great place if you don't want to interact with neighbors. I lived here three years and hardly ran into anyone. But it is EXPENSIVE, like DOWNTOWN Bellevue expensive despite not being in downtown. Since the apartment changed corporate owners, we were told to renew our lease it would be a $400 increase in rent, a $50 increase in parking (we paid $175 a month for the parking spot), and charging for the mandatory, below-average package service. (Also, they will lose at least one or two of your packages. Just be prepared for that.) I can't speak to the charges for community areas based in other reviews, but I think it's kind of goofy to expect guests to stay in a guest suite at $150/night. Also, there is no spa, so idk why Apartments.com says there is. There's a gym and some living areas. Currently there is no construction, but there most likely will be in the future due to the Light Rail and other things going on in the Spring District. Thankfully it won't be as bad as it used to be, as the Facebook building by the apartments is fully built. There are no bus stops in the Spring District, but one is a block away from the apartments - to get to a major bus line, however, you'll need to walk a half mile. Overall, if you're not social, stay inside most days, and don't order things online, this is a nice place to live; however, you can probably find a better deal elsewhere.

Arras Residents, … As a reminder, Arras residents are still allowed to use these spaces (regardless of Holidays), but anyone entertaining 3 or more guests in an amenity space, is required to have a reservation along with the $200 deposit/ $200 charge. Any residents that fail to comply with these regulations will receive an automatic $200 charge on their Active Building account. Management updates rules without notice but sends reminders. Property management sensors content on the community wall. The elevator is broken 30% of the time. Good d delivery apps don’t make it to your front door because of “secure” access. Yet there was a homeless man sleeping on my floor near the elevators. You pay for package concierge service because they don’t want a package room WSG bills are ridiculously high On a positive note Patty, Myriah and all the maintenance staff I’ve met are incredibly friendly and I feel bad for them having to enforce such ridiculous rules

Changes were made to the reservation amount due, from $500 to a $200 refundable and $200 non-refundable to assist with cleaning costs and maintenance for that space. We want to make sure that the common areas are fresh and ready for residents. Additionally, we also did implement a policy where residents entertaining more than 3 guests will require a reservation for the amenity space. Active building while monitored for appropriate and inappropriate content (based on guidelines) is not censored for positive or negative feedback for the community. Residents are welcome to post in that space and share their feedback. Additionally, we have not received any recent complaints from residents about elevator issues or malfunctions and any issues in the past that were brought to our attention were immediately addressed. Due to Arras being a controlled access building, it is the responsibility of residents to closely monitor and track any food delivery that has been ordered through the apps. Fetch is also a package system used due to outside couriers not having access to the building, and it provides convenience vs. packages being delivered to the office or parcel lockers. WSG is billed through Conservice and is metered based on usage. In the summer and winter months, high usage of utilities can cause an increase. We lived in Arras for 2 years, and the location, amenities, and the apartments are all very good. The maintenance team is superb, and it's the best one we have ever experienced. Tony, the maintenance supervisor, is the best in terms of punctuality, professional, and on top of that, he is a kind man that loves animals! We have 2 dogs, and he gave them so many treats, and pat them when he saw them. We will miss you Tony, and we will miss the strategic Arras' location and nice buildings. The only negative for us is the noise of the trash and recycle trucks including the apartment's trash trolleys every day that passed through our windows and were pretty loud! Overall, we did enjoy our living for 2 years and I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I enjoy the location where it is a bit further from downtown (15-30 mins walk) but close to the botanical garden and grocery stores. There is construction going on so set expectations but I view it as a trade off with the larger and brighter spaces.
