The facilities are nice (pool, Gym, & rec room). However, they penny pinch for every single item you can imagine. Rent is advertised at a certain amount, but expect an additional few hundred in fee's. This is expensive for the La Mesa area and not they gave maximum increases for the 2 years we lived there. The siren's are also very loud, so expect a non-peaceful living situation. Which is fine and does give a city vibe.

Some of the kindest staff I have ever met. They have shown me they care about me as a person and not just as another renter. Jefferson La Mesa is located in downtown La Mesa and offers Las Vegas style apartment resort living in the latest apartment styling. There is a recreation center that offers lounge style seating, pool a fire place and seating for playing games and socializing. There is also barbeque grills for grilling and multiple pools in one large area for clusters of buildings that have private cabanas and a large tv's for viewing. Certain units have garages that hold up to 2 vehicles and there are also plug ins for electric vehicles. Living in Jefferson La Mesa has been a lot of fun! Derrick V

I am very pleased with the process of moving into Jefferson Apartments. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful! Lee is excellent, and we are grateful for how much he has assisted us.
