Round Rock is a vibrant suburb within 20 minutes’ driving distance of eclectic neighboring Austin. Round Rock is a rapidly growing suburb for good reason, boasting numerous tech offices, recreational venues, shops, restaurants, and apartments within its city limits.
Round Rock is home to the Dell corporate headquarters, in addition to IBM and Samsung offices, providing job opportunities and short commute times for many residents. There’s plenty to see and do in Rock Round outside of work too. Do not move here! They will constantly make bs charges and take as much money from you as possible. Throughout my time here I had many issues with management but the biggest one now is my deposit. They ended up keeping almost all of it and accused me of staining the ceilings and charged me over $100 to paint the ceilings. I’m 5’3, I’m no where near being able to reach the ceiling let alone put hand marks on them, which is what they said along other stains. I deep cleaned my unit upon move out and took photos as proof. However, when they sent me the final account statement after they inspected the apartment they had so many charges. I sent them the photos I had taken as proof as a lot of their charges were bs and they accused me of sending them photos of when I moved in instead of when I moved out. I had to resend the photos with the timestamps of them and even after that they still said those photos weren’t going to be used for the determination and that the fees were going to stand. I requested to speak with corporate or someone else regarding this and they denied me that request and simply said the charges stand. Be careful and know the type of bs you will deal with if you move into this complex.

I moved to this property Aug.,2023. The location and appeal of the property lured me here. I can honestly say, what you see is what you get. The property is well maintained and pretty quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance had to do a few touch-ups that were completed within 24 hours. I am on the third floor in the new subdivision of the property. Imagine my surprise and delight to find that we have an elevator. AN ELEVATOR! Can you say, AWESOME?! The gate remains open during business hours. That's fine during business hours, but I wouldn't mind if it was closed after hours and on the weekend. Sometimes it is. Sometimes it is not. However, it has not been a problem with strangers coming and going. So, this wouldn't be a deal breaker. I park across from the trash container. Although we have trash valet, residents dump trash on the weekends and it can get pretty full. For me, it's an eye sore, but I'm a little boogie. Thank goodness the trash is p/u timely, and I could always park in a different spot. All things considered; they get five stars from me.

The office staff here are AMAZING!!!! They have helped me with my application and made it go smoothly, and they are always there to help which is so hard to find with apartment complex management. Brianna and Taylor were always there to assist me with my questions as I had A LOT! LOL I am sure they were tired of me. The apartments themselves look great and are perfect for me and my family. I have enjoyed living here so far, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment with a friendly staff. <3

Ever since they have started building new apartment buildings they have started overcharging current tenants to afford the builds. You may enjoy the apartment at first but after the dog poop, nasty stairs, broken trash compactor, terrible management, and over charging you will regret your decision.

My daughter has moved into a Crest model single bedroom apt. I love how spacious the bedroom is. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space. Large bathroom. Just the right amount of space. Management is very helpful. I would live here.

I moved into Arrington Ridge 8/20/22 and it was by far the WORST experience I have had moving into any apartment. We signed our lease over a month before move in. The day we received our keys with a loaded UHaul and movers, we were shocked upon entry that the unit was for handicapped persons of need. We are not handicapped. It was never disclosed to us in our lease agreement, nor were we ever contacted by management or the leasing office in the month and a half waiting, that the unit was for the disabled. They did not have another unit to offer us, leaving us with no warning or option to find another apartment with the previous lease being up. The leasing agent was calling the manager right in front of us and we could hear her. She was extremely unhelpful and said something along the lines of "they can't just get what they want". She then was hesitant to even contact corporate to give us a discount for their mistake. To add to it our AC was broken on move in! Maintenance took all day to come fix it in 100 degree weather. When I talked to him he had to clean up paint first. He then came in the apartment for 5 minutes and just put a portable window unit in the master bedroom and said they will come Monday(it was Saturday). So moving in to an apartment with short counters and no AC. To top it off they didn't change the fire alarm batteries and they died in the middle of the night... So after moving all day into a hot apartment we got woken up and had to take a fire alarm out of the ceiling. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Terrible experience and we are working on getting out as soon as possible after only being here two days.

I couldn't have asked for a better, more efficient group to help me look for a beautiful, affordable place to call home! The group of management worked with are the new supervisor Ted, Kimberlee, Fairen and Lenisha. Lenisha had to be the nicest there, she definitely had the greatest personality, it drew me to even consider renting! I recommend renting here and working with one of these lovely people to help you get a spot that works best or you! Goodluck!

I bought my first home and I still think about Arrington Ridge! Before I left there was an amazing maintenance supervisor that was always on top of any work order I put in Ted I think. After having someone like him and then having to do with your own plumbing and maintenance , I appreciate everything he did so much more now. The apartments are poorly built and not properly maintained. It’s dirty out side and management team is lazy and never gets anything done or lie to you. They’re also very rude after you sign the lease. Stay far away from this place. My name is Cayetano M. and urgently telling to look at other places. I’m also a current resident.

I have the larger one bedroom with a dining room and My apartment is the perfect size. The amenities are great. I especially love the trash valet that is included in your rent. I have reserved the outdoor kitchen on several occasions for get togethers with family and friends and everyone loves the facilities.

Moved here a couple months ago and have loved it thus far. Great location close to the outlets and a bunch of restaurants. Apartments have high ceilings and spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. The pool is awesome during the summer! Would recommend to anyone looking to move to the round rock area

I love my apartment. It’s the complex that’s going in a bad direction. The front gates have worked less than 25% of the time I have lived here. Random people from the community park in front of the office after hours and walk through the gate and use the pool area because it’s not locked. Then they leave the area trashed and leave cigarettes everywhere (this is a non-smoking community). There is trash and dog poop everywhere. Forget about asking for assistance with noisy neighbors. The property manager, Amanda, has been contacted for months about one and nothing is being done. Like I said I love my apartment but due to the noise and inability to use the pool because it’s always full of people who don’t even pay to live here, I am moving as soon as my lease is up.

The apartments here are very nice, and the staff is also very nice. The company thrown events are fun, and are a good chance for me to show off these apartments to my friends. So far living here I haven’t experienced an inconvenience. Overall very nice property.

You normally move into an apartment to be able to utilize the amenities, however the management and staff make you feel bad for using it all the time. There is always dog poop through out the grass, the out door bathrooms are gross and never clean, there is often no propane or very little before it runs out and no one is there to change it, the out door kitchen is often dirty and dusty, the management is not friendly and will not say hi or wave as they pass you (even while showing the property to future renters), the list could go on. Go some where else to rent if you want to be treated with respect and to be able to use what the apartments have to offer. Unfriendly/dirty place to live.

I moved in about 4 months ago and have been very happy here. The office staff is extremely considerate and I truly feel like my concerns are listened to. It's a great location less than 5 minutes from my work, and super close to HEB, the movies and anything I could need

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. Every time I walk through the front door they greet me by name and always ask if I need help with anything. The apartments and property are very well kept. I can't think of one bad thing about living in Arrington Ridge, nothing but positives here.

The apartments are beautiful and are close to everything you need, however I can't get ahold of anyone. I went in person to see if I wanted to apply, and decided I did. I sent in our application, and nothing happened. I called. Several times. Had to go in for them to say they needed paperwork from my current apartment. Okay, I got that issue fixed. Called. No one answered. Had to have my husband go for them to say that no they did not get the paperwork. My husband went to leave, but wait they found the paperwork! Everything is great, we just need to sign the lease that will be emailed to us. We still have not received the lease a week later, with our move in date supposedly tomorrow. We have called several times and no one ever answers the phone. It's just not worth the time.
This week I personally had the opportunity to take a tour before deciding to apply. The staff was so nice courteous and professional. This is what help me decide the amenities and location close to the Round Rock Outlet Mall with places to eat within walking distance.
