Disappointed in the lack of cleaning of building, garage and grounds. It's been less than a year under "new" management and the place looks like it did before new management took over. Garbage all over the garage. Walls needing to be repaired. Parking lot never cleaned up. Weeds in the rock beds. The drive way in to the underground parking is full of holes. The only good thing about the place are the two women who work in the office.

Mostly positive experience living at this community. Some trouble with occasional garbage, occasional dog poo that wasn't picked up. As a woman, safety is always a concern, and I have no problem walking the grounds at any time of day. Most of all, the office staff is great and handles things on a timely basis.

This complex is really nice and I appreciate all the amenities provided like heated garage and in-unit washer and dryer, and the gym. I would love to see a stationary bike over the spin bike in the gym. I will also say that I'm excited about the improvements that are being made to the building and I am looking forward to more improvements. Sometimes the noise level is a bit more than I'd like especially with kids running through the hallway. The fire alarm went off a lot during our first few months here because people were smoking in the building. It appears that this has stopped and I'm thankful.

Staff are excellent. They are very responsive and friendly.The building is quiet and I barely hear my neighbors. It's in a convenient location near 169, trails and Medicine Lake. The amenities are decent.

I think the place is great overall. Lots of space, parking, behind the forest. I love it. I do give it 4 stars for the sole reason of the “winter clause” : having to pay extra to move out during the winter months. It’s a lot of money plus paying the rent on top of that. Besides that, it’s great

I'm pleased with the improvements made since the property was purchased. I wish the residents would be mindful of their behavior regarding picking up after themselves and returning the grocery carts. I feel it disrespectful to the owners, managers and each resident. I am appreciative to the families not letting their children run around the building and disrupting others. Fir the most part I'm happy to be living here

It’s a lovely place to live and We love the family room & exercise room. We meet a few neighbors and the convenient of restaurants in the area, plus a liquor store, car wash is in walking distances. It’s just so easy living in this area a lake in walking distance . A underground parking lot for the winter months.

It takes a while to fix issues within the apartment. The package delivery system sucks. There are times my package says "undeliverable". There are no amenities with this building and the playground is horrible and with in the middle of mosquitoville. It is truly embarrassing. Also, our light in the master bedroom does not work, nor does it's ceiling fan. We were going to update the fan but have not heard even after a few requests, Don Barnes

I was skeptical about moving here because of the old comments, however we made the best decision moving to this condo. The facilities are in perfect condition, Jaida's attention has always been excellent and it has been important for our family to have her at all times. Plus Medicine Lake is a very beautiful place, conveniently has 2 beaches, and is close to the building. We plan to make this place our home for many years.

Seems to be getting better with new ownership and maintainence management. They are charging $50 a month for garage now which is new. It was free before.
