Arrive Belay & Arrive Noba

I've been living at Arrive Belay for about a year now, it's a great property! No issues with noise or neighbors, very clean, everyone is nice and respectful. Sully managed my move in, it was very smooth! I got 8 weeks free and it really helped. Coleman is always nice and helpful with any questions or requests as well, they've got a good team that genuinely cares about every resident. Apartments are newly remodeled, all appliances are modern, in-unit washer and drier are really nice. It was a must requirement for me. Overall a very good experience and I recommend!

The management does things like Pizza or taco night, hot cocoa bar, even breakfast sometimes and it's always a nice treat and a good way to meet your neighbors!

This was one of the first properties I looked at when making my moving to the area and nothing else compared. My unit is great, and I love the designated parking. The property manager, Coleman is readily available for any and all questions.

I had an outstanding move-in experience at Arrive and Belay, and I cannot speak highly enough of the team, especially Coleman and Sully. From the moment I began the process, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They graciously accepted packages on my behalf long before I officially moved in and kept me informed with prompt updates on everything I needed to take care of prior to my arrival. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made this the most seamless and stress-free move-in experience I've had in three countries. The apartment itself exceeded all my expectations. The renovations are top-notch, and my new home is stylish, comfortable, and far better than I could have imagined. I truly feel valued as a resident, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more impressive living space. I've lived at Belay for 4 years now, and I have enjoyed the amenities as well as the prime location for multiple reasons (walkable food options, main bus line access, etc.) The staff at Belay are fantastic - Sully and Coleman very communicative about events and are always on top of things around the property. My partner and I were planning to move a year ago for a closer commute, but plans fell through, and I am so glad they did. Belay has been a fantastic place to call home.

I love it here! Great staff, friendly neighbors, and incredible events. I love it here! I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a home not only in Ballard, but Seattle as a whole.

This building is one of the best I’ve lived in. The management is quick to respond and will work to help you however they can. My apartment is the perfect size and the view is great. Plus the roof and gym are two great amenities I love taking advantage of!

Apartment is beautiful and move in was smooth. Coleman and Sully were extremely helpful to make this process easy. The roof is especially a great spot to soak in the views and the neighborhood is quiet and cozy.

Quiet apartments, kind neighbors, and attentive management. A good sense of community and safety. Pet friendly, too, which is absolutely lovely. Overall easy going, which is great after a long day.

The resident experience has been great. The move-in was smooth and it's great to see how there are many events for the tenants. We've had taco and BBQ events and the food was delicious.

Nice safe place to live with a helpful and responsive management team. There are thoughtful events planned monthly for the residents to attend.

I love living here! Anytime I need help with something, I always get an immediate response and it’s absolutely fabulous. From the leasing office to the maintenance team, I have always been surprised by how much they care. Most places around Seattle are not like that at all. We have an amazing community and I feel safe and welcome at every event.

So far my experience has been great. Coleman and Sully have made me feel very welcomed! My move in process was seamless, the apartment had a few hiccups but overall maintenance has been on top of things. Glad i chose Belay

Clean building with very kind staff. Units are updated and well maintained. The maintenance crew is timely on addressing issues. Building feels safe.

This place is the best! The location is awesome, just north of Downtown Ballard so I can walk to the hustle and bustle of that and be able to come home to peace and tranquility. The staff and Maintenace are top notch. Every work order I have had has been fixed so quickly, typically same day. They have the best customer service ever and the communication is great. I love living at Arrive Belay!

I've very much enjoyed the time I've spent at Arrive Belay in Ballard. The customer service has been wonderful, and the time it took to get my garbage disposal in my sink worked on and replaced took minutes to address once I made the complaint and minutes to fix by the maintenance man. The manager is really effective and takes his job very seriously, which I do appreciate very much. I hear that a lot of other places aren't like that; the staff is hard to get a hold of or it's hard to get someone to acknowledge you or your issues you may be facing. Thankfully it's not like that at all here. In fact the staff here are very friendly and accommodating and professional; and they are very quick to respond to any issues one may have. I am very impressed and satisfied with how things are run and with the staff here. It's also a super modern and super safe building. The 24 hr gym is great and the new Butterfly entry system is awesome! I use my cell to let myself or guests in. I love that thing!

I'm coming up on a year living here and I couldn't be happier with my choice to live at this property! The location is so convenient, the building is always clean and kept up and the units are renovated. Coleman is always prompt at answering any questions and follows up on concerns in a timely manner. Both him and Sully are always so friendly and you can tell they really care about the residences that live here and their well being. Safety is of main priority here as well. Could not recommend living here more.

Recently moved into Arrive Belay and my experience so far has been amazing. Really good apartment building with an amazing staff. Sully handled my application with utmost professionalism and patiently answered all the questions I asked. I wasn’t in town while applying for this apartment so I was a bit skeptical. But Sully made the process very easy and reassuring. Coleman helped me during move-in and that went smoothly as well. They always help you with a smile on their face and always greet you with a smile as well whenever I meet them around the building. The neighborhood around Arrive Belay is also very good.

Living at Belay has been great. Coleman and Sully have been great great community managers and leasing guides. Along with maintenance and cleaning staff they have all made this building a nice place to live. Wish the appliances were a little quieter and the flooring in my bathroom had been updated at move-in though.

Arrive Belay is a welcoming and pleasant place to stay. The staff treats you as if you are family. Highly recommend!

I moved in about 4 months ago and have had a great experience so far. My unit was clean and updated (new appliances and countertops) upon move-in and I've only had to place one maintenance request so far - which was handled quickly! Best features so far: lots of storage in the bathroom and kitchen (especially for such a small unit), close to public transit All interactions with staff in the leasing office and maintenance has been very professional and friendly as well. Coleman was my leasing agent and was very informative on my tour & very responsive to questions prior to my move-in - definitely helped my transition to a new city!

The Belay team: Chaz, Coleman, and Sully is quite an awesome crew. This would be my 6th year here since 2018 and I've definitely enjoy living here. The staff has been helpful and seems like they are always available if I ever had any issues or any questions. Pretty straightforward team, they are pofessional, accommodating, and efficient. Kudos.

Living here has been a great experience! Coleman and Sully were very helpful and professional throughout the leasing experience and were always there to help with any questions. The units are great with modern finishes, the in unit laundry makes a huge difference, and the gym/rooftop amenities are very well maintained. The gym has an impressive amount of equipment as well! Other tenants I have met have all been friendly and respectful, so overall it has been a good experience!

We moved to Seattle a year ago and as soon as we visited Arrive Belay and saw our great room flat, we immediately fell in love with the place and decided to live here. Our window overlooks spruce trees, so it feels like summer all the time. Our property managers Coleman and Sully are always ready to help with any questions. The building is clean and tidy and security is strictly enforced. Our mailing list is always up to date with information about work being carried out in the building. If something breaks down, our maintenance technician Chaz and his colleagues fix it the same day or the next day

I have lived in this apartment for 4 1/2 years and I have been very comfortable here. It's close two bus stops that take you directly into downtown Seattle. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. And the common spaces in the building are always clean. My only complaint is there is a lot of traffic noise because it's on a busy street.

It’s been great moving in. My roommate and I love the apartment and Coleman the Manager is the best, he has been a great help throughout the entire process

Great move in experience. Sully and Ferguson helped out a lot with the move in process and made it very seamless. The area itself is nice, not very noisy and the studios are pretty big.

I love leaving here at Arrive Belay. This will now be my third year living here. Very safe neighborhood, leasing office staff is very friendly and always willing to help when there is an emergency. Maintenance is always prompt and willing to help with apartment issues. The only thing will be having upgrades to the stove and refrigerator in the apartment whenever necessary. Especially for someone like me who has been continuously living there.

Arrive Belay has an outstanding staff who works hard to ensure our safety and comfort! Whenever we have an issue, they are quick to respond.

Belay has been wonderful. I love the location of Belay! It is close to Market Street and the bus line. The roof is great and has an amazing view of Mt. Ranier and the Space Needle. Our favorite thing is that it is dog-friendly!

I’ve lived in this building for 6 years until I moved out of state, and it was absolutely amazing from the start. Maintenance responds to any and all issues quickly, management’s communication is prompt and detailed, and the grounds are kept very clean. The gym and roof area were recently renovated, and the location is within walking distance from downtown Ballard. The building itself is very safe as well, and I’ve had no issues with package theft my entire time at the property. I very much enjoyed my time at Belay, and it will always be my Seattle home.

I love living at Arrive Belay. It’s the best place in Ballard! The building is very well maintained and has a great fitness room. Packages are secured in an Amazon locker. Everyone who lives there is great, and if you ever need anything the management will take care of it right away.

The building location is very convenient. The new staff is prompt and helpful. The prosperity is clean, quiet and peaceful. given the location it is reasonable priced. The gym is basic, serves our needs.

It’s ok- the new management is responsive and is cleaning up the building, doing some remodeling which is great. Downside- neighbors that don’t respect the quiet hours, expensive parking and the building seems to have frequent ant issues

management is much more responsive over the phone or in person versus in email, (which is not my personal preference) apartment could have been cleaned more throughly, kitchen faucet was broken the first time i tried to use it

I love living at Arrive Belay. It's the best place in Ballard! I know that for a fact because I've lived here 8 years and never wanted to move.

Ask to see the bike room before you sign a lease. It's been unusable since before we moved in; half of the racks have been destroyed by bike thieves and the remaining are occupied by unmaintained, cobweb covered junk bikes. We raised the issue with management (Thrive Communities) months ago and they haven't done anything about it.

Sometimes I hear loud dog noises inside quiet hours which can be frustrating.
