My family and I are very grateful, we had a problem with the unit on our second day, but the administration and maintenance acted almost immediately, and they also gave us two months free to live here.

You can definitely see the change for the better in the neighborhood in the month's we've had new management and new staffing in the office. My questions get answered, and while I haven't had any issues of late, if I did I know the current staff and management will address it in a timely manner. This is a complete 180 from the experience I had when I first moved in. I went from counting down the days until the lease was up, to renewing my lease with a smile because the current office staff and new management has mad this feel like home. Very appreciative of them and I highly recommend.

Pretty good! A few broken things in the apartment, but staff has been kind and responsive. Apartment is very quiet. My husband says it is already feeling like home.

My experience was decent. Arrive has a decent community, decent units and floor plans that are affordable, good outside area, a decent leasing team.

Had a big electric scare with our bathroom fan at least a month ago. (The fan somehow managed so slice a wire and large sparks fell down onto me and the floor and smoke filled the downstairs) and yet nobody had done one thing about it! Put in a request just for the maintenance person to say “ah, thats an electric issue” AND LEAVE!! Have they done anything about it? No. Will they do something about it? Also no. On top of that, our outlets in our kitchen do not work at all, our laundry machine is broken, and our front door isn’t sealed so bugs are getting in 24/7!!! This place doesn't care about its residents, they only care when they get bad reviews. I wish i could get out of this lease.

The price is okay, and the location is convenient, but there are a lot of downsides. One being that maintenance is slow, the front office is slow, there's a lot of loud music late at night, if you use the tennis court any time after sundown expect cockroaches, and if you put in a pest control request for them to spray for wasps, expect wasps the next day. All in all, it's a pretty okay first apartment but nothing too exceptional.

My experience with my unit has been outstanding and we plan to retire here. My problems are with management and Trinity. Reactive and NEVER proactive. Communications are really poor and inaccurate. My biggest issue is the lack of the road repair that has been since 11/23 which is unacceptable and dangerous because we have only one exit if there is an emergency. I blame Trinity and the manager for these issues. So many more but I love this place and I wish they did !!!!

The unit we initially viewed and the unit that we are in are very different. Our carpet hasn't been replaced or properly cleaned. We found hair clamps and popcorn kernel upon cleaning. The drawers aren't on track and don't stay the way they are intended to. The doors and walls are in need of paint touch ups. The nails on the balcony are a complete danger. Our windows are missing screens. There is no lighting for the Livingroom. The floors are very uneven and the there's quite a bit of rigged up shotty repairs in the unit

After 3 years I’ve been through 4 different property owners. Each has felt like they were putting lipstick on a pig . The current owner has good intentions but their focus is also exterior focused. Maintenance take forever and the office crew is cool but management don’t care .

The place is in a nice location and the managing staff have been nice and easy to work with. The only problems have been the frequent pool closures but that is out of the communities control.

Maintenance doesn’t do there job. All bedrooms just get hot upstairs and it can be 60 degrees in the house, i bet the thermostat still says above 70 Parking spots need to be given asap.

There were issues in the apartment before I moved in. Missing appliances, missing blinds(still missing) and general uncleanliness. With the missing appliances, also led to a water leak that left the water unusable for the entirety of move in weekend. Plus the dehydration and moisture mitigation. Unpleasant to say the least. Also, the multiple charges for trash seems ridiculous. One charge for valet (which doesn’t seem to get picked up, that you CANNOT opt out of) and another for community trash dumpsters I suppose? I still take my own trash to the dumpsters. The water charges are extremely ridiculous as well, for one person can be close to 200/month for solely water! Because the water is split between everyone in the complex when there are major site plumbing issues that have yet to be resolved, you can’t even get to the back half of the complex because the roads are tore up. Pool isn’t open yet, so no comment there. The gym does stay completely unlocked 24/7, no FOB/key, no safety!

Horrible from start to finish. If something can go wrong with this place, it probably will. We had too many issues to list but here’s a couple of the highlights: Our fridge did not work properly when we moved in. It would not freeze water and food in the fridge was rotting quickly because it was not cold enough. After almost two months of going to the leasing office almost every day, we finally received a different fridge. However, this fridge had rotten food in the bottom under the drawers. After yet another month of going to the leasing office multiple times a week, calling almost every day, we finally received a new working fridge. In total, it took them almost three months to get us a good fridge. Communication is virtually non existent. The leasing office answers the phone maybe 1 out of 10 times you call, if you’re lucky. Before signing our lease, the communication was great. As soon as we signed, nothing. We called multiple times trying to set up a move in appointment and to get our move in check list but they ignored all calls. We finally received a call that our apartment was “ready” at 2pm the day our lease began. Then, when we hadn’t completed the items on the checklist, they said it was our fault even though it’s their job to inform us of move in duties. If anyone in the office ever says they will call you, they won’t. The water and power will shut off often. We went almost 48 hours without water without communication. They do not care. Lastly, we exercised the buy-out option in our lease to move out early. We had a listed buy-out fee of $0 and a stipulation to return the rent concession we received. After submitting the buy-out and rent concession check, the corporate office returned saying we also owed an early move out fee equal to our rent payment, which is not correct (as stated by a lawyer we consulted). After a few days of avoiding us, they cashed the concession check. Zero communication saying the buy-out was accepted. Lastly, the water and power will shut off often. We went almost 48 hours without water without communication. This place will consistently try to gas light you by saying all the problems are your fault. They will not communicate with you. We were here a year and had 3 or 4 leasing managers; it’s a revolving door in that office. It doesn’t matter who is in the leasing office, they will not do their job. Do not rent here. Trinity Property Management should be ashamed of the way they run this place.

Work orders closed out before even completed. Such as Pest control. Trash pick up has been a joke again. They pick up when choose Not every scheduled time. No compensation for residents .

After move it we have found out that the community is not near as nice as we originally thought. Trash is piled up everywhere. The water problem has been an ongoing issue and instead of offering a rent discount we got a pizza party. that did not make up for the inconvience we have suffered. Crime seems to be on a huge increase and I often see homeless people walking around the parking areas. Service has not been the best, it took 6 weeks or so to get a mailbox key and then they tried to charge me for it. Overall not a good experience and will be moving when my lease is up.

Tight space, and construction work is taking too long. Trash is everywhere—needs cleaning. Water pressure sometimes is low; smell of rust. Poor communication.

It is an emotional roller coaster living here. 3 years and counting . I have seen it all. Good , bad and ugly . This current situation is part of the ugly . The environment is not being kept up like it use to.

This place has to be the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. I been here almost a year and it has been nothing but issues since day 1. They shut off our water multiple times last month due to the construction they’re doing, most of the time without warning and when they do tell us that they’ll be shutting it off they lie about when it will be coming back on. A few weeks ago they shut off our water for 42 hours, we were told the water would only be out for 8 hours. That same week they had a gas leak and were on the news but of course they didn’t bother to inform us about it until hours later. They claim that trash valet will pickup your trash 6 days a week but we’re lucky if they even come twice a week. Don’t move here unless you like living with bugs and spiders!! if that’s not enough to keep you away maybe the fatal shootings across the street at Kroger and one at the gas station next to Arrive’s entrance will. Please don’t move your family here it’s not worth it.

We have neighbors that they will not do anything about the noise and pot that has been reported multiple time a week. The start playing the music at 10 pm until ?? I have multiple migraines at week because of the pot. If you are looking to move here don’t. They close tickets with out fixing the issue. They shut the water completely multiple times a month. They told us they were going to fine us for planting in buckets on the porch and the umbrella to our patio table.

To start, I have had a leaking sink and broken dishwasher that doesn't clean dishes or dry them for four years. We deal with black mold constantly. The trash removal service is a joke. We don't receive monthly pest control check ups but are charged for it. We end up trapped every time it snows because the office never prepares. The list goes on. I have lived here since 2017, seen the complex change ownership multiple times and things never get better. I wouldn't recommend living here to my worst enemy.

Delays in maintenance. Valet trash hit and miss. Sewage back up in lower bathroom, hallway and AC closet. Took them 30 days to fix hole in upstairs shower.

Worst apartments in the area by a land slide. Crime riddled, water gets turned off multiple times a month unannounced due to constant construction, but never any construction in the actual apartments people are living in. These haven’t been updated since the 70s. Save your money and don’t even APPLY here

Sadly due to the construction we weren’t notified about, water repeatedly being shut off without accurate communication and no credits given, trash, rent increases and general resident consideration I’ve had to seriously consider moving.
