Absolutely adore management! They are genuinely kind, helpful, fun and knowledgeable. Crofton is well kept. Maintenance is also the best. They are trustworthy and very attentive to any and all requests. A bonus is they welcome pets. For most, pets are family so that’s essential and they understand that.

Poorly made apartment and not worth the price. Doesn’t matter what gets fixed the issue still remains. The head maintenance person is arrogant. It’s a bug infested building. Absolutely disgusting.

Community is nice and everyone is welcoming. When we first moved in people came up to us and welcomed us into the neighborhood and it was just very nice to see as you do not see that everyday. We have dad quite a few disturbances from the neighbor's noise that has caused us to not have much sleep.

We had a really great and seamless move in experience. The community is a great place to live. Everyone is very nice and friendly and I really enjoy the amenities. The only issue is that we are on the first floor and have gotten quite a few bugs this summer. Other than that, everything has been great!

Friendly environment. Just the homes a little odd. Small pantry. Like a crack in the wall. If you have to store things you’ll need extra storage furniture or maybe a storage unit else where.

Great staff and quick to respond for maintenance. Very nice amenities. Crime is a little off the hook, though. I’ve had my car broken into, and several of my neighbors have had rims stolen off of their vehicles. Would rather have video surveillance, then concierge, trash removal.

It’s been a pleasant experience living in the apartment community. However, the car break-ins is a huge concern. The presence of police vehicles on the on the property doesn’t appear to be a deterrent. I requested a community town hall meeting in order for residents to come together to discuss ideas in making the community more safe. My request has not been addressed.

Arrive Crofton is a great place to live. The apartments are small for the cost but they are well maintained and the grounds are kept clean. It is in close proximity to grocery stores, pharmacies, hardware store, and shopping. The staff is very friendly and always very helpful.

Arrive Crofton is right in the heart of Crofton. Access to everything with ease. I can walk or drive to the grocery store, CVS, the hardware store, shopping and restaurants. The apartment complex is well maintained and is well lit. The apartment grounds are maintained extremely well. The spring/summer landscaping and routine leaf pickup during the fall and winter keeps the area looking extremely manicured. Our apartments may not be very large but they pack a punch because we have everything inside. Beautiful updated kitchens with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryers in each unit and central heat and air. Our maintenance is very timely and do a great job. One of the things I really like is how our management engages with its residents. They offer all types of events and social activities that bring the residents together to know who your neighbors are and to promote social networking. Additionally, the management promotes events in giving back to the community.

Finding this place was a good thing for us. We are now closer to our Granddaughters in Bowie. We hope to be able to buy a house in the next couple of years. Being here has made things possible for us to save money. Also we have here just about every store within walking distance to our condo. The whole place is kept clean and pretty. lol. Yes, Arrive Crofton looks fancy. When you see it you will be thinking about what it would look like to live here

Great community and staff the maintenance crew responds quickly to issues usually fixing the same day u make the request, the apartments themselves look amazing and have up to date appliances, getting settled in was a easy and hooking up my internet was effortless

I have been living here at Arrive Crofton for the past two years and absoultely love it! The community is close to shopping and quiet when I need it to be after a long day at work. The staff in the office - Janice, Erika, Denise and Amber are so friendly. Very quick to answer my questions and have helped me make this community my place to call home. Edwin and his team, Jose and Henry have been so attentive to my service requests. Quick to respond to my requets and very professional. 100% recommend this community to everyone!

I find that Arrive Crofton is a most friendly place to live. The grounds are neat and well maintained, particularly in the area that I live. Maintenance staff is very helpful and courteous when called in to repair appliances, change lights, adjust door frames etc. Jose has been the person that has done the work many times. I’m not familiar with the other names of the maintenance people. However, they all have been good at their work. I have been a resident for three years. Office staff is helpful especially in resolving issues that need urgent attention.
