Had a HVAC issue that resulted in high pseg costs and took way longer than it should to have been fixed. No sense of urgency. Back gate is open almost all the time, front office cant spend money to get it done right but instead will allow their front office to flood twice snd spend stupid money to fix those issues. Ha

I have recently moved to Arrive and it has been by far the best and most seamless experience. I had a few minor maintenance requests that were immediately addressed in less than a few hours post-submission. The people I've run into are nice, but I do have issues with this being advertised as a gated community, but the gates have not properly worked the entire time I've been here. Also, the clubhouse flooded which means we no longer had access to the pool or gym. While I'm understanding of that, they should be more transparent about timelines of when the clubhouse will be back open or when the gates will actually be fixed.

People keep parking in front of my garage when I call The office never answers the phone . It waluld be nice if they had a line just for this issue because I keep getting to work later because I have to wait for people to move their car from blocking my garage

Resident don’t help to keep the building clean. They dispose garbage bags on the floor in the trash rooms. Pets soil the carpets and their owners don’t clean it. People don’t respect parking spots.

I did not have a good move in experience and my apartment was not what I expected and promised. I’m very dissatisfied. This apartment is not worth the amount of rent that I am paying. The property is not well maintained and the security is not up to par. This community is trying to compete with other luxury building but is not meeting the standards.

This complex use to be great ! Years ago. Now always short of staff maintenance takes forever the bldg are always dirty and smelly elevators aswell ! Pool area doesn’t get clean . Management office just focused on the office area to comply when new residents comes for tour . After you move here your apt start getting molds the entire year maintenance will come after several complain fix it but will get the mold again .

I just moved out from this place. The place is not expensive but the leasing office is terrible. They tried to overcharge me so many times. When I went to the leasing office to choose my renewal option. The manager was away, so I couldn't sign the contract, but I chose an option to secure my place. Despite making several follow-up calls, I got no response. On October 4th, I picked up the documents, signed them with my roommate, and returned them on October 5th. Linda assured me the balance would update on the portal, but it showed $0 all day. On October 6th, I received a notice saying I owed $825.24, including a $200 late fee, which is unacceptable since the portal showed $0 until I logged out and back in. I talked to the managers, but they just trust their employees more so that I had to pay that late fee. After I moved out, they charged $400 for repaint the tub surface, I tried my best to clean it up, its just too old. When I moved in that apartment 1 and half years ago, it was i bad condition already. The leasing office is always rude to us, when I sold my car and tried to cancel my parking spot, they kept asking proof of selling??? Not a good place to live at alllllll! Run away from it.
Living at Arrive has been a good experience. Management has been understanding and helpful. Mostly quiet and respectful community. No issues here.

There have been improvements since we arrived. Some of them are maintenance team for inside and outside of the apartments. However, sometimes I have to walk into the leasing office to get a response. They are very absent or late on emails and phone calls. The leasing office also mysteriously closes at random times.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The building is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive to any maintenance requests led by Jose. The front office is amazing, led by Linda. Nicole and Hopkins are the counterparts who help keep the amazing atmosphere a fun, friendly and family oriented time. They all do great with the events held in the clubhouse based on seasonal holidays.. crushed Hallloween recently! GREAT Job team. The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, with modern amenities and plenty of natural light. The community here is great, and I've made some wonderful friends among my neighbors. Overall, it's a fantastic place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience. Overall the complex is Ok, it's just some of the residents don't take pride where they live. They don't clean up after their pets, don't pick up after themselves when they make a mess, people who have multiple cars take the vistor parking and don't pay and the weed smoking in the bldg. The Property Management tries by sending out notices, but it doesn't work. All of these are violations to the lease, but people don't care.

Staff members very nice, but trying to talk to any of them over the phone is difficult. Also they need to enforce the rules. I see dog poop on the premises, cars parked in no parking zones, residents parking in visitors parking every day.

Teens making too much noise at night with loud music and shouting. Apartments are ok overall but quite old. Maintenance is great and quick to address issues. Management is slow and unresponsive.

I have resided at Arrive for the past 12 years. That right 12 years! The location is so convenient to the city and NJ highways. Very quiet and animal friendly. the apartments are very spacious and modern too.

It's a beautiful community solar with warm neighbors, beautiful views. It gives me the atmosphere to rest enough. I enjoy both the sun rise and sun set at this community. Exterior of complex is well kept. Units are older and needs updating for the price being charged. I hate that landscaping leaves my car very messy every week after I wash it. The units are extremely cold during the winter time. I’m ready to go’!

This apartment is mediocre at best. Packages go missing and management tells you to report it to police and it's your responsibility... I get that but taking zero responsibility for lost packages or doing anything about them is ridiculous. You have camera system and they don't even help you check. Don't you want to catch the bad guys? I reported to police but of course, nothing happens. Another big issue is people driving like it's the freeway, specially on the back stretch of the parking lot. For actual living experience, the building is getting old/outdated. Instead of painting and making the exterior pretty, please focus on updating the inside where it matters for tenants, like the AC/Heat. Here, you have to wait for management to switch from AC/Heat after each season so you will have that time period where you are freezing or sweating.

The house is nice but not well maintained. No management or security.. The common facilities and gym were not managed, and the gym was not usable because the key did not work even during operating hours.

Our apartment was in great condition when we moved in! It looked like all of the appliances and the carpet were new! We had a maintenance issue right off the bat, but the team was able to get a temporary fix in place by the end of the first day. The permanent fix only took about 24 hours and the tech was very friendly. The front office was very welcoming on the day we moved in and were helpful in making it a smooth transition. We feel very safe in the community and it's a great place to live for the price!

Overall the apartment is an ok place to live. There were significant issues in the beginning as far as the apartment being ready for us to move into it. There was no shower head, appliances needed to be replaced, and the chain lock didn't work. The side gate has been broken longer than it has worked. The commute into the city is a little tedious but doable.

About ten days ago, my wife and I scheduled a tour with Rose for a specific time due to prior obligations. We arrived at Arrive earlier than expected, and due to her schedule, Rose was happy. Off the top, her attitude was upbeat, positive, confident and she treated us as if we were already tenants. About three days after our visit, we found out through the online portal that we were approved for a unit! Although our move is in Sept, management hasn't reached out for us to sign paperwork yet. The only thing that raised my eyebrow was there is no kind of access control at the main entrance of the community. Other than that, Arrive is a beautiful property and has all of the amenities we were looking for. Our current 2bd is the size of the living room, kitchen and balcony at Arrive put together (very sad, I know, lol) and we can't wait to "move on up" like the Jeffersons!

Love this community. The area is nice and food is amazing . Quiet and peaceful. Staff is helpful. Amenities and parking are nice. Wish there was more visitor parking though.

When I first arrived here, the experience was horrible and apartment certainly was not ready; however, eventually everything was repaired. We even ended up switching units . I’m still unsure why the intercom still does work after months and residence do not seem to curb their dogs. Overall things have improved since moving here but can get better.
