Great experience. Love my apartment, the community, and the staff. Location is super convenient with groceries, Starbucks, Chipotle, and LA Fitness all walkable.

In my experience living in apartment buildings my whole life, I have never encountered a landlord that doesn’t change the air filter at least every six months. The filter room is locked so tenants can’t do it by themselves. I have no problem going out and buying a filter. I just can’t gain access to that room. Also, I’ve lived here a year and I’ve never once seen the outside of the windows Washed. The package room is a complete disaster and has been for as long as I’ve lived here. There’s such easy fixes that I am amazed No one has thought of them. The first floor garage is for guests of tenants so there is no charge. I live on the second floor and I see people who park their car on the first floor for free and then walk up to their second third or fourth floor apartment. The building keeps saying they’re going to do something about it and that’s an easy fix but no one has done anything. . It’s no surprise that I am a very disgruntled tenant.

Easy access to the Mariano. The staff are very kind and respond well. Direct Tv(internet include) is required. You need to pay $130 per month but never watch it. Paying $20 for netflix and hulu is much better. I wish I had the option to choose my own internet provider

My experience with the property management company has been positive overall, particularly with helpful staff like Ali and Roxanne. However, since Arie left, there's been a void. Occasionally, an individual with a less favorable attitude occupies her position. Issues like gate malfunctions and erratic drivers in the garage have occurred, but repairs have improved safety and reduced unauthorized parking. Regular HVAC filter changes should be standard.

People are generally friendly, facilities are beautiful, staff is so helpful, kind, and respectful. When issues pop up, for example fixing the elevator, the staff sends updates immediately so we aren’t taken by surprise. Overall a beautiful and great place to live. Only con is that the floors are not sound proof so if you have someone living above you, you will hear every footstep they take.

it is convenient for traffic and parking. But not easy to find front desk people on site when there is urgent need to communicate. Also the monthly internet fee is ridiculous, the resident can choose to not to use or use their own service provider.

I really like living here. Maintenance is great and very fast. Building is well maintained. We like living here a lot. Only complaints are that the garage security gate has been broken for months meaning anyone could potentially get in. Easily. And secondly, while it was in the lease, we missed the part where we are required to pay an additional $130 monthly for cable. We stream everything and do not use cable and again, while it was in the lease, a heads up might have been nice too.

I have loved living at Arrive Glenview! My apartment is wonderful, the amenities are amazing and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. My dishwasher stopped working recently and the maintenance team made sure to see the issues and ended up replacing my dishwasher with a wonderful new one. Very happy to live here!!

This is a great place to live! Everyone is very respectful, the premises are kept very neat and clean, and it's a relatively quiet apartment complex. The leasing office staff are super nice and very responsive to any inquiries and/or issues which really shows they care about the residents here!

Arrive has put a great deal of improvements into the building. The pool is probably the highlight of this complex. Staff is very courteous. Location is superb. Too bad a herd of Buffaloes live above me. The walls and ceilings seem paper thin. The hallways are constantly filled with household garbage. Tenants do not clean up after their pets very well. It is disgusting. Guest parking spaces are typically filled with residents that don’t pay for parking. Then there is the occasional fire alarms blaring off in the middle of the night. Marketed as luxury apartments. Far from it!
Overall clean, quiet, convenient. Only complaint is the out dated, cheap washing machine with a rod instead of front loads along with the dishwasher. Most appliances need an update are flimsy and cheap to be a luxury.

Moving here has been nothing short of a disappointment. Let me get started, before I even thought about writing this review, I gave management time to rectify the situation to no avail. 1. The incompetency of this management is pretty real. They do not know which units are ADA and which units are not. Our manager was shocked when she walked into our unit 2 months ago during our move-in walk through to find the entire unit being modified. All the things we were promised such as cabinet space are no longer existent. This shows the lack of awareness they have of even their own units. 2. Random charges showing up. We own one parking spot, but somehow were charged for two this past month. Reached out two days ago via their app (which they told me all communication should go through the app) and no response. Reached out yesterday and no response. Rent is due today. The lack of professionalism and timeliness is something that is concerning as an apartment landlord. If you email them, they respond pretty well; but they tell you not to email them and contact them through the app. But when you contact them through the app, the communication somehow is worse than emailing them? 3. Maintenance. We used the oven 2x to bake frozen pizzas and both of those times were disasters. The smoke detectors went off every 30 seconds due to some unknown reason. Submitted the maintenance request and they came and checked it out. They just turned the oven on (with nothing inside the oven) for 10 minutes and left telling us it was fine because nothing happened. But of course nothing would happen because there's nothing inside the oven baking??? 4. Little things. Randomly, you get locked inside the complex and can't leave through the front door. Yeah you read that correctly. Sometimes you can't leave through the apartment complex's front door because it locks from the inside so you have to leave through the side door which is pretty inconvenient. The side door can be just yanked open without a key fob which is a significant safety issue. the garage door is always open. I think in the 2 months I have lived here, the garage door has been functioning for 2 days before it broke. So it's just always open. The only positive about living here is the location. Mariano's being walkable and 294 being across is pretty convenient. Maybe this is all corporate's issue of not being able to hire competent works to be 'landlords'. Regardless to say, it's been nothing short of a disappointment.

Love my apartment, staff is great BUT the building needs a security system. The gate needs fixing and the building could use cameras. The gate has not been closed for months.
