Hollywood is the epicenter of the movie business, home to celebrities and dreamers alike. Convenient to Los Angeles, Hollywood draws many in with its iconic landmarks and historic theatres.
Take a step back in time when you visit remnants of Old Hollywood Glam at historic theatres such as TCL Chinese Theatre, El Capitan Theatre, and the Egyptian Theatre. Amoeba Music may seem like a time capsule but the largest independent record store in the U.S. stocks an impressive variety of CDs and DVDs as well as a knowledgeable staff. See where the Academy Awards are hosted at Dolby Theatre, the star-studded Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard, and the best views of the city from the overlook at Hollywood Bowl. Catch movie productions in action around Hollywood and stop by the Hollywood Wax Museum to see replicates of the more reclusive celebrities.
Accessible to the Hollywood Freeway and Griffith Park, major attractions and employers are only a short drive from Hollywood.

Property Ratings at Arrive Hollywood
Love this community here at Arruve thus far. I just moved in a few days ago and all the tenants I have meet have been pleasant thus far. Jessica and Jacob have been amazing with responding to all my emails and assisting me duribg the tour presentation and moving into my current unit.
Overall, I’ve liked living here. The location is great, security has improved, and the renovations since the property was sold have been really nice. However, some things I don’t like are that I can hear every footstep my upstairs neighbor takes and every conversation he ever has (little to no insulation); there’s no visitor parking, so you or your friends have to pay for them to visit; the units themselves need upgrading (the kitchens and cabinets are outdated); my dryer takes forever to dry clothes since it doesn’t vent anywhere and just recirculates warm, humid air; food deliveries can only be delivered to bldg. 1 and have to be picked up there, because there’s no way to let the delivery guy up from home; and finally, moving in and out is a huge hassle compared to other places I’ve lived since you have to park the truck in the loading dock and take multiple elevators to get there.
Love the place. Enjoy the amenities and the location is prime. I appreciate the transparency with the maintenance going on. The way the building is always finding ways to improve is greatly appreciated. Also the different events are really cool.
Arrive Hollywood is an excellent community to live in, in the heart of Hollywood. It is located in a very popular and touristy area that can sometimes be difficult to live in but the community is so well maintained that it almost shields from all this hustle bustle once you are home and gives you a peaceful place to live.
I couldn't be happier with a home! The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are fantastic, and I've always felt safe in my home while living here.
I really enjoy living at Arrive Hollywood! I moved into Building 2 and was surprised by how quiet it is despite being in the heart of Hollywood. Our windows face Carlos Ave, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Our parking spot is super convenient, right by the elevator near our apartment. The common areas were freshly updated after we moved in, so everything feels clean and new. I love the heated pool—it’s a rare find and great year-round. Saturday yoga and community events are also a nice touch (would love more!). A few minor downsides: I can hear footsteps from upstairs neighbors, but nothing else, so it doesn’t really bother me. Occasionally, an alarm goes off on the first floor of Building 2 in the evenings, but only at the entrance. There’s also a trash container on P2 where I’ve seen roaches, which aren’t pleasant to come across. None of these issues really bother me except the roaches, but fixing them would make it perfect!
I have been living in this apartment with my child, and it has been a truly comfortable and safe place for us. The maintenance and cleaning are always well taken care of, ensuring a pleasant and worry-free living environment. Despite being in the heart of Hollywood, the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It feels like a hidden oasis in the middle of the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and well-maintained home.
For sure best places I’ve lived in LA. Location is amazing, amenities are unbeatable, and the apartments are so cozy. Love all of the community events that go on as well. It feels so safe here. Thank you Arrive !
I enjoy the community and my unit. It’s nice and a good size for me and has all the things I am looking for in a unit. They are updating things which is also nice.
I love it. It's a beautiful environment. It's so peaceful walking around the complex. I really appreciate the cleanliness and staff that work hard everyday.
Thank you to the staff for being smiling and friendly:) For the fast maintenance work! It's cool that the complex is being improved and renovated
The staff at the leasing office are amazing! Very welcoming and helpful to get you set up. The building is clean, well maintained, and all the amenities are good. Love the place!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff is always friendly and responsive, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable. The property is well-maintained, and any issues are addressed promptly. It’s clear that the management genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
So far, I love how quiet and peaceful the community is. It's also very clean and the convenience of the stores and restaurants downstairs are great! Staff is very nice and helpful.
Living here for 11 month now and so happy that one day I found this place. Pretty cool that they have pool and gym, and huge parking just a life-saver.
I just moved into this apartment complex, and overall, I’m very pleased. The management team is friendly and welcoming, and the staff is professional and attentive. The amenities and environment make living here enjoyable. The only minor issues I’ve noticed so far are that the ventilation system is a bit noisy and the electric ignition on the grill in the common area doesn’t seem to be working. I hope these can be addressed soon, but they don’t take away from my positive experience overall.
Rent is too high, elevators never work, maintenance is very good, leasing office staff is mostly nice, cleaning staff is awesome. Amenities are good, given elevators never work though they shouldn’t keep raising the rent until they fix the place. The rent goes up every year elevator in buiding has been out for over 5 years. (Not kidding). The one remaining elevator that is working breaks down frequently and takes forever given people are waiting on it to get to work while folks are trying to move in and out. It’s ridiculous and then they jack up the rent
I love living at Arrive. It’s such a nice community with amazing amenities and the finishes in the apartments are beautiful. Everyone I’ve met is also very friendly and nice.
The utilities bill is was to high and makes no sense. I’ve seen Vacant units whose light stay on all day and all night that I am paying for out of my own pocket. This is ridiculous and it is inhumane. I am now paying for $200 worth of utilities for a studio and I barely am home.
Lived in Arrive, formerly Eastown for 3 years now. Overall I’m pretty happy. I would critique the elevators that’s about it. Hollywood is Hollywood and this building does most things right, and they don’t overdue it. Maintenance is on-time, amenities are cleaned and updated. I appreciate the security and the safe campus right in the middle of Hollywood. And over the years the management has offers a lot of perks which are appreciated. Thanks :-) and cheers
It was a great move in experience and Mimi made everything super simple and easy. Everyone has been super nice and accommodating. The email communication has been straight forward as well.
I’ve been living here since Covid, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The community boasts fantastic amenities that truly enhance the living experience. From the pool, gym, or the open space, there’s something for everyone. What I appreciate most is the central location making it easy to get around. Despite being so close to everything, the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet and tranquil. The beautiful trees and serene water structures create a peaceful environment that feels like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s a wonderful place to call home!
Great place to live. Needs some work on elevators and parking garage though. Living here is quiet and getting to the freeway is super easy. Greenery is great in the community.
I like living here so far. it's quiet but close to everything. i like all the amenities, everyone is nice, maintenance is quick, and app is okay to use.
Staff is friendly and patient. They take the time to address my questions and needs. I had some unresolved issues that existed before new ownership. I am impressed with how quickly they were able to get things done. I hope to continue to see more of the same service.
So far I love my experience with Arrive Hollywood. They keep the community engaged, and the area clean and safe. I've been here just over two months and I'm very satisfied. Plus this is a smoke free community so I don't need to worry about smelling cigarette smoke in my unit if I leave any windows open.
The apartment is great, was told I would have balcony when I first moved in and that was not the case. But, there is new management now and the building has a new owner. I like the building events and people. I just wish the events were not during a normal 9-5 hour and were more after work for the working class.
Overall good experience, very feasible leasing office and socializing opportunities. Great affordable options here at LA, ok dog friendly and walking area available
So far with Arrive in our community I have loved the welcoming vibe and atmosphere! Can’t wait to see what they will implement in the future!
I've been at the building for years and I'm happy with the direction it's going and the new ownership. Lots of clean up and good matenence teams.
Good times! Really enjoying the app & living in Hollywood is amazing. Really great amenities and the weather & atmosphere is top notch. Very grateful!!!
It’s been a great experience so far! Very warm & welcoming staff and clean facilities. Love that there’s security staffs always around the property
Great amenities and private vibe for such a central location. Happy to have chosen Arrive Hollywood as my first living location in Los Angeles.
great place and Mimi is the best! Nice community and amenities Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is awesome! Neighbors are pretty friendly too.
I appreciate the grounds being clean and a general feeling of safety. However, it does not feel like a community as there are no events in which to participa
Arrive Hollywood has been my home for about 2 years now. I’m pleased with residential services. I love the amenities here and the location is just amazing! Safe parking and good to have friends and family over for dinner :)
The Building is always clean, maintenance always friendly and quick. The amenities are really great, they offer more than most apartment complex’s.
I am loving my life at ArriveHollywood so far. I have been in my apartment for almost my first month now. The amenities are vast and entertaining, the staff is always willing to help, and all maintenance issues are handled expeditiously and professionally. My only trouble with my living situation has been the mail / Amazon locker: I had one delivery put on hold for almost 2 weeks because the delivery driver could not figure out the Amazon locker. Due to the nature of the issue, I don't even know if it was my building's fault however it feels worth mentioning. Other than that, life here has been nothing but sweet!
A lot better now that the leasing offices have everything completed in their systems and switched over from the last company. Was a hot mess for rent October 1st but great now. Apartment complex is always clean, great neighbors, good facilities!
Location is great with lots of entertainment and restaurants nearby. Apartment interior is cute and good except we’ve been having pest control issues.
I have enjoyed my time living at this complex. It is a very relaxing atmosphere with a community building activities that makes it fun to be amongst. Safe and well-kept.
It truly is a great apartment. If I could, I would definitely bring a friend or a family to live here. What I love the most in this apartment is the gym.
Beautiful, clean, and safe building in a great location. The staff is very helpful and maintenance is super fast. Move-in process was fast and easy.
I believe that this property is nice but unfortunately it lack in many areas. The parking office is very difficult and lacks attention to detail. The management team lacks luster and professionalism, they need to be re-trained. The property itself is not that bad but the fact that they have a major pest problem both inside of the homes and inside of the common spaces make you not want to use them. The carpets in the hallway are maintained just barely that you almost forget that animals use the bathroom on them everyday. Also to mention that there is always homeless people in front of the building. Overall I would not recommend. Good luck!
I have lived here since 2015 and this property is now Terrible. 2 murders committed right on Carlos Ave at the end of 2022; 100 ft from Building 3 and there is a homeless park right outside of our parking garage. The Elevators in Building 3 NEVER work and people allow their pets to use the bathroom inside of the actual community so it smells terrible. Rent is higher and guess what they are raising the rent in 2023 when the community is at its lowest. Do Not move here if you have any common sense. There are alternatives around just Not El Centro managed by the same garbage property managemet company WNG or WNP whatever they are going by today.

We’re very sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience. A few of your concerns are specifically related to activity typical within an urban setting. We recommend contacting the Field Deputy for CD13 or using the 311 MyLA app to connect with decision makers that have influence over the neighborhood. And we sincerely apologize elevator service was temporarily disrupted while we waited for a complicated part to be repaired. They are a priority, and we act to restore them as soon as possible. Nobody is answering you after you paid the deposit
Property Manager at Arrive Hollywood, Responded To This Review
Hello Ma, I'm sorry you've had difficulty reaching the team. We reviewed our records and it does appear we reached out to discuss the 72 hour policy for holding deposit refunds. During the application process, our prospective residents acknowledge applications must be cancelled in 72 hours to receive a full refund of the holding deposit. If that deadline passed, it is non refundable because the home was taken off the market for an extended period of time and unavailable to others to lease. Please let us know if you'd like to reserve another home or if we can answer any outstanding questions. You are welcome to contact me at britney.harner@wng.com. We hope to still have you at Eastown!
Be very careful if you're going to rent an apartment on any of the ground levels !! I lived in apartment 3225 on building 3 for 1 year and someone broke into my apartment 2 days before I'm moving out ! The Managment was so rude and didn't try to help me with anything ! They said they have no responsibility and it's a different Company that is in charge on security for the building. This company didn't anything to find who broke into my apartment !! And I'm actually very sure it was someone from the crew !! Anyways this building is the most opposite from being a secure building!! Thank god im out of there !
Sadly this is a terrible place to live if you need to use elevators. I stayed five months but had to leave because I'm carrying equipment for my job and the amount of times I had to climb 5 flights of stairs was awful. They also charged me $5400 to break my lease even though I had to leave because of a broken building. Shame
From day one this place is a nightmare. We signed a lease and payed the deposit. They had the nerve to come back and say oh sorry we can't move you in on the date you signed the lease for. So basically they left us in a homeless situation. The elevators are constantly broken. Having to take the stairs 6 floors to find used condoms on the floor. Fire alarms that go off weekly closing off the entrance and exit to the parking lot. The cheap cabinets are falling apart. Made spaghetti one day and the top of the cabinets flew off splashing all the hot water everywhere. Good thing I was on the other side of the kitchen. Staff is rude. One employee was boasting about how he was evicting 35 people. Nobody I met at this complex resigns. It's just not a comfortable place to live. I do not recommend. Look elsewhere.
Eastown is a beautiful complex. Though it is right in the middle of the Hollywood hubbub, you really do feel secluded from the craziness of the city.. without missing out on the excitement! The security is always on guard, and they take their job very seriously.. While this can test a young resident's patience, it truly is for the best of everyone living in the community. Something I love about Eastown is they are constantly throwing all sorts of free events for the residents! I'll admit... They're prices have raised and are now not very suitable for the struggling college grad straight of school... But it was a good run and is turning into quite the family oriented community!
