Arrive Inner Harbor

Hi I just moved in about a month ago. So far I really like it but I do wish the building would take complaints and inquiries more seriously, especially given that living here isn’t cheap and it’s “luxury.” The people above me are constantly loud with their bass and stereo but they’ve done nothing to resolve this. I really hope they care about their residents like they claim.

Nice but I only just moved in so I am not sure yet But it’s looks nice just as I wanted it, easily accessible, close to nice places and things to do

Very personalized experiance --- so far so good with the service received. Very organized and have a good process to manage. Also the property seems to be very safe.

I love the amenities. Layla and the leasing office has been so helpful and friendly. Deja has also been extremely helpful the maintenance staff including Ivan and Hassan and Rob are so knowledgeable and helpful. My experience here is amazing

Arrive Inner Harbor is a centrally located and beautiful facility. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, and the units are well-maintained and comfortable. There are many amenities available to residents which are easy to take advantage of. The building is very secure and surprisingly quiet. Would absolutely recommend Arrive to a friend!

The apartment is Perfect and building is as well since is well maintained the only issue something is management. Management always having an issue I submit a work order it takes about 2-3 days and they barely get it fixed

There was a little mix up upon move-in but staff was very helpful and adamant in resolving the issue. Overall, Arrive Inner Harbor is a beautiful building with a welcoming aesthetic. The concierge is very friendly and their greetings are always pleasant. The only downside is within a day or two I saw cockroaches. Idk if it was because the unit I was in was directly across from the trash room, but I’m a very neat person. So it seems to have been a direct impact of the trash area and how they just pile trash up in the room.

It’s been almost a month and it’s pretty good! The location is convenient and the people working at the apartment are friendly and helpful.

Amazing apartment. Just the utilities bill is quite high due to the shared system of billing which disincentivizes personal accountability related to utility use.

Amazing building with even better amenities! Also the staff is the friendliest group i have ever met ive been renting for 16 years and this staff is by far the best group of people.

Arrive is such an amazing community with friendly staff, well maintained amenities, and convenient access to downtown Baltimore. It is truly a pleasure to reside here!

I have lived at arrive for 5 years now and love it! Great location and community events. The management is very responsive and maintenance requests are addressed promptly.

Arrive Inner Harbor has amazing staff and amenities. Provides great value per sq.ft. The centralized location in the city allows for easy walking most points of interest.

This is Building like no other, its on the main street heading into the harbor! its always active in more ways than one! the history and architecture is unmatched to any building in Baltimore!

The apartment is wonderful! Especially in the summer. The roof is a great place to socialize and interact with one another. The roof top pool never ceases to wow guests from out of town.

I moved in recently (June-ish) and so far haven’t had a single negative experience. When we moved in the AC wasn’t working and it was fixed within the day, the staff are so friendly and available to assist with move-ins, missing packages, and so on. Walls are very thick, can barely hear any neighbors

Parking can be a challenge, and rents are a bit high. However, I love it here! Everything is going well, and the team makes you feel loved, respected, and appreciated.

Everything has been great! Great place to live and explore. I would recommend this place to people looking for a good place to live, friendly staff

I enjoying living here the past 3 years. I have one complaint that is somewhat a problem. The leasing agent is very quick in responding to the complaint and doing everything and investigating

This is a great property. There is a very responsive and kind staff. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Great choice for sure.

I just renewed my lease, I think it’s my 4th time.17 months. If there’s months of option I’ll choose the longest one. I like it here, convenient for work, lots of transportation option, amenities are great. Very close to a lot of things. I feel safe and secured. People are nice too. As long as I can afford it, my option would be the longest all the time. So far, I renewed 4times already. That means “ it’s good right?”

I am loving it so far. Just moved in about a week or so ago and the staff had been very responsive and welcoming. Amazing building, amazing vibes!

Luxury apartments, great customer service, prompt maintenance. Pool and gym are the best amenities. No parking, however there are several local garages.

Not a well managed apartment. The fire alarm often goes off for 10 minutes or more during the day for no reason. It’s a nice place but it has its drawbacks.

I love living here! Everyone in this building, from the other residents to the leasing people in the office and security at the front are always so friendly and helpful

We love living here! The pool and the 22nd floor is amazing. We are retired and have lived here four years, Walk everywhere. Park across the street. Most apartments here have amazing views and staff is very friendly. Lots of common space. Great vibe!

Nearly two years later and I still love living here, the location to the inner harbour and harbour east means you are close to many events. while the building blocks much of the sound out from the streets. Communal areas are kept clean and tidy. Also a special shout out to the leasing office team, Brett, Troy, Daisha and Lela who are always friendly and handle the odd minor issue or concerns professionally. Their organised community events are also varied, fun and provide the opportunity to meet some of the residents that constitute the Arrive Inner Harbor community.

Great building with amazing neighbors, however the fire alarms, the utility cost breakdown, and the power has gone out a few times are all frustrating

nice place to live, parking situation a little difficult love the 22nd floor and having 24 hour concierge when needed. if this place had a personal garage it would be a 10/10 for me.

Daisha and Troy were very welcoming and full of lovely energy upon us moving here. The staff does not hesitate to be a helping hand when needed. The apartment is beautiful, with lots of amazing amenities. Plus, there are always people here cleaning throughout the days. The security team at the front desk are very nice and helpful as well. I love the location of the building, as there is so much to see outside. Our neighbors are very friendly as well. The noise level here is great, we can’t hear anything outside of our apartment walls in the hallway. The only problem I would say is the parking, of course there are parking garages around. However if Arrive had their own inexpensive parking garage/parking spaces that would be great. Overall, we are so happy to be here!

My moving experience has been wonderful so far and I’m loving the place and all of the amenities only downside I would say is the parking situation but other than that it’s been great.

Moving here from another state definitely, exceeded my expectations. From my virtual tour with Daisha, to finally being handed over my keys- I have been validated knowing I made the right choice which picking my first apartment. I love it here!

Ongoing resident - my stay has been going phenomenal so far. Love the proactive property management. Beautiful building with a wonderful reception. Love the wonderful free coffee.

Staff is super helpful! Myself and my partner just recently moved into Arrive and every step has been so easy. The apartment is very modern and the amenities are great!

BEAUTIFUL SPOT. my girlfriend and i love it here. the amenities are amazing, thick walls, modern appliances. seriously one of the best places you’ll find in baltimore. area feels very safe aswell

Moving in has been a great experience. Staff is really nice and incredibly responsive. Issues have been fixed within 24 hours and the surroundings have been kept clean daily. Other tenants have also been nice and courteous.

It has been great residing here. I am thankful for each leasing consultant as everyone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and joyful while putting out fires!

Great place to live ; great staff! Location is wonderful. My only concern is that some residents disregard the non- smoking rules. It is probably hard for the staff to track down but the off and on smell of week is my only complaint.

Being here for just 1 Year seems like a Lifetime! I've enjoyed my apt the common areas and the Community so much that time flew by ! Brett Lela and the rest of the Team make Arrive not just a rental apt but a Place to call Home!

I enjoy living here. It's my first apartment so I don't have a basis for how an apartment should be but I enjoy it. The only thing that's not the best is when the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night or day when I'm trying to take a nap or sleep.

I love to like it here: very beautiful surroundings, kind staff, and a great view from the apartment! Several events from the apartment that people can enjoy.

My experience was great. Lela guided me through the entire process and answered all questions that was asked. Staff have been extremely helpful.

Living at Arrive has been an absolute blast! The facilities and amenities are top notch and the value is incredible, particularly given the prime downtown location.

I’m very pleased with the professional and courteous staff. The building and all common spaces are always clean. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. The maintenance team always responds promptly to my calls.

Very good location and clean apartments. Good gym with cardio machines and a couple dumbells. Good mailroom and packages dont usually get lost or taken

Great management always on top of issues and provides surprises like food trucks, sometimes with food stubs! Also great amenities and neighbors :)
