Overall good experience but can get very loud on weekends and lots of non resident guests using amenities on weekends. Elevators take a long time.

Our building facilities and common areas are great and I've lived in four different buildings in Chicago downtown area, we have the best front desk and security service here. They are friendly, helpful, and make me feel save. However, just like anyother buildings, our building management team isn't very responsive whenever I reach out for help. Sometimes I need to reach out to them multippultime for resolving one matter.

Beautiful building with top of the line amenities. Staff all around are great, very friendly and helpful. Location within south loop is a mix of walkable and quiet.

I've really enjoyed living in this building for the past couple years. This is our first apartment in Chicago and we chose it almost immediately after touring. It's perfect distance between my fiancés office and where I attend law school. I will say since getting new management there have been a couple of hiccups. We were gone for a couple months of the summer and had our car broken into to take the garage transponder. Management didn't really do much in that situation. The maintenance situation has also been weird since we got new management. Multiple times we've had maintenance workers come by the apartment at 7pm or later to fix non-emergent requests. Our ice maker has also been broken for months and we've had multiple people come "check" it but say the same things about turning it on for another week and letting it run. Beyond the management changes, the building and amenities are nice and the location is great.

The Paragon rocks with its sleek vibe and killer views.– it's like the architects knew exactly what we all needed. I was one of the First tenants when the Paragon opened.Things are not as efficient. Maintenance is Poor.Staff changes often. Security could be better.Some Neighborhoods with Pets do not Cleanup waste. Front Desk personnel is constantly changing. Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned more often. New Tenants need to be Screened More Thoroughly.The Pool furniture should be Covered for Winter Months. When I first moved in the furniture would stored inside some Where,Now it’s Kept outside in the Elements.

I really love living here, the gym, sauna, and hot tub are my favorite amenities. The staff if very kind and they do an amazing job of keeping the building nice and safe. We are super close to the orange, red, and green line— and two grocery stores. I also love how close we are to the water front.

Our unit itself is very nice, however, I would say the building is not maintained very well, and as you live here longer you realize the elevators are often dirty and the common spaces do not feel very welcoming (smells bad/very cold in the winter...). A lot of details are not very user-friendly, and the leasing office is not the most helpful.

Incredible living experience. Residents need to check out the outdoor amenities and the spa room. Also the kitchen has gas stoves which are a huge plus.

Just moved in, so far staff are very friendly and helpful (front desk, maintenance, leasing office). Apartment is well kept with a few details that have been addressed as I discovered them.

The building and amenities are awesome. We got a great view of the lake from our apartment, can't get over it! The city view from the party room and the rooftop is breathtaking. The people at the front desk and office are very friendly and helpful. Great place to live .

Love it here! Especially a perfect view from the gym. You can literally see a whole city from the roof Paragon has. 7th floor is perfect for inviting friends there is even a poker table!

This apartment building and the management team are definitely one of the best in Chicago. They made us feel like home when staying here. I love the gym and sauna the most, and the views in photos say it all! We moved out in July 2023 and I got some mails arriving later than that. The management team was kind enough to support and forward them to me out-of-state. Huge shoutout to Gabi and Gerald for going above and beyond to help me. The team are always so responsive whenever we need help. If you’re looking for a place to live in downtown, i would highly recommend Paragon!

I've truly enjoyed my time at Paragon. Its prime location in downtown Chicago makes it exceptionally convenient for work and leisure. The building's amenities are a standout feature; they've added to my overall quality of life here. It's been great living at the Paragon. The staff is all super friendly and supportive. They are very attentive to any need that I have as a resident. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking to live in South Loop.

It was a great experience especially compared to what I went th rough the day prior moving out at my old place. The paragon was on top of it and made for it to be a smooth and stress free move in

Have absolutely loved living here! Best pool and staff in the city hands down. It’s always clean, they have lots of community events and they’re super dog friendly!

Since moving into the building on Saturday, I have heard “you’re in good hands “ from Gerrard since I pulled into the parking spot. The team has been amazing, from Gabbi talking me thru locating the parking deck, to Royale making sure my very early deliveries were secured for my arrival. So far they have been on top of things and I couldn’t ask for more. I love knowing that I didn’t need to worry on move in day. That’s always a stressful time and they made it as easy as they possibly could.

Just moved here on yesterday and it's early yet, the apartment is exactly what I expected! The Key pickup process was really quick, maybe 5 minutes, if it was that long. Gerrard, at the leasing office, makes everything smooth and easy for you! Thanks Paragon Team!

If you are coming for the views, then this building has the most beautiful views an apartment could have in Chicago. All the rest is shameful: 1.We had neighbors screaming loudly in hallways or smoking weed in the garage. 2. Leaks in the garage damaging the paint of our car. 3. A hit and run incident that was not investigated by the management team ("we will only share images with the police") 4. A bizarre incident in 2021 when all the glass doors were broken and no explanation was given by management 5. Repairs that never happen (one of the elevators had a broken touchscreen for over 6 months, boilers were broken during winter for over 2 months) with the excuse that parts were not available The only certainty they offer is higher prices every renewal. There are other alternatives in the South Loop

My husband and I moved to the paragon on May and we are so happy to say that it’s our home. The apartments are beautifully designed and spacious. Gym has everything. Views are beautiful and it’s a great location! Highly recommend it

To be honest it’s been disappointing so far. Pending arrival is when one is anxious and has questions and urgent needs - most of our phone calls go unanswered the first time since we signed the lease. Emails inevitably require a reminder email. Before signing we were waitlisted for parking and told it would take a month. We signed the lease. Now we’re being told it could take 3 more months! Really hoping once we move in things will go smoothly and become smoother - but have had much better experiences w management before in other places

I moved to The Paragon in April 2023. The management and concierge family are excellent, friendly, and always accommodating. I want to give a shoutout to Gabby, Royal, Kenya, and Sylvia. They are the face of The Paragon and are always willing to go the extra mile. The amenities are 5-star, and the views of Grant Park are priceless. The neighborhood is 100% walkable, with lots of restaurants and access to public transit at your fingertips.
