Property Ratings at Arrive Noba
Coleman was so responsive and made sure I had a smooth move in process. He was flexible with scheduling my move in time, made sure my apartment was clean and up to standard, and answered all my questions throughout the day
Living at Arrived Noba has been a wonderful experience. The management team is professional, friendly, and quick to address any concerns, making the service exceptional. The apartments are quiet, offering a peaceful environment ideal for relaxation or working from home. Security is top-notch, with secure entry systems and a safe overall atmosphere. The property is well-maintained, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. If you're looking for a serene, secure, and well-managed place, Arrived Noba is highly recommended.
Really enjoyed my 6 months or so here so far. I think it is a decent price for the area and what you get out of the renovated units. Coleman and sully are both exceptionally kind and helpful, and maintenance tends to be very quick.
The management team is very responsive and helpful. Whenever I have had questions or issues, they have addressed them promptly and professionally.
Very professional property Manager Coleman and Sully top notch hands on folks. No drama no games They respond within seconds. Last time we lived in a condo, by far best people to deal with .
Moved in recently and have only had positive experiences! The entire move-in process was seamless. Leasing staff is very attentive and timely in their responses. They are also very welcoming and accommodating. Small, quiet community within walking distance of all you might need.
It is a solid apartment for the price! The amenities are simple (small gym, rooftop lounge with grill and covering table, and parking garage w/waitlist), the appliances are function albeit slightly older and require cleaning prior to using, and management is kind and response. Most of the time, maintenance fixed issues quickly, but they did leave a mess after they fixed the problem a couple of times. Not a bad experience, but definitely not the best.
Great view of the city from the rooftop! And the building has a nice gym too. The apartments are nice and newly renovated. Also pet friendly!
The apartments themselves are very nice and they offer a gym and rooftop with seating and a grill but by far the best thing about this place is the community, the staff is friendly, work at your convenience and with great efficiency. They even do community nights where they throw a little party with food and drinks, Mexican night, hot coco night, and BBQ night just to name a few!
I’ve liked living at NOBA, I haven’t had any complaints, it’s quite and easy to reach someone if needed. I have a dog and it’s been easy to take him in and out.
Nice amenities, friendly/respectful neighbors, and a beautiful view from the rooftop! It’s pet-friendly too which isn’t always easy to find, and the workout room has lots of new, well maintained equipment.
Great building with solid amenities! Gorgeous roof views, in unit laundry, and a gym all are awesome perks of this community alongside it' location!

Trevor, it is delightful to learn that you feel our community and location have provided you with a luxurious living experience! From our rooftop views to our in-unit laundry, we are grateful you are satisfied.
The apartments are reasonably priced and well maintained. Move in can be difficult due to street parking, but overall, it’s a very quiet community to live in. Sully is very nice and responds quickly, and Chaz from maintenance is quick to fix any issue we have encountered. The gym is small but pretty well equipped, and I’ve only encountered 1 issue with packages. Overall, I definitely recommend this apartment complex!

Everything so far has been great. From applying, the tour, the move and the maintenance team. It’s been so easy to get settled in. I’m excited to use the rooftop this summer!!!!

Steve, it is wonderful to hear that you are settling in so quickly! Thank you for sharing what a positive experience you have had working with our team!
The management is nearly non-existent, and the management that is there is wholly incompetent. They have cycled through at least 5 office employees in 6 months, we were lied to about the electric vehicle charger being fixed on 3 separate occasions (it's still not working), the maintenance crew is completely different than when we moved in, the building is not secure, and they are attempting to charge us for damages we listed on the initial walk-through. I have lived in over 20 rentals in my life, and this has by far been the absolute worst experience.
Good location, but lots of street noise. Decent light from the west, almost no natural light from the east. The new condo across the street blocked our view of the mountains. Not enough closet or storage space. The appliances are cheap: pretty much everything but the stove and oven has broken on us.
Office personnel have been great, maintenance is very quick, and overall I feel very safe and at home in the apartment complex.
