I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and it’s been great so far! The leasing office staff have been very helpful and my maintenance requests have been completed very promptly. The community offers a lot of amenities and feels very safe and secure as well.

It is a really quiet please. The amenities are really nice. The only things that it is annoying is to be registering a guest car why we don’t get at least one guest parking per apartment.

Moved in a few weeks ago. Pleasant staff all around. Made the process easy, fully transparent, and quick. The unit was certainly move in ready, crisp, and clean! All appliances seemed brand new and numerous had stickers on them still. The amenities here are pleasant and as Illinois-ians, we need to enjoy summer as much as possible. The pool is a plus. I have a toddler son so the playground and soccer field are amazing. I’ve had a few requests put in upon move-in, minor stuff, and it was addressed within hours through the app :) The layouts are nice and valet trash service is prompt. Overall, a great experience.

Super quiet, clean and prompt service. I love how we have valet for garbage disposal and recycling as well. There’s also tons of amenities and surprisingly it’s not even that crowded to use the amenities.

Management is terrible, one of our toilets hasn't worked the entire 2 months that I have lived here and they refuse to compensate us after continuous back and forth with maintenance and management. It has really put a bad taste in my mouth about the apartment complex.

For the most part it has been great being a resident here. The location is great, super close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The pool and clubhouse are nice but I wish the hours were more extended. The management and maintenance are usually responsive. Lots of windows and open space.

Maintenance request ticket gets closed out before they are started or completed. No follow up calls on this. Property puts out that residents must have sticker displayed in the window but other cars come and park and nothing happens.

One bedroom apartment is very spacious with a very large bedroom a and a massive living room. Remodeled units seem like they are good quality with a lot of attention placed on little details. Front office staff are incredibly helpful, insightful, and overall pleasant to interact with. Maintenence is very quick and efficient when replying to work orders. Very happy so far!

The apartments are small and the renovations were poorly done. Most of what I called maintenance for was half fixed. It definitely costs too much. I love the community though. I have pretty cool neighbors and it's a quiet community for the most part.

I really enjoy the community and the amenities here at Oakbrook Heights!! Everything is very clean, the neighbors in the community are super friendly and I love how it is so dog-friendly! I feel completely safe at all times and the staff are super great at communicating and helping me quickly with any issues. I have been really impressed with this being my first apartment, the only bummer is that the closets are not how they are advertised in the model unit, it's only just 1 shelf and a rod.

They have done a lot of good changes for the better like the speed bumps and everything painted black and extra play area and barbecue space for warm weather. But the best thing they've done lately was address the problem of cars that don't belong here. Now guests have to get a parking pass which I think is good

I think the apartments need new windows air gets through them during the winter or cold weather and you can hear the maintenance golf carts pass all day from inside the apartments. It’s nice quiet neighborhood that’s safe overall.

I love the location. Easy access to all the major highways, tons of local food spots and bars, Costco, Oakbrook and Yorktown malls are close, downtown Westmont is a walkable distance, Lyman Woods and Ty Warner Park are great places to walk around too.

everything is made SO cheaply. The drywall is so thin that our TV fell out of it when we mounted it. There is no insulation so when its hot outside its hot inside and with the cold temps going on the last few days, our apartment hasn't gotten past 54 degrees! We tried to contact maintenance, but of course they were off. There are so many rules that we have to follow but the building gets to do whatever they feel.

Very efficient staff and kind. No parking issues or issues with noise. A very peaceful place to live thus far. Grocery stores and restaraunts are very close.

My move in was very pleasant and the staff were so kind and helpful. As the movers were moving my belongings into my apartment, the first tread of the stairs going up to my apartment broke, from the tread all the way through riser. So the movers could not use their dolly to move the items up the stairs. I immediately came to the office, informed them of the issue, and it was almost instantly attended to. Amazing response time!

Great! Always on time with maintenance! Quiet and clean neighborhood! Every time we have a question the staff at the leasing office always makes times to answer Nd provides quick fast solutions! Amenities in summer are great!
