Cons: When I moved in the apartment was not clean. Stains in the cabinets, baseboards, counter tops, window sills, etc. There was even dirt on the floor. There was also lots of evidence of wear and tear, which is fine, but I didn't want to get charged for it. There's also piles of dog poop around outside and it is dimly lit. Pros: The maintaince team gets things done very quickly. The neighborhood is very quiet which is very nice. I like the smart thermostat and central air a lot too. Appliances are energy efficient. My first BGE bill was quite low.

I have been living in my apartment for a little over 6 months now and it has been a wonderful experience! The spaces are clean, the staff is attentive, and the noise levels are not too bad.

It’s been a decent stay. Property is nice however there are security concerns that need to be addressed. Towing is not enforced and the sketchy characters that hang on out at the gas station find themselves traveling into the neighborhood at night which have caused issues. The lack of coverage in the north leasing office is problematic

The apartments are very nice looking. There were people outside partying really loud the first night we moved in. The windows have a draft but it's not too bad that we can't keep a good temperature inside.

This is a nice area close to shopping centers, bike trails, parks, bowling, eateries, swimming pools, skating rinks, gyms, childcare and schools. I just couldn't ask for more....I am a big fan of the community and have live in about two other communities in the area and this is the best one thus far.

This complex is NOT safe. There is not security and no cameras. My car was stolen during the daytime and I reported it to the rental office and nothing was done. The stairways are dirty and maintenance does not fix things properly. Would not recommend living here

I can’t wait to move. This place has drastically gone down since I moved in. Today my vehicle was stolen in broad daylight from in front of the building. There is no security here and when I called to complain about my vehicle the only thing I was told was to contact the police. Would never recommend anyone move here

Lovely and clean property. The staff is great. The location is very accessible. There were a few maintenance issues. We live in a 3 br 2ba where it is bit small for us. We look forward to staying for 2 years .

It’s ok…rent is high and not that many amenities. Things get fixed but not that fast alot of birds and poop everywhere. It’s been ok living here but ready to move

Generally the neighborhood is calm. There have been a few issues but overall ok. There needs to be better lighting in the parking lots, and cameras ! Corners were clearly cut when updating the apartments

The reason for 3 stars: the lack of communication between residents and the property staff. In general, telling a customer/client/resident things like “you aren’t the only one affected by BLANK” shows a lack of empathy and customer service acumen. If you’re looking for exceptional customer service or help with unit related issues, pool elsewhere. We will not be renewing our lease in 2024 and already found another nearby neighborhood with better amenities, staff that communicates, lower rent and more space.

Well l, I’m waiting on a decision for certain part of my apt to get painted. Outside of that I believe we have a good community. The staff that I have dealt with all have been nice..

The maintenance crew is great the upkeep of grounds are good all the amenities are good as well would most certainly recommend this apartment complex.

Apartment complex is quiet and clean. Staff and neighbors are nice. Maintenance handles issues quickly and effectively. Would recommend, price is average to apartments nearby

Although Arrive is a good place to live, at night the parking lot is pretty dark, people not cleaning up after their pets, other than that my experience has been good
