The community is quiet with polite neighbors. The leasing office/corporate has frustrated me with now having my rental payments situated properly although they are paid on time and I get automated text messages and a notice placed on my door. I have put in a maintenance request and it’s 3 weeks later and hasn’t been completed, although I’m receiving emails about feedback as if it has been completed.

Apartment was left unlocked for days
Beware they hire people who leave your door unlocked for days. These same people touched and rearranged our entire apartment without authorization. And management did nothing except apologize and handle it "internally". We could have came back to an empty apartment, squatters or worse to someone actively in the apartment who was armed and dangerous. Management claims our door being unlocked amongst our apartment being rearranged is a nothing but an inconvenience.

Spent years here. Multiple property owners. Not once has there been any real issue, until the other night. Multiple gunfire lots of cops and no peace. Neighbors use to be respectful, now hear nothing but banging all day and night. Parking has gotten worse due to too many people parking here who either don't live here or are crammed into one apartment. Keep raising rent but nothing really gets fixed. Too expensive for the out datedness of the apartment. Gave a 3 because I understand some things are out of their control.

Honestly, the fact that we pay for trash only to have to take our own trash to a compactor and do it ourselves is kind of nuts. Also parking sucks after 6pm. The place itself isn’t built well, walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors surround sounds.. plus there’s a prison or something close by so you hear sirens CONSTANTLY

Apartment complex always reeks of weed, furniture installed In walls such as closet shelves have been installed poorly, can’t even use them for their intended purpose. Maintenance is also subpar, as they don’t entirely fix the issues.

Staff is friendly and available to answer questions. Maintenance requests get done in a timely manner. We had an issue with having the wrong floor plan when we were moving in and it was quickly corrected. Arrive Odenton South is clean and modern. All the apartments have been recently renovated and look great.

Great service, the community is quiet the office is helpful. Maintenance is awesome and they fix whatever you need as soon as possible. Rent is very affordable

My experience so far has been excellent! The office staff is very friendly and the area seems to be very peaceful and inviting. This was one of the more spacious apartments we toured as well.

Community feels safe and there is lots close by, including the train/metro! The only unfortunate thing, and this is with the economy as a whole, the rent keeps raising. We love this place and are heading on 3 years here but I’m worried we may eventually get priced out.

It’s ok. It was nice for my first apartment. The new rental agency isn’t the best. I miss the old people. Overall it’s okay. I had a bad spider and cinnapede problem so don’t stay on the first floor.

Leasing office is very disorganized. Takes several emails and in office visits to get anything meaningful done. Staff does not know how to correctly bill utilities. Friend signed up for a group tour of the apartment complex. When he arrived and met with the other prospective tenants, a staff member never arrived and no notice of a tour cancellation was ever given. The apartment’s maintenance staff is great and professional. Gas appliances are a huge perk.

Great location, close to major roadways and shopping. Area is pretty quiet minus a few dogs barking from time to time. Maintenance is handled quickly upon request.

Just not feeling the area. Apartment is dated. Things are always not working. Grounds are always trashed. I do however love the workers from the front office staff to the maintenance guys, even the lifeguard is a joy.

This place does not care about you or your concerns. Random movers that were parked in more then 2 spots yelled at my wife for trying to park in a open spot next to there truck and they did not care. They said " you can email the property manager about it." So I ended up having to call the police and give them there DOT number and license plate. Cars are loud at at night and the office could care less. When you bring it up to them they shrug you off and tell you call the cops. Next the apartments say there smoke free how ever my apartment smells like smoke often even have video of people smoking in front of my apartment but all they can seem to do is send out a email about the issue. Lastly still been dealing with mice since September of last year. At one point they said they put me on the list. Then the same manager person forgot and tried playing it off like we never told them. I would highly advise staying away from this place due to the lack of management.

Love the apartment complex and the amenities. The only hang up is it sucks not being able to find parking late at night when you live here and people don't pick up after their dogs.

I enjoy living here the community is great. There was some lack of communication when I moved in so I had to keep going back to get info I needed. I wish there was more dumpsters for trash in the community. I wish there was more activities hosted by the community. It’s convenient to everything! Everyone has been helpful and knowledgeable when I did ask for things.

It’s been great! My water heater started leaking, maintenance came out and I got a new one the next day. The management is nice and helpful, and I love area around the neighborhood to run.

I love my apartment! I’ve been here a few months and I love coming home. Maintenance are nice and get the job done. They don’t seem annoyed with tons of requests, always willing to help, and love to give my dog treats. Newly renovated and amazingly beautiful on the inside, with tons of space.

The facilities are nice and I love my apartment. The main draw back is Maintenance sucks. There’s no communication regarding where your work order is, they take ages to follow up on anything, including emergency situations. I’ve had to pester the office a multitude of times to get things done.
