Apartment is very safe have friendly neighbors and east Roswell park is right outside my door. It’s very quiet. They only complaint would be that people stop dropping trash on the ground outside.

The experience overall is good but not great. Kiara is an great manager she is friendly and always willing to answer any concerns you may have. She will work on a situation until it gets resolved. Maintenance Ryan and Larry are great always helping and helpful. Overall the neighborhood is nice,quiet and friendly. The only reason I can not give this review a 5 out of 5. The Marijuana situation is becoming worse and gettingout of control. It is now becoming a nightly occurrenceand sometimes late afternoon. It is not fair to the residents to be exposed to that issue. Especially when the price you are expected to pay monthly.

When I moved in the property was named, Autumn Ridge back in January 2017. I have not ever wanted to leave since that time. While ownership has changed as well as the front office staff here on the property from time to time, it has been consistent in regards to providing excellent responsive service. The maintenance teams have been phenomenal. Larry is a true asset to property. Larry knows what he is doing and has great customer/resident personal skills, As does the leasing office team. Grounds are kept well. Neighbors are great. All in all, a wonderful place to reside.

I Give it 5 stars, I have been here for 30 years and love the place, area and location. I want to thank our Maintenace team Larry and Reggie for the quick response in fixing my AC. The high 90's temperature was very uncomfortable for me, it was a blissing to have such a deliciated team and their quick response.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are working quickly to make improvements around the property. When I called in a Maintenece request they fixed the problem just a few hours later.

Living here at Autumn Ridge Apartments has been one big mistake. I came here because of the location and neighborhood. These apartments are suppose to be luxurious. This is not the case. You're constantly battling cockroaches, loud neighbors (music, yelling, parties), strong marijuana smoke, cigarette smoke, zero maintenance response, kids playing around in the parking lot damaging people's cars, people walking their dogs without a leash pooping everywhere, and the leasing office not taking your complaints seriously. After living here for 3 months, a new tenant moved in next to me. I share my bedroom wall with them. Almost instantly, my bedroom is so strong with marijuana smoke that I can't even live in the room anymore. I'm paying for a 2 bedroom apartment but can only use 1 bedroom. The only response that I got from the leasing office was "I can't dictate what someone else does in their apartment". I was floored, even though the leasing agreement states that there is a zero tolerance for drug use on the property. I feel like this blurb in the lease is just for show, they don't enforce anything. Now I'm forced to either pay money to break my lease early or pay good money to live in strong marijuana smoke. People DO NOT spend your hard earned money to live here. In this case, location is not everything.

With that said, we can understand that apartment living can have its challenges when it comes to noise and neighbors. We make every effort to uphold all of the policies outlined in our lease agreements. If you are having an issue with pests in your home, please work with our staff and we can absolutely schedule abatement services to address this. Additionally, we have been working diligently to get after residents who do not pick up after their pets. We realize this can be frustrating and please know that we continue to work on addressing this issue. We can certainly continue the discussion with you personally regarding your neighbor and your concerns about the smoke. To begin, our apartment never received any level of cleaning as was promised upon our move in. We were also promised after our walk through that both bedrooms would have ceiling fans, a working oven, and a washer and dryer. None were operational and the ceiling fans were ... well, not there. The way to resolve? We had to pay for ceiling fans ourselves, wait two months for them to agree to install, and initiated the entire process at each step after as much push back as we could tolerate. Bugs. Holy cow the size and amount of bugs was unbelievable. They supposedly offer a service but rarely come if ever. Today, though was the last straw. Our 60 day notice to terminate our lease was not properly filed on their end. I can't make this stuff up. For those unaware of a 60 day notice, it is where you must inform the leasing office in writing that you plan to terminate the lease. Pretty simple stuff! Key phrase, "in writing". So when we submitted a ticket through their online portal (because the office is seemingly always closed and thus, no phone calls answered at that time) where we submitted our intent to terminate our lease 68 days before the end of our lease (might as well be early, right?) we still felt as though there was a possibility this could be held against us some way. So when we submitted this ticket, the only way to show that it was received or the contents of the message is only viewable by the leasing office. We called two days after to confirm that they had received it and after not hearing anything back, we were told that they received it and that it would be added to our account. "You're all good". When someone says that you think ... that you're good. Nothing else is needed. Rest assured. However, remember what I mentioned about being it needing to be in writing? Two managers later, there is no record of any of this information per the current the leasing manager. Now we have to pay for over $1500 due to the error of others. The lack of ownership, courtesy, or anything more is out of the question. After having the current manager (we will see how long she's lasts) yell at both me and my wife on the phone and refusing to search their record of our notice, we have contacted corporate which will hopefully have a better tone and understand this is someone's livelihood, not just an apartment.

Nice place! All around cute, quaint and well run. LOVE the pool and so close to E. Roswell Park! The location is awesome, living here has been fun. There is a lot to do and now I'm closer to my job. Highly recommend if you are looking in this area.
