Arrive Sonoma Ridge

Just moved in this week and couldn't be happier with the decision. The apartment was totally move-in ready, communication with management has been quick and smooth and all the neighbors I have met are super friendly.

We have had only a few issues while living here but they have been resolved quickly and professionally. I don’t use the amenities as much as I’d like to but that’s my own busy schedule not the availability of those amenities.

I moved in a few days ago. I loved the place. It looks like a friendly and safe place... I hope to stay for a long time. I love having access to the pool and gym.

Some neighbors aren’t very friendly. Service is excellent property is very nice. Seems like a resort no an apartment complex very happy with the complex

I absolutely love it here. The amenities are absolutely wonderful. The gym, pool, washer/dryer and air conditioning make sit that much better! The staff are so accommodating and quick to respond. :-)

everyone has been so accommodating and wonderful. any questions or issues everyone is more than knowledgeable! I especially appreciate the welcoming and friendly staff.

What a great place. I have lived at this apartment complex before. I am very impressed with all the upgrades that have been made. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new place to live in.

The apartment landscape is well maintained. Although it would be better if it can be maintained later in the day and not 8 am. Decent apartment but a bit pricey.

Great area ! Nice and quiet . The office is good at getting back to you with any of your needs in a quick and timely manner. I recommend this place to everyone I know .

Leasing from here has been a nightmare I hope you consider elsewhere before moving here office staff are rude and incompetent, blaming each other for their own mistakes. they lost all of my documents didn’t have a record of me existing on their property. e-signed documents “for me” without my consent. the new company takeover really ruined the place unfortunately. used to be a nice place to live

Quiet place I can actually hear the crickets outside my apartment. Love the complex beautiful and peaceful. The maintenance team comes quickly too

The maintenance, cleaning & feeling of safety on this property have greatly decreased with the ownership change. Even a lot of the things that they have repaired or replaced seem to be done poorly. Gutters now leak or even poor down on our heads as we go in & out when raining. Wall boards have broken & are now pulling away from apts in places. Ground coverage (bark) that was taken out was never replace with bark or anything else so that if downstairs apts leave windows open on the days landscapers come the blow all the dirt into our apts. I keep hoping things will improve, but so far I have only seen things get worse with their supposed "improvements".

Nice grounds well kept quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests made. Plenty of parking and good location to shopping and freeways.

I absolutely love living and being apart of Arrive Sonoma Ridge family. Our property manager cannot be any more useful, Andre is just the best. And the maintenance team is so quick to respond and fix whatever needs done in the apartment.

It’s an okay place to live. Definitely a better neighborhood in Santa Rosa. Extremely expensive for nothing special. Always changing rules or adding new ones.

Everything going good so far! :-) Just moved in about a month ago. Office staff and maintenance have been very kind and responsive! Thank you for all that you do to make this community wonderful.

Just wish pool was cleaner and warmer otherwise comfortable here. Much better with new management. Happy with parking lot changes and paint work.

Great!!!a lot of parking ,the neighborhood is nice and quiet plus there are plenty of stores near buy so you don’t have to drive to far if you need something

We moved in and it was such a smooth transition! Andre was on top of everything and made the dreading moving process a great experience! We loved the amenities they offered we when moved in and since we have been here they have made the property so much nicer and have added so many more amenities! We love it here!

They are nice apartments within Santa Rosa. Quiet community, great pool, no hot tub and parking is very limited. Maintenance team is relatively fast to make it out, and staff is friendly.

All good lately. Fresh paint. Ac works great. Happy with landscape. Pool just needs to be warmer. Garbage area is cleaner. Children’s play area looks awesome.

Very friendly and neighbors are so nice other than parking outside when the carpark is full . Need for cameras because it’s too dark outside esply street lights . The trees are covering most of the streetlights which makes it dark

Very warm environment. Love how dog friendly it is. The dog park is awesome and the property has lots of dog stations to clean up after my furry animals. Really quite and love the pool

Love this complex. Love the space in the living rooms and the master bedroom. I love how pet friendly the complex is. They provide doggy bags at multiple spots around the complex and have a dog park. I’ve also noticed that they have treats in the leasing office

It’s a great place to live. Been here over a decade. Close to great hiking, shopping with literally all you need. It’s quiet and peaceful and coming from Los Angeles this is an oasis! The buildings are older but well maintained on a sprawling tree filled property adjacent to a creek. Bennett Valley is the crown jewel of Santa Rosa!

With the new owners I find things get done a lot faster and way more efficient. When I call the office for any reason the response time is minimal. Everyone in the office is pleasant and very approachable.

I like the way we are being kept up to date on what is happening in the complex. Most of the neighbors are very nice and friendly. I made the right decision when I decided to move here

Just moved in! The whole process was pretty easy and Andre helped us whenever we needed something. The apartment complex has a lot of different things to enjoy .

The community is fine but they are asking to come into the apartment for something at least once a month. But what I am really frustrated with is that I have lived here since July of 2014 and when I asked to transfer apartments I was told that I had to reapply and get approved just like anyone off the street. Not cool.

I am not one to write a review, but I received an email where they ask for a review and I decided it’s best to be honest. Leasing office is a disaster. we’ve been waiting since mid December to sign our lease renewal that was supposed to begin well over 2 months ago. Many excuses and blaming it on the last company. The last company’s staff were warm welcoming people. The new staff have gotten aggressive over the phone when we have stayed calm and cordial throughout the process. I thought that with a large corporate takeover we would at least have more organization. The wifi lounge used to be a comfortable place to get work done, now the furniture is very uncomfortable and the room is unwelcoming. Lots has changed since “Arrive” took over this apartment complex and I recommend that people look elsewhere for housing. I also find their “we’re a family” approach to their emails nauseating when they are threatening to throw away residents’ bikes and fine us for using the patio as storage.

I do not feel safe here. Staff has no regard for residents privacy and safety or following the rules of the property .Utility bill has gone up significantly since the new owners took over. Tenants are not treated with respect.

Overall not bad whatsoever. The expensive rent should be balanced out with no water and/or trash fee, less monthly per rent, something. Having to pay high rent, (most) pet fees, and utilities with hardly any benefits is not great. Positive benefits from the property: pool, gym, pet disposal stations, nature ambiance, location.

Raising rates and doing exterior repairs but nothing that is beneficial to the residents to really warrant rent increases. Manager and leasing agent are ver rude. They will tell you what you want to hear but do nothing to fix the issue. They lie. Took over end of Sept. and said nothing in our lease would change. Required to have renters insurance per our lease, have said active insurance and they still charge you. Lack notification regarding work being done and care less when their contractors damage property. Building is old and they cut walls that may contain lead and asbestos with no protocols being followed. The management and company/ownership put up a fake facade and cant be trusted. “White glove service” No, “chef inspired kitchens” false advertisement, “life of luxury” yeah no, “sensational ” stop up selling an old building, “wood grain flooring” umm plastic wood grain flooring. Here’s an ideal, but up solar to help lower costs that get pushed on to residents. Don’t live here.

We are renting here for almost 5yrs now. I like Arrive Sonoma Ridge because its quite place and not congested or here from other neighbors like some Apartment we can hear people talking on the other side because it’s very close. I can’t see any problem with Arrive Sonoma Ridge because they always attend to our complaints as soon as possible. The workers are very friendly & helpful.

The residents are nice and friendly . The apt complex is very quiet . They have done a little remodeling . Although they could do a favor by fixing the heating system . It’s a bit stuffy in our apt .

With the new owners I find they are much more responsive to my needs and concerns. The grounds look so much nicer and now they are painting. I love the choice of new colors.

Worst experience with apartment management in my life. Constant repairs needed, not "wanted" on my apartments' electrical, wood framing and washer/dryer and I'm in renovated apartment that was redone 5 years ago and now they are tearing my place apart again so that they can increase the rent. Total nightmare.

The apartments are pretty nice and I love the area they are in. My immediate neighbors are wonderful and have had no issues with them. Our apartment does face the street which can get pretty noisy.

Grounds always clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests are answered and taken care of quickly, nice amenities. 2 bedrooms have nice sized living space.

The new management team has been doing an amazing job catering to the residents they are on point with everything and they communicate well also the new maintenance crew are amazing and very fast with getting the job done which I appreciate so much

Great complex apartment!Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you call for a repair, they will try their best to fix it asap! I also their new app!

Great location. Nice amenities. Apartment is nice. If you have more than one car, be prepared to walk. New ownership seems to be constantly doing construction. Friendly community.

Pleased with Arrive as the new owners. Good response to maintenance requests. Easier to get correct info about rent requirements than previous owners.

Maintenance does not have the best customer service. We have a porch light that has been out for months due to the ceiling leaking and twice maintenance has come out to look at it and has done nothing about it. We even had to put our own motion sensor out because it's a safety hazard. Then the gentleman that installed our electrical panel ripped the drywall without saying anything. The next day a maintenance worker comes unannounced early in the morning waking up the whole house of night shift workers just to put some caulking on the drywall.

Since new ownership there has been a flurry of upgrades and improvements which, honestly, have been overwhelming to this elderly resident. However, I am so grateful for their positive enthusiasm and especially their prompt, professional and cheerful response to every call I’ve made to them. Grateful to be part of this community.

I like this apartment. The amenity, the compound and everything is really good. They keep the compound clean everytime. They are there when maintenance service is requested.

I have loved living at these apartments for a year and an about to be renewing my lease for a second. I love living here! Amazing community and safe for families. I’m very excited for all the updates they are doing also!

It’s great. Convenient. Decent neighbors. Overall I’m pretty happy. I do miss the old staff, but the new folks aren’t so bad. The living room is really the highlight of the place. My three year old son is learning how to swim in the pool and asks to go swimming whenever I have him.

My resident experience has been like no other! The vibes/ambience from this property is just about perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with just outstanding views! I’m proud to be able to call this place my home!

We love living here. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. The pool is awesome and the grills come in handy. Also the deer neighbors make it a magical experience.
