Arrive South Loop

Good so far. Nice location. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Staff is nice. Neighbors are friendly. I wish we had a few more amenities but they make up for it with 2-3 monthly events with free activities/food/drinks

Great experience.. Everyone is very helpful!! I had issues on move in day but the property manager made sure everything was resolved and I was happy.

Great community. Easy access to the trains and restaurants. It is also relatively quiet. Garage is a plus. And the staff is always willing to help.

Inconsistent communication with staff-members. Multiple unanswered questions/requests and difficulty reaching staff when needed. When I moved in in November 2022, I was leased a unit that had severe, recurring plumbing problems (thick, noxious, black sludge coming up through my kitchen sink and water leaking down my hallway) without being informed that this unit had any issues. Thankfully, those problems were resolved in the following months; however, I felt blindsided and it has tainted my view and trust with Arrive. Overall, my experience here has been pretty mediocre. I love the maintenance crew - they are incredibly kind, quick, and skilled. However, I'd really appreciate being able to get a hold of staff and get more definite answers, e.g. to key fobs, move-out details, etc.

We moved out after 3.5 years. I’m summary, it started great and got worse as management changed & as Arrive cut the amount of staff in the building. - When the first manager I had left (Carrie) Arrive consolidated the Arrive Lex and Arrive South Loop offices. This means the office is closed on Monday & it’s been nearly impossible to get anyone to ever answer calls/emails. - The front door on the 1919 side is constantly broken - meaning it doesn’t close or lock! - If you have to sublease your apartment you will literally have to beg for help to get people added. It is honestly borderline violating the lease because it made us miss at least one person being able to sublease from us, due to their lack of responsiveness. We would have to call the office every couple days to get any information from them, we will get sent to voicemail. I’m not joking when I say that they called us back 1 time out of the 12 times that they told us they would get back to us by end of the day.

A Nice neighborhood. Really quiet. Serene atmosphere. Really nice views. Nice leasing office staff. Wish the pool was an actual pool though.

So far the Arrive South Loop apartment community is great. Overall nice area. Common areas are pretty quiet, and well kept. Maintenance staff are prompt.

The tenants are courteous and polite. The building is clean and well maintained. Overall a nice and pleasant environment. Less dog barking would make it perfect

I applied and toured here last year (03/2023) and the apartment was pretty good, besides management seeming a bit disorganized. However, when I applied I was sent in circles being told that I “hadn’t completed the application” when I had multiple emails with completion confirmation. If you call for assistance your routed to an offsite call center who cannot help you. I was charged $400 for an “administrative fee” and upon contacting them multiple times to get my money back (which I was told I would) they completely ghosted me.

Great move in experience! 1 week in, and I have no complaints. Ivana was very helpful and maintained great communication. I placed a couple maintenance requests and theyve responded within an hr each time!

Such a nice apartment! Really enjoy living here! The dog park on the roof is such a nice amenity. We use the grills often. Looking forward to the pool opening back up.

Approaching 3 years residency, I have enjoyed this fabulous apartment living, quality and upkeep of the building and most of all the superb services and residents residing in the facility.

Its quiet at times. I have sent messages to management about getting the codes for did they fix it and how was your move. Still haven't got them. I feel like the parking is too expensive as well.

I moved here in December. So far so good. It’s a quiet building with friendly neighbors. Very safe and secure. Love the package delivery set up. Haven’t had any issues receiving any of my packages. Big or small.

Overall I like living here. I do wish the walls were a little bit more sound proof because I literally hear my neighbors dogs or them arguing all the time in my bedroom and it drives us crazy. I wish we had updated appliances and cabinets as the brown is a little outdated. Our furnace went out during the coldest time of the year and had to wait two days to get our heat back working. Also, upstairs rooftop the TVs never work, and people never clean the grills. In the terrace on the second floor, the lights don’t work at night anymore. They were working it all summer and we never got a chance to enjoy that amenity. But overall, I like that my packages are secure, my parking space is always available, and the staff is nice. Overall the experience is good. A little expensive which is why we are undecided if we will renew our lease.

Everyone has been so kind and helpful! We have really enjoyed our time here so far and are considering resigning our lease. If we don’t resign it has nothing to do with staff, purely just to discover another part of the city.

The main issue is the building management organization. Hard to get in contact with most of the time. Hours are not consistent. Not organizes in the sense of you have to ask 3x for something to be done

So far my experience is great. I feel like I’ve elevated to upscale living thanks to the heated parking garage and quick elevators. The community is quiet and everyone does their own thing and I love that.

Everyone is respectful in the building and the staff is always helpful. Any issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Very pleased with the cleanliness in the building as well.

The initial tour was great with the property manager, and after that lots of organization that had a great follow up or explanation during the application process. Difficulties finding someone to unlock the elevator, maintenance can definitely be improved with communication.

Staff are very kind. Apartment building is kept very nice and clean on days when staff are here. It feels safe and secure with locked entries and key fobs required at entrances and elevators. The dog park makes it safe to take our pup out at night time. They provide dog poop bags too which is nice. Overall we love living here!

Nice experience so far only thing I take exception to is the trash that falls on my back porch from residents above. The building is well maintained. The staff keeps you update on what’s happening.

Amazing team at Arrive. Whenever I need anything, the team is super responsive and taken action immediately. I really appreciate the fact that they support the community and strive to make Arrive a top place to live in Chicago

I live this location. And the building is really nice and maintained. The maintenance team is awesome, any concerns pr maintenance request needed. Is promptly dispatched and completed. Not to mention all the great amenities.

Area is convenient, apartment is nice but over priced. Was very happy at first, but now there is always trash in the hallway by the parking garbage and the hallways always smell like marijuana. Staff is very hard to get in contact with. I’ve enjoyed my time thus far at the apartment, but highly doubt I will renew my lease.

Everyone is so nice and welcome. Also willing to help! There are tons of resources and amenities. The staff can answer any questions you have and will always provide an answer later on if they can’t immediately

Complaint’s are dismissed, supposed to be a no smoke community but there is always a marijuana smell throughout the property, cigarette and cigar butts and marijuana paraphernalia in courtyard. There are unruly dogs that bark day and night. Dog urine sometimes in hall and elevator. Packages are often stolen.

Everything has been good so far. Building is well managed and service requests are often responded to in less than 24 hours. Just wish patio construction was completed before approaching end of summer.

This apartment is beautiful. I love the rooftop and the dog park. It’s very conveniently located near downtown. Our neighbors are nice and quiet.

I absolutely love living here! This is best apartment I've had. The Arrive South Loop staff is super helpful and kind. Every maintenance request has been quickly fixed and the response times are amazing. I highly recommend this apartment! You can't beat the location, convenience, and luxury.

So far we’ve really liked this place! The dog park on the roof is a big bonus! We like that it’s very close to downtown but without all the traffic!

We are enjoying it very helpful staff. Kids love the pool people do smoke weed so stinks at times. Other than that can’t complain. Move in was not difficult. Staff was helpful with parking arrangements.

I really wish the upkeep of the building was better. The hallways smell horrible and there’s the horrible smell of urine by the lobby door. People are leaving garbage in the stairwells. It’s disgusting.

My experience here at Arrive has been great! Staff is super friendly and always helpful. I would recommend Arrive to others. I believe I’ll be resigning once my lease is up.

The apartment is nice enough, but the area seems to be getting louder post pandemic. They just put in new flooring to replace the carpet in the hallways. it should be cleaner, but we'll see if it makes the noise carry further down the hallways. It's annoying that the office isn't open on Monday, and packages have been put into storage on Saturdays and we haven't received notice with a code to get them until Monday. This is especially bad when they are perishables. Seems like it is a bit overpriced for the amenities and services, but not outrageous.

Super helpful leasing staff and great location in the South Loop. You are within walking distance for basically everything. Amenities are nice and always kept clean.

Arrive South Loop surpassed my expectations. From maintenance to the leasing office, every employee has been helpful and friendly. Community spaces are always kept clean. Haven't felt unsafe or concerned since moving in. Location is amazing -- walkable to a ton of dog parks, restaurants, trains, and Soldier Field. For the price we are paying, we think our experience has been completely worth it.

I love where I live! In addition to buy a wonderful apartment unit which has every modern plus is also smart home enabled, the amenities at Arrive South Loop are incredible. In addition to a panoramic view from the rooftop deck, residence also had the option of enjoying community in the newly refurbished 2nd floor scenic Zen Garden equipped with heat lamps and a fire pit to encourage all weather outdoor living. One thing that could make the resident experience better would be for the outstanding management team, to perhaps communicate the importance of being respectful of the noise levels in the common areas during the day, and especially in the evening. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming when I see them. The staff keeps the building and any common areas clean and always very respectful.

I've been living at Arrive South Loop for about three months. I've enjoyed my stay so far. Not very noisy, maintenance and leasing staff are very friendly, and I have enjoyed my use of the amenities. My apartment is cozy and just enough space for my small family (however I do wish it had a little more natural light). Maintenance is timely for small fixes, but I've had some leaky roof issues lately as I'm on the top floor and they have yet to be resolved completely. I also have parking on the main level which makes it easy to get in and out of the building. I appreciate that it's a covered lot.

Everything has been good so far. Great area and clean and well managed. Love Hyde balcony and patio space as well as the gym. Wish parking wasn’t as tight.

Exciting and new, somewhat like the Love Boats. Just think Arrive is best kept secret in the South Loop. Exceptional rental, common space, cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere and great neighbors.

Location is great, some units aren’t of the same quality of others. Staff is great. The interior of the building is dated, but maintained well… except for the carpets. They should really look into flooring instead of replacing the carpet in the hall ways
