Streeterville is an urban neighborhood just north of downtown Chicago with tourist attractions, incredible lake views, and a picturesque city scape. Streeterville houses Northwestern University and is known for its welcoming community. The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Navy Pier, a former Navy training center, that’s been transformed into a tourism haven. Everyone is super helpful, I have no complaints! It’s a well kept building and I love living here. From the office staff to security to the package room, everyone is happy to help.
I really like the apartment sizes. Things break a lot and the appliances are super old. Most security staff is great, but some are never actually at the desk checking people.

The management can do more to compensate for certain issues in the building such as the elevators being down pretty often, offer more resident perks..etc.
I would recommend my friends to live here because the fitness center is good, so well as the pool. The location is perfect, only minute walk to Target.
Arrive is ideal to anyone that looks to be in downtown without the Loop hassle. CTA bus and train options nearby make mobility easy and seamless. Good option for students, good community for young people.

Great experience thus far. The parking is expensive and I wish the gym was open earlier every day so residents could use it in the wee morning hours, otherwise, we’ve enjoyed it here.

Everything has been good . The view to my apartment is beautiful. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I love when we have announcements are posted in the elevators and keeping us updated.

staffs here are great and helpful. really easy to move in. the package system is great and convenience. itis pretty close to mechigen avenue, highly recommend

I love living in arrive! The ameneties are great especially the indoor heated pool. The neighborhood is also fantastic - everything within walking distance. The staff are friendly!

Really nice building with great amenities and kind neighbors! The sun deck is great and I love to use the pool to work out. The building feels very safe and the staff are very friendly!

Clean, comfortable friendly apartment community. Close to many dining and shopping options, easy access to the bike path and lake. Good amenities.

I feel good about my living. The management and leasing office are efficient. The people are all friendly. The gym is wonderful, and the swimming pool is also cool.

Some houses have two locks, which can be locked automatically; however, some houses have only one lock, which needs to be manually turned off, which makes me worry about security when I forget to lock the door; there are times when I can't connect to the public network at the cafe center.

Finding an apartment in Arrive was easy, Priscilia at the leasing office was always responsive and accommodating. I found a really nice apartment and the application process was fast and easy. From the short time I have lived here I would definitely recommend!

Moving in was a great experience and took 30 minutes! I really like the security in the building, and love the back patio. I really like the space of the apartment, and how close food and groceries are to the building.

Enjoyed living here. Good appliances, friendly staff, maintenance is timely and helpful. Good amenities and nice gym. Biggest issue is the gym is only open 5am-11pm. 6 months ago was told by staff prior to renewing my lease that the morning hours would be improving to earlier in the AM or possibly 24/7, however no changes have been made even after 6 months. Would help the healthcare workers who live in the building to have earlier gym hours

I just love every employee in this building! Everyone is absolutely wonderful! I couldn’t ask for a better staff in the place that I call home And I’m so thankful to have them all! I have loved living in this building!
