Streeterville is an urban neighborhood just north of downtown Chicago with tourist attractions, incredible lake views, and a picturesque city scape. Streeterville houses Northwestern University and is known for its welcoming community. The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Navy Pier, a former Navy training center, that’s been transformed into a tourism haven. Great experience thus far. The parking is expensive and I wish the gym was open earlier every day so residents could use it in the wee morning hours, otherwise, we’ve enjoyed it here.

Overall, the living environment is quite good. However, could you please take a look at the gym equipment? Some of the equipment is quite old, some are already broken, and others are significantly worn out. I hope the gym equipment can be updated.

Really nice building with great amenities and kind neighbors! The sun deck is great and I love to use the pool to work out. The building feels very safe and the staff are very friendly!

Some houses have two locks, which can be locked automatically; however, some houses have only one lock, which needs to be manually turned off, which makes me worry about security when I forget to lock the door; there are times when I can't connect to the public network at the cafe center.

Enjoyed living here. Good appliances, friendly staff, maintenance is timely and helpful. Good amenities and nice gym. Biggest issue is the gym is only open 5am-11pm. 6 months ago was told by staff prior to renewing my lease that the morning hours would be improving to earlier in the AM or possibly 24/7, however no changes have been made even after 6 months. Would help the healthcare workers who live in the building to have earlier gym hours

A really great apartment building! Friendly staff, fantastic neighborhood and great amenities. I especially love the outdoor courtyard and the proximity to Navy Pier and downtown.

Good place to live. Beautiful views. Quick maintenance response. Front desk people could be a little more welcoming. The WiFi in the cyber cafe has not worked the entire time I’ve lived here despite claims of being fixed so that’s frustrating. Other than that, good place to live.
