Arrive Thousand Oaks

I love arrive everyone has been so helpful and kind and the entire move in process was a breeze. The community is clean and well kept with lots of greenery.

Renewal time and new terms of lease were very fair. Especially given the high prices of everything today. Work orders are completed in real time. Safe, quiet, beautiful. Just a really nice place to live.

Great Hospitality Valarie in the leasing office exceeding my expectations when i came to tour several units. In addition to her care, the quality of the property and each unit was higher than I have seen at other complexes of a similar price range. Thank you for helping me look for my next home!

This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There are lots of big trees and lots of squirrels. It's like living in a forest. The house is very clean and has all the amenities.

Great Maintenance Response I have had great experiences when my apartment needed maintenance. Dave is super responsive and things get fixed fast.

Living at Arrival is nice and love the woods/tree setting . The apartment homes have great amenities. It’s also a good location close to everything and quiet!

Cute apartments, calm environment, wonderful management who respond to all questions and concerns in a timely and reasonable manner. A few minor things could use a few updates, but all in all, wonderful.

Move In - A breeze The process/procedure runs smoothly and at every step you know what needs to happen next from verification to utilities. Plus, the team of Joy/David make sure things are covered and addressed in realtime. Both are very helpful!

The comminity is very welcoming. They hold events and they also offer workshops. I have attended all on site events and Joy does a great job at organizing them.

Plumbers Were Amazing My maintenance request was handled promptly and efficiently. The men involved were friendly and easy to work with. It was a great experience.

Nice families live here. Communication with staff is difficult at times. The grill needs a regular cleaning service. Always working on the pool at the worst times and it takes way longer than they say things will.

Love the amenities. Super great location. The updated apartments have a great style and built in washer and dryer units which is great. Super family and pet friendly.

The apartment complex overall is beautiful, quiet and very safe. Maintenance team is absolutely wonderful! The staff in the front office could be nicer but overall the community is great. The amenities are great and every time I have an issue the team is always ready to help me which I appreciate greatly.

Overall the last three years we have lived here everything is great! However, It does take a lot longer for service request to be completed. The community is well kept and so quiet. Have never had any issues with neighbors!

I appreciate how Arrive Thousand Oaks responds to maintenance requests so quickly. It is a relief to know that I don't have to wait much for work to be completed. I appreciate the updated laundry room since I am an older tenant and don't have a washing machine in my apartment. I also appreciate having a location for the mailman to deliver packages that is safe and locked. I don't use the amenities much because I belong to YMCA, but it is nice to see residents using them at many different hours of the day and night. Joy keeps the office lovely with seasonal decorations. I appreciate the classes they offer online to learn about cooking healthy, finances, emergency preparedness and other topics.

Nice living here, been at Arrive for 8 years and they keep it very clean. The dog park is a nice feature along with the new washers and dryers.

The community here is very nice. The people are friendly. The location is great, everything feels like a short drive away. It is very quiet.

The community is great, but the staff's attitude is terrible. It's like talking to a brick wall - feels so withdrawn, unengaged. Almost like a chat bot.

Moving can be daunting but the staff at Arrive Thousand Oaks have make the process so much easier. Joy is incredibly helpful and is always available to answer your questions. The apartment itself is well kept, spacious, well kept and the neighbors are wonderful. So excited about our new move to Arrive!

I enjoy living here. Most facilities concerns are address immediately. And the grounds are well kept. I don’t know any other community that provides a dog bath room!

Move in was quick and easy! Joy is fabulous! I love Arrive so far. The complex is nice and serene with pine trees all around. My son loves to watch the squirrels chase each other up and down the trees.

We have lived here for almost 2.5 years now. The grounds are well maintained. It’s quiet. The gym is clean and has new equipment. Maintenance request are taken care of quickly. We love living here.

Spring is beautiful with the trees leafing out and some bushes blooming. It’s been busy from the amount of rainfall we had. The roses first bloom were spectacular! Even the succulents are blooming and looking terrific. I didn’t have any leaks so that was a blessing. The pool is open and busy. I’m grateful for the wonderful windows which block the sound of traffic. We just got a major upgrade to the laundry room for those of us who have lived here awhile. Many people have been using the barbecue with the warm weather.

Nice community, fairly quiet. Lots of kids for our kids to play with. The pool is nice when it isn’t having issues. Over all not a bad place to call home.

So good so far! Love the area and community. The neighbors are friendly! If I could fix one thing it’s response to maintenance. Waited a week before someone showed up to look at it.

The grounds are well maintained. There used to be a squirrel problem, but it was taken care of quickly. Maintenance issues are usually taken care of in a timely manner. Neighborhood feels safe

Minor troubles, which are to be expected anywhere, but all taken care of right away by the amazing management! Joy and Brandon are wonderful!

I have been a resident of Arrive Thousand Oaks for 15 years. I love it here. The biggest plus for me is the peace and quiet. Both Joy the Manager and Brandon our maintenance person are the best I have ever worked with. Prior to the current ownership I have seen managers and maintenance people come and go. They not only do their jobs well, but they are super friendly like a good neighbor. They have done many improvements to the property and Joy and Brandon navigated all the tenants right through it all. It's a great place to live! Come take a look.

Arrive TO is a great place to live. One of , my favorite features is the peace and quiet. I also have to give kudos to Joy the manager and Brandon in maintenance. They are both very responsive and they are both really nice people to work with. I have been here almost 15 years and would like to stay here indefinitely, but I am retired and the increasing rents here and everywhere may not allow me to stay. Come check it out!
