So far I like living here. Only issue I’ve had is with bugs. There were wasps getting into my apartment a lot over the summer. There was no real resolution for this. I’m concerned about the upcoming summer. Otherwise I’ve had a pleasant experience.

Great experience. No major complaints . Aesthetically pleasing , can always add more greenery in the hallways , would add to the decor. Lightings of the hallway could be upgraded as well.
So far so good, we are peacefully living here. Community is clean and green. Only wish if we could have open space for kids to roam around in community

This apartment is very good to stay in Eden Prairie and easy access to Walmart, Costco, JCPenney, target and Indian grocery’s. Apartment staff is very supportive and resolve the issues very quickly.

My 1-bedroom apartment is quite big and renovated nicely but still some odor is here (we can’t change it). The facilities in our community are really nice and working staff here is awesome, especially Heather - she helped us a lot.
Great so far, everyone’s been nice. The apartment it self is great for the price and i love the amenities we get. Free parking and we get a parking spot along with our apartment which is super nice

Great location very friendly staff both in the office and in maintenance. Pet friendly, very clean, Love the security features throughout the building key fob required. Garage parking available with a car washing station and vacuum cleaner very convenient.

Very nice community. Near to most of the stores. People are nice. It would have been great if Badminton or Squash type of courts are available. I don’t see anyone doing Beast mode Gym in my 2 yrs of stay.

The location is great, the apartments are spacious, they fix things quick, but the apartment wasn’t in the best shape when we moved in for a number of reasons. Also, we overlooked some signage on our lease agreement, although it was our fault, they didn’t notify us and charged us for a different amount. Again, that was on us, but it felt wrong on their part considering the difference was significant.

My has been an utter nightmare. The facilities are nice and property management is lackluster. It's a widely poorly managed complex. I wouldn't recommend anyone moving here because they don't care whatsoever about anything but money. In two separate years the door to the unit I lived in has been severely damaged and for no reason whatsoever. The first one I wasn't home but the second one unfortunately I was home to hear it happen. I'm not giving anything more than a 1 star.

This apartment is good to stay in Eden Prairie and it’s near to graces and near to wallmart, target, bestbuy, EP mall and Indian store market and also near to Costco

Frustrating when utility amounts are off. Been hard to work with. Please check hvac’s more often because things can go wrong. Rent is high for 3rd year.

Like the floor plan. everything here is what I expected. In unit HVAC and laundry/dryer. Very clean . The location is the so convenient the best. Management staffs are super efficient.

Living here has been nice because of the location and some amenities. However, for the price of the apartments I feel that it doesn’t match in quality. With the recent “preventative pest control,” we have realized there had not been any preventative measures prior, which is concerning. The apartment was still dirty when we moved in, we found food stains in many places, and the cabinets are low quality. You can tell the paint job was done poorly, since we found pieces of hair and other debris under the paint. It’s fine living here, but doesn’t feel like it meets its “luxury” title.

The staff is top notch! Apartments are spacious and nice! The community is very friendly and nearby to all shopping. Maintenance is wonderful, fixes are done the next day, no waiting! I gave it 4 stars as there was a little noise after quiet hours.
