Easy move in. Simple process. So far I don’t have any complaints. The community seems diverse and so far everyone has been nice. I’m happy to have made Arrive my home.

The agents were willing to work with me on my move, the payment method,etc...The day of my move in, we had problems processing my payment because of a glitch with their new system.

So far it’s been pretty good. Just getting used to tenants above us. I think that the elevators could be cleaner and smell good. We are hoping to get into the gym soon.

Arrive west end is very good. Club house and the common area around pool stands out. Room sizes are good as well as kitchen island gives good vibes to ambience.

Resident experience was very pleasant and smooth. Andrea was Excellent! Very professional, and made me feel.right at home. Everything in the apartment works, is very clean and well lit upon move in.

I could be more satisfied; my living experiences are over one year. The cleanness of the property isa problem for me and lack of adherence to community guidelines. The elevators are very unreliable. However, the property personnel are good. and responsive.

Great move in experience. The team was great in assisting me in any way they could. They also helped me with the move in process immensely. They have been great ever since.

Water Leak Repair Great After the installation of the new Water Meter in August, my bill increased 2 times as much, from $25 to $75. After cutting back on usage, it was decreased by $25. I heard water constantly running and did a check. My meter was turning, the hot water heater tray was filled with water, but was going out the drain so it never completely filled up. After a maintenance request, a pipe was removed that was capped of, because it was causing the overflow from the pressure the new meter allowed to flow. The Maintenance Repair Person fixed the leak and now the meter only turn when the water is being used. I look forward to my $25 water bill again. Thanks.

Office Staff is the Best and Maintenance be right on any problems that may come about. The community as a whole is very welcoming and it's in a great location

We enjoy living here! The location is fantastic and the staff is good. However, our only complaint is the loud noise coming from our upstairs neighbor. This person makes a lot of noise starting as early as 3:30am, which is very disruptive to our living experience. The noise levels are so high that even earplugs can't block it out. Despite sending multiple complaints to the management, no action has been taken so far.

Arrive apartment Leasing agent was very professional and friendly the property was very clean and secure . the apartment we looked at was very very well taken care of.

It has been the best apartment experience that I have ever encountered. I formally vowed not to live in an apartment community ever again. But I had to reconsider due to life changes. The staff made me feel like I finally made it home where I belonged.

Water leakage on floor I called the maintenance number and they said they would get right on the issue. 45 minutes later the problem was resolved.

Great location, very nice people. Wish there was a trash room on every floor. Somewhat out dated but not a big deal if you don’t care about that.

It seems as if tenants are moving out daily. Every time I see a resident moving, I have a conversation with them on their decision to relocate and ten times out of 10, it's because of roaches. The pest exterminator isn't practical. Fortunately, I have kept the roaches to a minimum in my apartment over nearly four years of residing here, but this is the worst it’s ever been. I will not be renewing once more.

In the short time we have been here, we have felt at home in our new house. The staff and all the residents that we have encountered have been supportive and friendly.

I really love living at the Westend. The noise level is non-existent. The current changes in the cosmetics of the building is a great improvement. I like showing our place off with friends and family members. Plus the staff is really nice and friendly.

It's been a great first few months here. There hasn't been anything to complain about yet. The location is perfect too as there are so many museums in walking distance.

Property inconsistently unclean, 24X7. Elevators are not reliable, fire alarms go off for no reason. Current management team is useless. .

i wouldn’t recommend living here to most people. our neighbors have been super loud and disrespectful.. we’ve run into problem after problem with our apartment and it’s not a nice area of downtown

Arrive West End is a common based residence that prides itself on making the residence that reside in the building feel at home. The management staff is very knowledgeable.

Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute delight! The ambiance here is top-notch, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The clubhouse, pool, and fitness centers are fantastic - they're well-maintained and add so much value to everyday life. The clubhouse provides a great space for gatherings and events, while the pool offers a refreshing retreat during hot days. The fitness centers are equipped with everything needed for a good workout. Overall, these amenities have significantly enhanced my living experience here. I couldn't be happier with the combination of a welcoming environment and fantastic facilities

The apartment is nice and the amenities are great. The people are friendly. Friendly people all over. However, there seems to be a few homeless people around because of the train station right behind the apartment.

Terrible. Getting out as fast as I can. Medical supplies almost stolen. Caught in time. People have fist fights outside. Building has roaches

I have been living here at Arrive West End for two years and I really enjoy the environment here. It's a family style environment in which neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The office staff is a 5 star rating. Yari goes above and beyond to make sure that her residents feel right at home.

I am so happy to live here. I have the best location in town, apt complex is super nice with great amenities. Employees are very profesional and polite. I'm in the middle of the Downtown life ! I love it !

This is my second time living at Arrive West End. The security makes me feel safe within the building and I love being in the city! Plus it's nice to have covered parking when the weather gets bad :-)

Nice Community, only issue is the 1 fob policy. When you have children or company its difficult to arrange them passage to your apartment without you being there

My move in was made very easy by staff and my unit is spectacular very clean and spacious. I love the convenient underground parking along with the other amenities.

I love being downtown and I enjoy the amenities that are here. I also enjoy the events that the property have. I have been here for 3 months and have gone to trivia night and sip n paint.

I lived at the Arrive West End for a full year and really enjoyed my time there for many reasons. From the start, our property manager Yari was very warm and welcoming to my family and I upon move-in. She was always more than willing to answer my questions in-person and was very responsive over email. The application, touring, and signing/approval process was very smooth and I was able to do it all remotely quite easily (as I was moving from another state). Additionally, I found my apartment to be very affordable despite being a one bedroom adjacent to Downtown Dallas. The unit was very spacious, quiet (my unit faced the pool rather than the street), and well-maintained with appliances/structures all in good condition. Lastly, the complex itself is awesome! Located in the West End Historic District, you'll find a good selection of shops, restaurants, and even attractions such as the Dallas World Aquarium or Museum of Illusions. And a few minutes of walking will land you right downtown, and neighborhoods such as Uptown, Victory Park, and Deep Ellum are a longer walk or short car ride away! I was consistently impressed with the building's security presence, how quickly my maintenance requests were addressed, and how user-friendly the parking website and resident portals were. Not to mention awesome amenities including a pool/outdoor relaxation and grilling area, fitness center, clubhouse room, and a nice leasing office where resident events were regularly hosted! All in all, I really enjoyed my time at the Arrive West End. I experienced one insect issue which got a little better over time but was not fully resolved after multiple visits from an exterminator, however the property staff were very diligent in coordinating the treatments once I notified them of my issue. The issue eventually died down to a much more tolerable level than how it started. That was the exception in an otherwise excellent living experience in Dallas! I would highly recommend anyone who'd like to experience centrally-located urban living, with spacious rooms and great amenities, all at a more affordable price-point as compared to what you'd end up shelling out for an Uptown apartment give the Arrive West End a try!

I have lived at Arrive for over a month now, and I had a great move in experience! Yari, and Hayley in the office are very personable and helpful. I have lived at 6 different homes/apartments/duplexes and so far this is my favorite. Property is well kept, in a great location, and not massive so its not frustrating getting in and out of your apartment even with parking garage.

Very nice and respectful neighbors... I truly enjoy the around the clock armed security it sure is a great relief knowing somebody is always on the lookout

As a resident of these apartments, I have had a positive experience overall. The apartments themselves are nice and clean, which is important to me. The management and maintenance staff have done a great job of keeping the common areas well-maintained and ensuring that any issues in my unit are promptly addressed. One aspect that I particularly appreciate is the range of amenities available. The apartment complex offers amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, and a community lounge. These amenities have added value to my living experience and have provided opportunities for relaxation, exercise, and socializing with neighbors.

I read a couple of negative reviews before moving here, but honestly I don’t see anything. The apartment is really nice and the office staffs are all sweet people. Loving it so far.

I have no complaints! This truly is Luxury living and I enjoy coming home and relaxing in my home. All my needs are met, our Community Manager Yari is very attentive to each request and I have not had a bad experience here. I am very happy I chose Arrive West End as my home
