I’ve been living at Arrive Westborough for a while, and overall, it’s been an okay experience. The location is convenient with easy access to major highways, shopping, and dining. The amenities, like the gym and common areas, are nice when they’re well-maintained. However, there are some drawbacks. Maintenance response times can be inconsistent. Additionally, rent increases each year without significant improvements to justify the cost. If you’re looking for a decent place to live in Westborough, this could be a good option, but be prepared for some minor inconveniences.

Overall okay experience. Rent is on higher side compared to amenities and services provided. Lately have observed so many and frequent issues specifically after recent fire incident. Only one Elevator works most of the time and no ETA for fix.

Good community with easy access to walmart, target, Burlington, BoA and lots more. Good to br part of this community with lots of amenities and good staff.

Moving in was a whirlwind of emotions—exciting, exhausting, and a little overwhelming. Arrive is a good neighborhood near to Walmart, Target and other stores near by. It has good spacious units. Off late the management is not maintaining the property as it used to be couple of years before.
We just renewed our lease for another year. We are happy here except for the children running,playing, and screaming in the hallway. It is usually after dinner when you are sitting down and trying to relax. One night we went out three times and told them no playing in the hallway and stop yelling. Finally after an hour they finally went into their apartments. I sent a letter to the office with this complaint but it has been a week and never got a response back. There used to be a notice posted in the hallway saying no playing in the hallway but someone ripped it down. We are hoping management does something about this.

I’m satisfied with my new apartment. Close to nice Indian restaurants and lot more. Nice simple units with solid amenities and management. I have never brought trash down to find nowhere to leave it, and messes produced by other tenants are cleaned quickly. I live on the third floor, which I recommend to avoid noise and for privacy.

Excellent Property Management I have lived in nice apartment communities in Chicago and St. Louis. The Property Management at Arrive is the best I have witnessed. Fabulous customer service by the office, maintenance, cleaning staff, and all necessary contractors.
overall, it’s a great place to live. There’s a lot of families and children. It feels safe and the apartment unit itself is very quiet. You can’t hear noise from the people upstairs or next to you. However, there are some downsides because there are a lot of kids it can become crowded in the lobby and common areas. The washer unit can become very occupied and messy and for some reason the trash can become very smelly and the smell extends to each floor and especially the T level floor.
I have lived here about 3 years, and it has very much felt like home. The community is in a great location in Route9, the staff are all very friendly and professional and the apartments are spacious.
The sound of car alarms going off is rediculis. They go off all hours of the day and night. Sometimes people are setting the alarm off to find their car, come on, you live here and can’t find your car! Our apt is on the parking lot side and we hear alarms all the time.

I have been living in Arrive since last 2 years and enjoyed a lot. Whenever I had any issues for maintenance work and after creating maintenance ticket, maintenance guy fixes it within 1 day. Location is very prime and most of the store nearby.

Do you want to know what it feels like to live on it? Come on down and sign a lease here...the temperature is topping off indoors at 90 degrees today (with the slider open and two fans blowing). And don't worry. Management will come and encourage you to stick it out. It's not that hot. Don't cook in the daytime. Leave your sliders open. It's the walls that are hot, not the apartment. It's a tropical paradise at this place. Come join the rest of us paying an amazing amount of money for rent and slowly bake into eternity. We'd love to have you.

Ambience good Community good Maintanence good Water quality bad sometime get whitish or brownish water through tap. So many Indian family are here, so as an Indian I love to stay here, gives homely feeling. Wallmart and temples are also at walking distance.

Great friendly place quiet, no kids running around causing havoc, cheap rent, no issues with anything in unit, make me feel right at home. and working here as well makes it so much better glad that make it so affordable and even know I'm not getting my employee discount like everyone that works/ lives here still wonderful place to be. I don't mind paying more than everyone and treated the same as everyone else that works here.

The community is very good to live in, peaceful, very well looked after and clean, the only thing missing is more lighting at night and it needs better washing machines and dryers as they are expensive and constantly break down and we lose a lot of money because of this as we have to pay more often to wash and dry.

I have lived here a little over 3 years, and have loved the entire experience. The neighborhood is in a great location - right on Rt.9 and very close to shopping, 495 and the ‘Pike. The community is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, and management and maintenance are all very willing to help make your living experience better!

Excellent community and well maintained.we love the apartment.The view from balcony is fantastic and we will have our first black coffee in the balcony enjoying the nature.we just moved in last week.enjoying every day.. walmart is very near and all the shops are also very near to access.we are enjoying evening walk round the community.

Great result Our great maintenance team arrive within 24 hours. They tracked down the problem quickly and ended up replacing the dishwasher and garbage disposal unit within a couple of hours. Great work guys!

I had no reason whatsoever not to renew as I am grateful for this great one bedroom with a nice view, the courteous law abiding quiet neighbors and also the friendly and competent maintenance and staff. Of course Westborough is a very nice place to live and the ability to walk to Walmart or even the MBTA is an added plus. The improvements planned for by the state on the traffic signal are most welcome. The rent with utilities is reasonable so I hope to stay in a few years after I reach retirement.

I've been living in this apartment for 10 years, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The building, being older, has its charm and character, and the location is quite convenient. However, there is a significant downside that prospective tenants should be aware of: the maintenance team. While the apartment itself and its amenities are generally satisfactory, the maintenance team leaves much to be desired. Issues, big or small, seem to languish for an unreasonably long time—often up to a month—before being addressed. This has been a major inconvenience and has detracted from an otherwise pleasant living environment. If you’re considering moving in, it’s worth weighing this factor heavily. A reliable maintenance team is crucial, especially in an older building where issues can arise more frequently.

Very spacious Rooms Organized parking and good management All amenities on site ??I.e Gym , swimming pool, safe package room . Elevator on site is a plus and if you have kids there’s a kids playground and a dog park. So I really enjoy the place since everything is just close to me. Stores, car dealerships

I’m disappointed with the maintenance service at this property. My dishwasher has been broken for over a month, and despite multiple requests, no one has come to fix it. The lack of responsiveness from the maintenance team is frustrating and has caused significant inconvenience. I expect better service, especially when addressing essential household repairs. This experience has been far from satisfactory.

Fastest Maintenance I have posted a Maintenance Request at night and the Maintenance was done by the next morning. The Maintenance guys did it very fast.
