Property Ratings at Arrowhead Apartments and Townhomes
They remodeled the whole property. It’s in a great location next to the bluffs and hiking trails. The maintenance staff is great!
I am a current resident here and there’s nothing good to say about the “New Management” Maintenance is non existent. The office rarely picks up the phone and when they do I’m even surprised I DO NOT recommend moving here. And I Cannot wait to leave
After Spaulding Group took over the communication and respect for tenants went downhill. While I can respect the desire to increase curb appeal - what the current tenants wanted and needed was not taken into consideration.
PSA: We moved out as new management was coming in so we can only say a little about our experience with them. My wife and I have mixed feelings about ArrowHead. We loved our spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath and it felt like home. We especially enjoyed our beautiful view from our deck of the bluffs. There definitely is some updating that the inside and outside of the apartments need but at the time we felt like the price was fair for what we were getting. We would not pay what they are charging now for what we had. While we were there maintenance and the front office was relatively responsive to our requests however since the new management transition we still have not received our initial deposit back and we have been moved out for 3 months. The locations of the apartments are nice and it's lovely to go on walks when it's warm. However in the summer because there is only one air condition unit for the whole apartment in the living room, it's hard to sleep in the bedrooms cause its so hot. Like I said, we have mixed feelings. Some things were great, and some things were subpar. But we are grateful for our time at Arrowhead.
They've jacked the rent up $500-800, but no repairs have been made. Animals in the walls, poor climate control, renters are losing their storage sheds, the list goes on. Run the other direction.
