You can do better. People steal packages and the office refuses to do do any thing or acknowledge it. Utilities are constantly being turned off for maintenance. The walls are paper thin! And The staff are extremely rude.

My wife and I absolutely adore arrowhead so much that we came back to live a second time! The office staff is one of the best I’ve ever come across. Jennifer and Lindsey do a great job of caring for their residents and taking care of any requests/issues. The leasing agents are always very welcoming and eager to help. The maintenance staff fix is amazing too! You will always feel at home here at arrowhead I can promise you that :)

I was at arrowhead for three years and throughout the time I was there I had two mold issues and dripping water from my upstairs neighbor's sliding door not being sealed. None of which were ever promptly answered. I had to badger them to come out and address the issues. Maintenance cut out a piece of my bathroom ceiling right above my shower. They said they would be back next day which they did not. It took them a month to repair my ceiling. This complex requires a 60 notice which is predatory so you better be sure you have an exit strategy or else they will pummel you with penalties. I moved to a month to month lease because I was looking for a house. After I found my house I still had 30 days left of my notice but was ready to give back my keys. I asked if I could just prorate the days I used in October since I only needed four days in October and I could just give back my keys early. One of their agents told me that it should be ok and we have done that before. I go to give in my keys and the manager doesn't even stop stride to the other room and says "we aren't doing that for you" and just walks right past me. I had been a tenant for three years and never caused issues and had one mishap with an automatic payment but they wouldn't even work with me. There is ZERO sound cancelation so if your neighbors have dogs or they are heavy walkers you will hear all day everyday. I had to switch rooms I was sleeping in because I was waking up at 5am to my upstairs neighbor's alarm every morning. Keep in mind this wasn't a nuclear launch it was your standard Iphone alarm. Final positive note - Walking distance to the Loveland bike trail was amazing and the only redeemable quality of this complex.
I applied for an apartment on 5/22/2020. Upon attempting to follow up on my application a few days later, I was informed that - due to a system error on their part - multiple applications were allowed to come through and they would be refunding my $50.00 application fee, as the apartment was already rented and my application could not be considered (due to the unit being rented). Upon speaking with management, I was informed that this fee would be refunded to me within 3 business days and that they would drop the authorization hold for $100.00 (which is paid if you are approved for the apartment to hold it). This is a perfectly reasonable and respectable response. However, they not only never refunded the $50.00 application fee…they charged me the $100.00 fee to secure the unit. The unit I was never considered for and did not get. The unit that had already been rented out to another tenant. It’s important to note that this fee is ONLY paid if you get the apartment. So basically, due to negligence I have been charged $100.00 unauthorized and was never refunded the $50.00 application fee as promised. I tried to call several times and was told management was unavailable to speak to me and to call another time, or could not get through to anyone at all. To anyone considering this complex - don’t. Their handling of this situation shows irresponsibility and dishonesty. I would not trust them whatsoever.
Hello, I want to bring attention to the awesome Office staff that work for us here in our Arrowhead community Lindsey and Emily.No matter how the day is going they always have a smile and are ready to help us at the drop of a hat... Both Lindsey and Emily plan some awesome parties for us all here..No holds bard on the fun and food. They also pan fun monthly adventures like Bingo, and Guess how many hearts in a jar..They just fun and the best you could ask for..I have lived here for a long while.. SHOUT OUT TO EMILY AND LINDSEY Lelia Wagner apt 307
Worst. Management. Ever. First off, my ac unit blew the FIRST week. Then they give me a temporary ac unit that has to be hooked up OUTSIDE when it was like 80 degrees. My sliding glass door leading to the patio door had to be sealed with TAPE. That led to stink bugs getting inside. Then what's worse is I had to break the lease early THANK GOD. They forced me to pay OVER 2000 DOLLARS when I was only there for 3 WEEKS. Then Emily, one of the horrible people on staff had the nerve to shout at me when I was simply trying to get the breakdown of the over 2000 dollar buyout fees! Management sucks and does not care about their residents and will try to shout at you. The apartments are old and things break down all the time. They even threatened to throw away china which was a wedding present that we almost left there. Do yourself a favor and DON'T RENT HERE.
My boyfriend and I have an apartment here, and we absolutely love it! It is at the perfect location, it has a pool, corn hole, tennis courts, and basketball courts. We have a view of the Loveland bike trail. We also just got a dog, and they even have a dog park as well! The apartment was so clean upon arrival. It is very spacious and has great cabinet space for the kitchen. Every time my boyfriend and I go into the office the staff is always so friendly and they know us by name. We always sit down and talk with them and joke around. The office managers have also informed us that during the summer they have many parties and events for the residents so we are looking forward to those. Emily, Lindsey, and Jennifer are very warm and welcoming! If you are looking for a new apartment, Arrowhead is the place to be!
I've been here for just over a month but this has been one of the most beautiful apartments around Cincinnati/Loveland Area. I would definitely recommend this place if some one's looking for an inexpensive, well maintained apartment to live around the Loveland/Blue Ash area. Management staff have been really helpful and take care of any concerns immediately. This has been my experience so far.
My wife and I moved here in March. The whole process went very smoothly and the staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is 24/7 and they have been very quick to respond. We love it here and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice and affordable place to live.
My boyfriend and I just moved to Arrowhead and couldn't be happier with our experience. This is my first apartment, and I absolutely love it. It has plenty of space, up-to-date appliances, and a lot of character (vaulted ceilings, a patio that looks over the Little Miami Bike Trail, an opening between the kitchen and the living room). The apartments are very quiet and the office staff is friendly and helpful. We especially love the complex's landscaping and the fact that it's located right alongside the bike trail, which is perfect for our dog. Arrowhead is extremely dog-friendly — its private dog park is terrific. This is definitely a great place to live, and we're looking forward to spending a lot of time in our new home.
I lived here for two years and loved it! I would have stayed longer if it wasn't for my roommate moving out and the distance it is from work. I probably will be back in the future. The staff is awesome and nice! Maintenance is available 24/7 and very helpful. The bike path is conveniently close and always a great place to walk around. I would love to move back here when I get the chance. Favorite apartment in Cincinnati!!!
I've lived here for a year and we just renewed our lease. Really liking it so far. Pros: -Location. Right off of 275, easy non-highway access to Montgomery, Milford and Fields Ertel -Quiet -Nice staff -Spacious, updated apts -Outdoor space. Beautiful landscaping, pool, tennis courts, picnic areas, dog park, and right on the Loveland bike trail. Cons: -Cost, but it's still reasonable for the area. -Exterior of buildings look dated -No "luxury" amenities (i.e. W/D hookup, garage/carports, fireplaces, etc...
Location is great and so are the grounds. Apartments are small but reasonable. BE CAUTIOUS if you want to terminate your lease early, the penalty fees are extremely high: two full months rent plus $50/mo left on the lease...just in penalties, and then you have your security deposit. If you don't mind a small apartment and stay for the full term then all is good, but if that is not you, then beware.
Extremely cooperative, friendly staff walk you through the entire process quickly and cordially. Very pleasant experience and this is from someone who hasn't had to deal with the apartment experience in over 40 years. Well done!
Excellent location on the Little Miami bike trail. Close to the highway and downtown Loveland, but secluded in historic Branch Hill. Excellent landscaping. Some appliances/fixtures a bit dated, but very efficient, friendly maintenance and office staff. Dog-friendly with a dog park on the grounds. A nice place to live.
