I love this apartment and I will always be grateful for the property manager, Isabel for her exceptional professionalism and kindness. The staff/custodians, Cecelia and Nacho were wonderful and incredibly helpful. Whenever my mom and I needed help they would fix the problem in a timely manner. I have been living at these apartments since 2006 and in fact moved back again around 2015 so I’ve lived here for twelve years altogether! I have never had a bad experience and the apartment itself is very comfortable and worth the price compared to other apartments. I will miss my neighbors immensely and will cherish this wonderful community. I highly recommend this apartment due to its great location near the 22 freeway and stores that aren’t even a mile away! Thank you so much Isabel for everything!
Because of the covid virus pandemic its very hard to find a place like Arrowhead that is being managed by Isabel. From the application to moving in she made sure that we have the mask on and sanitizer with us. It’s a self tour but Isabel will guide you that as if she is around. Very professional was approved the following day and move in after 3 days. She gave us the move in special as advertised.
I have been living at this apartment for 10 years, and I would say my experience here is amazing. - Great manager & maintenance crew. Quickly response to tenants needs - Safety & Quiet - Awesome amenities: swimming pool, laundry facilities and large garage - Beautiful landscape with lots of green - Great neighborhood - Very convenient, close to freeway, good school, super market, & great restaurant.

Arrowhead Apartments has been our humble abode for a few months now and what can we say? We love it here! (: The price that you pay for the space that you get cannot be found elsewhere! We always get compliments from our friends when they come over (the white cabinets, the grey flooring, and the overall modern feel). Also, we get a swimming pool right in the middle, so it’s close proximity for all. Management here is great, respectful, and most of all, professional through it all. She gets things done quickly and is always on it. The neighborhood is quiet and we love that metal doors were recently installed for extra security!
Pros: nice manager, beautiful greenery, peaceful sound of water fountain running (especially at night), quick pool access, neighbors are always on watch for strangers entering, spacious 1 bedroom apartment, and great natural lighting seeping in through all the windows and brightens up the place. Also, the neighbors are good. Everyone minds their own business, and as long as you keep to yourself, remain respectful and considerate of your neighbors, you have nothing to worry about. They don’t report you to management for no reason. Management here is pretty fair in my opinion. Cons: ROACHES!!! After a few months, you’ll start seeing roaches everywhere -It’s disgusting. Horrible bathroom ventilation causes molding on ceiling and walls. I shower with the fan on and the door open, but molding happens eventually. Horrible parking (if you plan on parking on the street). I always have to rush home from work or else, I’d have to park and walk super far. It doesn’t help that some tenants park inconsiderately and take up more room than needed. My car got vandalized a few times parking on the street, so that might tell you a bit about the neighborhood. It was during the summer, so kids are out of school and they may or may not do stupid things to your car. The washer and dryer facility are quite sucky. There aren’t many washers available in there, so there will be days where you’ll gather all your clothes and detergent, walk to the facility, and then have to carry all your stuff back because all the machines are being used. It gets very hot in there because of bad ventilation. The washers don’t mix detergent and fabric softener evenly, so you’ll get an uneven wash and you’ll find fabric softener residue all over your clothes. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but the cons became quite tedious and they quickly outweighed the pros for us. All of the cons might seem like small matters, but the consistency of inconvenience and annoyance became a deal breaker for us.
We like living here. The staff was nice and helpful. The manager was very accommodating. The neighbors were super cool and the pool was always clean. We had extra parking in the complex that we paid for at a reasonable price and that made it easier with several cars in the family. I found the place to be quiet and quaint. We liked the manager because she would take care of anything we asked of her with no hesitation. We requested a new microwave once and it was installed the next day. The view is surprisingly beautiful and the grounds are very well kept.
I've been living in arrowhead appts for 8 months now, and its a great place. I originally was going to stay a few months, but the value is impossible to beat. The management is caring (they even helped me get food after a car accident)... they want the place safe, quiet and great. The only people who give bad reviews seem to be the ones kicked out for partying. I will be here a long time and recommend it here to everyone.

I love this place, where I can call this place is my home. I used to live here once and I moved back here again about 3 years now. It's clean, safe and quiet. All the workers, from the manager to all the apartment crews are wonderful and sweet. This place is very spacious and which I love. It's hard to find any apartment(s) that have a garage for each unit, even we share a garage, but at least we have an extra space for storage.
I've been leaving at Arrowhead Apartments for about 6 months now. And I have had an incredible experience. I'm very sastisfied with their management and maintenance team. They're very attentive and quick to deliver on any request or situation that may occur. In fact, I will gladly recommend Arrowhead Apartments to any friend or family members. It's a great place to live, very spacious 1 bedthroom and 1 bath apartment. Neighbors are great. Fairly quiet. And that's a credit to management. By making sure tenants are considered of others. With that said, I'm very satisfied and happy tenant at Arrowhead Apartments.

I have lived in a few different apartments, and can truly say I'm sad to leave this property! The manager is very repectful and attentive to all of the residence. She has always responded timely to any service request. And always ensures the place we call home looks nice! You can truly see that the manager and maintenance staff take pride in making our apartment home clean and safe!
Befor I recently married, I lived at Arrowhead apts. I lived there for 3 yrs and moved out with my boyfriend. After a short time I move back to Arrow head Apts. And lived there for another 4 yrs. I LOVE IT..!! The apt are spacious,clean,maintenance team is exellant,managment is always sweet and helpful,grounds have pretty landscaping,and everything from the laundry rooms to the pool areas are always keeped up to par..!!! Arrowhead apartments have been my home for the last 9 years, I have lived in each one of the complexes except the main one where the managers office resides. These apartments are just "OK" it needs a lot of attention on the cosmetic parts. A lot of rusted things here and there, theres no central air. The bathroom ventilation is not great, mold starts to build up. We've had roach problems in the Montecello complex,and the Arrowhead complex. The Monteleon Complex has been okay so far, except for the mold in the bathroom that accumulates if you don't leave the bathroom door open when showering. Parking is okay around apartments, but only in the early mornings or if you get home before 3pm. The area is quiet, so thats a plus. Rooms are spacious, I like that the kitchen is connected to the dining area, it makes a 1 bedroom feel a lot bigger. You can paint your walls different colors, however, you have to paint it back if you move out though or they fine you. Theres no refrigerator included, the closet space is okay. Overall, its not a bad area to live in, you are 15-20 minutes to the Outlets of Orange, 10 minutes away from Regals/Walmart plaza area. Theres a lot of grocery stores around you ,fast food places, 30 minutes away from the beach & 15-30 minutes away from disneyland as well . I do not recommend for young adults on a tight budget, it is a bit overpriced for rent here now for a 1 bedroom. And I think there are only a few studios. I hope I was helpful!
This apartment I live in with my family is a one bedroom, on the first floor. It's a pretty decent place all around, but it's just too small for a family of four. So, although we're happy with the management and rent, we definitely need to find a bigger place. Also, we're looking to get closer to the LA area, perhaps somewhere in between Los Angeles and Orange County (such as La Mirada), for purposes of my work.
I have been a resident since October, 2014. I am renting a 900 sq. ft, one bedroom apartment for $1195 a month and it also includes a garage. They are four buildings with four pools and four laundry mats. The property is cleaned with lushes palm trees and other pretty greenery. Easy access to the 22 freeway and very close to two schools (elementary and intermediate) which would be consider a Garden Grove Unified School district. Mix of ethnicities here on the property. Its quiet majority of time but not during summer because of the use of pools with kids being out of school. The property management is flexible but the down fall is that they are not in the office unless it the beginning of the first three days of the month to collect rent from the tenants. You have to call the manager and wait for a response for a day or two later. You'll see the maintenance workers doing their job around the property but can't help you until you speak with the manager first in order to get a work order slip to get any kind of repairs done to your apartment. Which will take a day or two later than a right away fix. So, I give this place four out of five stars. Other than that, the apartment buildings are nice, big floorplans up to three bedrooms, clean and quiet.
