Property Ratings at Arrowtree Apartments
It took 18 days to repair our air conditioning during the summer. Which by the way, isn’t an emergency and is considered a “luxury.” Even in 90 degree weather when you’re close to going to the hospital for heat exhaustion, air conditioning is not considered an essential need. When it rains, it floods through the bathroom window and in the basement. The children here are totally out of control. They jump in front of moving cars and yell at drivers for going too slow. They’ve been known to damage property and cars, as evidenced by three emails from the property manager warning residents to control their children. The noise level of the playground in the inner courtyard is a fevered pitch from noon to 10p, no matter the weather, time of day (COVID-19 pandemic included). There is no such thing as parenting here. Other than that, enjoyed your overpriced and overheated stay!
The entire reason I chose this apartment, despite its appearance, quality, and management, was for the “one time” pet fee that I signed when I moved it two years ago. Now they have suddenly decided to charge residents pet rent. No longer worth dealing with the leaky, crumbling apartment walls. Very disappointing that my “one time” pet fee has been ignored.
Rude management, location is nice, but problems never get fixed. Don't waste your money here.
My brother and I have been here for maybe five years or more, and have loved it every step along the way. It is a wonderful area - quiet and removed from the East Lansing noise - and the surrounding woods makes it even better. The staff is great and friendly and always has helped us with great speed. The pool is great, the location is great (you can walk to many stores and restaurants), the people are great. No slight complaints yet in 5-6 years.
I have lived here for around 4-5 years so far, and just love it. There has NEVER been any problem to speak of, and any little issue - a leaky faucet or something - has been taken care of as soon as you alert them of it, and in the nicest possible way. Great staff, great location, great everything!
I enjoy living here. Someone recommended this location to me when I said I wanted to move to Okemos. Good floorplan and friendly staff.
