Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments feature a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, range oven, electric stove, and a dishwasher. The living Room is fully outfitted with a pullout queen couch, a 50” TV, coffee table, two armchairs, and a dedicated workspace. The master bedroom features a California King, a pop up TV cabinet, and the master bath includes a bathtub for long soaks! The second bedroom also has a private bath with tub plus a California King, office chair, desk, and a 50” TV on an extending arm. Art House Apartments are walking distance to stellar coffee shops, delicious dining options, public transportation, shopping, and cultural activities + nightlife. Come home to Art House Apartments! Units all come in a furnished or non-furnished option. Some ADA units available. Pricing depends on length of lease. We have 30, 90, 1 year, and 14 month lease options. Cats and dogs okay, with restrictions.
