Property Ratings at Arterra Place Apartments
Things have definitely changed since the new management took over in November 2017 and not for the better. My family and I have lived here for several years prior to the new management taking over. And what people have written here is certainly true. When reading over these reviews you will notice that all reviews prior to November 2017 were positive and those written after new management took over are negative. What others have written about the new management is true, so please be forewarned. The apartments themselves are decent; management is not.

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We’re very sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your living experience in the last few months. We’re always looking for ways to improve, so please give us a call or come to see us in the office so we can listen to your feedback. Thanks.
Up to 3 months ago Arterra Place was the best, nice modern apartments and a great management company to keep the place what I also considered the best yet. Sadly back in November of 2017 Arterra Place changed management companies, Con Am and the great staff referenced in the earlier reviews are gone. They have been replaced by a staff from a new management company(Inland)that has been horrible at best. Terrible communication on policy changes (ie. Parking), poor grounds maintenance and an overall cold uncaring feeling from the office personnel. My advise, avoid this property at all costs. I will be leaving as soon as my lease is over. Zero Stars do not recommend.
Under the current management of the rental property the morale has definitely been altered. This community no longer has that welcoming and professional environment that ConAm Management once provided. Cindy, Kim, Jim and the entire management team from ConAm were delightful, professional and honestly deeply missed. I have lived here for two years and although the property itself is appealing and well kept (thank you ConAm) the new office staff and maintenance crew from Inland Residential are unprofessional and do not provide good customer service. When working with clients it is imperative to be professional and polite. Providing good customer service through effective communication is significant in management. Although, there may be disagreements between management and residents, being dismissive to one’s concerns and questions are not vital to creating a mutual and positive relationship. At one point I LOVED living here… the amenities and environment were seriously amazing. We’ve rented out the clubhouse four times, we’ve hung out at the pool countless amount of times and easily convinced family and friends to move over into the community. Feelings have changed but keep this in mind when renting here… Attractive apartments, unreceptive atmosphere!
I have lived here since Arterra Place opened, and this year's pool party was AMAZING! The office manager and her staff were great! They went above and beyond for this year's party. Food was grilled to perfection by the maintenance supervisor, Jim; Cindy and Kim did an awesome job with the rest! The raffle had some really great prizes! Everyone had a fun time! Thank you for a great afternoon!

We're so stoked that you had a great time at our event! Thanks so much for your kind review. - ConAm Customer Service
Arterra place has been a great place to call home. The community and people here are all so wonderful. And the staff is the best.
Upscale and modern, and the entire staff is great! For sure the nicest community around this area! I love how spacious my apartment is, especially love the hardwood flooring! Would definitely recommend Arterra Place to anyone!
Arterra Place is a pretty apartment complex inside and out. The grounds are well taken care of which is very important for me. Sometimes parking can be a little tight but I've been told management is working on it. I have to say the club house/rental office is really impressive in size and amenities. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The apartments are really pretty with the updated amenities of a new complex. It's nice to move into a brand new apartment with new appliances and fixtures. The design of the buildings and apartments is well thought out. It's location is convenient to Denver and outlying areas. Plenty of shopping, fast food places, etc. nearby. If there's a maintenance issue it's addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Wonderful place to call home!
These apartments are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and always clean. Both the maintenance staff and leasing staff are professional, friendly and obviously take pride in how the property looks. They genuinely care about the tenants and go above and beyond to meet their needs. The complex is pet friendly with a nice park right across the street to walk you dog. I highly recommend Arterra Place to all my friends and colleagues.
We have nothing but good things to say about our apartment! It is extremely upscale, definitely the nicest complex we looked at in the area. The staff has always been so warm, friendly and welcoming. They have also made our dog feel right at home, she LOVES to go visit everyone in the office. We have recommended Arterra to a few of our friends and will continue to do so!
We have loved our time living at Arterra Place. The office staff are amazing and always willing to help. Maintenance staff are extremely responsive responding to our needs immediately. This is a very pet friendly place to live. Parking has never been a problem for us. We are able to park right outside of our apartment's front door. If we were not moving out of state we would definitely continue to live here for years to come. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a top notch place to live.
I love these apartments! The interiors are so nice, the staff is amazing and it's super close to my work! Christie helped me find the perfect apartment and was very patient with me. I am so glad that I rented here! I would definitely recommend!
Arterra Place apartments are in a really good/safe location with beautiful views of the mountains. They are located in a quiet neighborhood and I very rarely hear my neighbors, unless there are kids playing outside. The exterior is aesthetically pleasing and there are nice wood floors and granite countertops interiorly. I live in the smaller two bedroom with a roommate and the master bedroom is a good size with a huge bathroom and closet attached. My roommate has his own bathroom as well right next to his bedroom, which is convenient. It is great having a washer/dryer in the unit. The outdoor pool and hot tub are nice; although I think the hot tub could be a little hotter. The downsides of the apartment are there isn't a great amount of storage space; you have to pay extra for a garage for extra storage. Parking can get a little crowded, but management is working to mitigate some of the parking issues. The rent is high, but the Denver housing market is currently skyrocketing so that is somewhat to be expected. In the two bedroom model we chose there isn't a lot of counter space or cabinet space in the kitchen, which can be difficult at times. The management, staff, and maintenance crew are all wonderful and truly do anything they can to accommodate our needs. Overall I have really enjoyed living here.
The leasing staff is great. The maintenance team is great. Best apartment experience I've ever had. New complex. Wood floors & granite countertops.
I've lived at Arterra for several months now and I have to say that I love it. It's a newly built complex and I had moved (along with several other renters) when it was barely finished. Indeed, some grounds work was still going on. Units are new, which means everything is in a great condition. At first, it was a bit chaotic and even disorganized, but the crew at the complex, especially Nicholas Schloesser, gets it all well done. The crew are friendly and welcoming and they encourage you to make full use of what the complex has to offer: a pool and a hot tub, a recreation room, a barbecue patio, pool and bar area, and a movie room (rentable for a fee). Maintenance addresses issues in a reasonably timely fashion. It's a gated community and it's usually very quiet at night. Monthly rent is reasonable, considering the last year's soar in rental prices across the metro area. I'm dreading my renewal, at which time I'm counting my rent to go up - I hope I'm wrong. All in all, I would recommend living here, if you can afford it.
These apartments are brand new and it shows. The interior is very nice and the exterior is modern looking and attractive. Counter tops are granite and floors are nice. The apartments are generally pretty quiet. I can rarely hear my neighbors and believe me they make NO effort to keep themselves down. Parking is a little hectic, but they're taking steps to attempt to curb that and if I have to park a little further away when I come home at 9pm from the gym occasionally, I don't mind it much. The staff is pleasant and helpful and honest as far as I'm aware. Overall, a good place to live.
When we took this apartment we thought that everything was going to be perfect, after all they are brand new. I was wrong. First of all in the tour they tell you the pool is heated and when you are signing the contract they tell you, oh by the way you are paying for the heat we use to heat the pools, plus who knows what else. When you are signing the contract, at the end, they give you a list of things that you will pay when you move out, any scratches any single little thing you do, you pay. We have always gotten our deposits back from all of our apartments, but this one we doubt it. When we came into our brand new apartment our air conditioning was not working, and because everything is under warranty, they took 3 weeks to repair it. Bathroom sick was leaking, front door has a huge gasps where the air goes out to the hall way and they never fixed so I made a draft stopper, cause I'm not paying to get the hallway cool. In the walk through they tell you your stackable washing machine is full size, but the truth it only fills up half way. Because the hall way is closed, all of the cooking smells gather in the hall way. And with all apartments you can hear the neighbors talking, walking, and the dogs. It is a gated community, but one gate hasn't worked since we moved. The small one bedroom walking closet is a joke and the outside storage is small. The apartment windows only allow 1 small section of the entire window to be open, so no much ventilation if you choose to open the windows. One huge downfall is that they want to get as much money as they can from this complex that they built to many car ports and the parking is starting to fill up. On the other hand, they did give us a discount for all those days without air conditioner, the maintenance people are very friendly and the office staff is respectful. They did help us with some odd request that we had, like take out the closet door. Other than my problems, they usually do your maintenance request in a timely manner. The bathroom is a good space and it has a medicine cabinet. The kitchen is a little small but it is beautiful. The bedroom is big. Be warned, the apartment does look bigger in the pictures. So be warned, it is nice, most of the time it is quiet, but we are in front of a public school, let us see how that goes. Apparently the kids of the school did break one of the gates, and because of that they changed the gate system, but kids are kids and they love to do wrong things.
