Property Ratings at Artesa Village
My family and I just moved in here, very nice ,clean apartments. There where some issues with the apartment but Maintenance came the very next day to fix it all. Stephanie is a great manager she explained everything in detail. And yes there are a lot of rules but it's very understandable they do not want loud noises and or any rift raft going on due to previous unpleasant tenants they had. And the paper work was a breeze. It's very quiet and comfortable place to live, very affordable rent! I'd recommend this place very highly to live!
Noisy, dirty apartment. Paper thin walls. Oppressive rules with no privacy. Drunk neighbors and trash in the stairwells. I could go on. I cant recommend this place
Awful, awful, everything awful!! No privacy, monthly “filter changes,” constant inspections, guest not allowed more than 3 days, rude management, charged for maintenance issues, constant evictions (at least 30 in less than 1 year), management loses paperwork then accuses residents for not turning it in, 4 managers in less than two years, office is always closed, constant police presence (4+ police cars at a time), many unhappy residents.
The apartments are beautiful and comfy. The rooms are a bit smaller than regular apartments but my furniture fits perfectly. The management is very easy to deal with and extremely helpful with any situation you should incur. The surrounding property is well maintained and the property has a pond. The area is beautifully appointed with woods in the back and individual condos across the street. I am extremely happy to have found this property and one of the first occupants.
