Property Ratings at Artesia Big Creek
I have lived here for 3 years. While the apartment itself is very nice, along with the amenities, etc. there are some standout things that make this apartment complex very annoying to live in. First, it seems like every winter, we have a rash of early morning (1-3am) fire alarms. Last year, there were at least 30 false alarms over the course of a couple months. Forsyth FD confirmed this. Second, the courtyard echos like a cave, and when some of the residents decide it's fun to talk at 1am, it reverberates up to the 3rd floor, and you can hear them through your closed windows. I will give the office some credit, they did send out an email saying that loud activity during quiet hours is against the leasing agreement, but to no effect. While writing this, there are 2 people talking in the courtyard while smoking (also against the lease agreement). Third, I hope you like cramped parking garages, because we've got one. Massive trucks and SUVs stick out making it impossible for 2 cars to pass safely in some areas.
I have been at this apartment complex for three years. This year has been very impactful during the stay because of the wonderful staff. Karla is very friendly with the property staff and it’s the residents. This community has so many amenities that are great for the community.
They allow aggressive dog breeds Had 2 violent dogs attack me and my dog and these viscous dogs remain living here. They’re solution- nothing Multiple dogs off leash all the time Management has lots of turnover
We find this apartment on apartment.com and I instantly love it. My son and I went to view it, I was sad when I found out that the school district wasn't Alpharetta high. But Britney was very friendly and welcoming she went above and beyond and provide us with the list of schools. Thank you Britney you're an amazing person.

Poorly Insulated Property. You can hear every noise your neighbor makes. It doesn't matter if you are on the top floor. You can hear your neighbors next to you, too. No security here. Lots a road noise. I do not recommend.

If you are looking for a beautiful apartment, incredible amenities, close to shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities then you need to check out Artesia at Big Creek! Elaine and the entire office staff were incredibly helpful and made the leasing and move in process smooth and easy. We literally feel like we have moved into a 5 star resort! Artesia also has the extra safety and security features we were looking for in our apartment search. Truly a well designed and well run complex.

Wonderful apartment community in a quiet area with easy access to GA-400. Within walking distance to Halcyon and the Big Creek Greenway. The apartments and amenities show a great attention to detail and that the needs of the residents were at at the forefront of the design process. Koby did an amazing job during the tour, showing everything the community had to offer, and the entire staff has been wonderful to work with during the move-in process, making sure I felt at home. By far, the best leasing experience I’ve had in the area!

Living at Artesia is like living at a resort! Artesia is upscale, convenient and safe. It has every amenity you could imagine including covered parking, infinity pool and store room for bikes - with bike tools and pump! It's convenient to Halcyon, GA 400, the Greenway, Avalon, Alpharetta and Milton as well as the mountains to the north and Destin FL to the south. And Artesia is safe, with controlled access, double locks on entrance doors, security system, lighting, etc. The staff at Artesia is the best, always ready to help and asking if we need anything. We moved here from Charleston SC and thought Charleston was nice. Charleston is not evening close to living at Artesia and all that Atlanta has to offer.

Artesia is a great place to live! Artesia Big Creek is amazing! Just recently moved in and I absolutely love it here. The staff was very nice and Kobe worked with me to find the perfect fit.
