I love living at Artessa. I've been here 7 years. It's quiet, very clean and I love the office staff. I love the condo vibe. The location to Restaurants and shopping it's fantastic.
I like that the community has garage units. It is beneficial to have the added security that a garage provides. I like that the community is quiet and that they have some food truck events. It is a good opportunity to meet some of the other residents. The upgrade to the workout facility is appreciated.

I personally like living here because my home feels exactly like that so just like a home a townhouse. I feel we have a beautiful Community it feels private I like that people personalize their patios to make it feel like they are home. The community seems pretty tight-knit and everybody seems to be really friendly and helpful. I like that there's a lot of animals on site and people seem to really love dogs and cats here. I like that there's a lot of activities that take place and we have really nice amenities too in the property is really pretty.

Artessa apartments, the beautiful quiet. Well, maintain grounds, are enjoyable? The amenities are out of this world. The staff. It is profession and diligent. Best place to live at Artessa apartments.
The property is well kept and pleasing to the eye. I think maintenance needs a better turn around.
The community is well maintained and the staff has been great at getting my work orders addressed.
The only suggestion I have is to add an estimated time that the service visit will take place in terms of a date to the app. That would be helpful if it is going to take a few days before they can get to something, other than that, no suggestions.

I have had a great experience at Artessa. When I moved in and completed the move-in inventory, there were a few minor issues (lightbulbs out, doorbell not functioning). I noted them on the inventory and a work order was submitted within 30 minutes of me turning in the document. The doorbell was fixed the next day and the lightbulbs were replaced. I was pleased with how quickly and efficiently it was handled. Things go wrong no matter where you live, what matters is how well they take care of it, and in my case, things were taken care of very promptly. That is what matters.

We have enjoyed living at Artessa, it is beautiful and pet friendly. Most issues get resolved quickly. The cost to live is as always a pain point but has been worth the stay.

At first sight, lovely and enchanting. The area I'm in within the complex is quiet and the view is nice. Inside and out, Artessa is a nice place to call home.
Artessa is a beautiful property that is well manicured and the community here is very welcoming and friendly.
Have only moved in a little over two weeks ago and have not had the greatest experience. Although we got very good discounts on the rent like specials online, not having to pay a deposit due to income and other discounts due to job position. Online process was very easy and leasing. Agents were very helpful during the process. Everything seemed normal until move in day when apartment was not complete. The leasing agent was very helpful and apologetic and communicated with someone higher up to get us compensation, but still does not help the amount of stress being put out of an apartment for three days and still not having all of maintenance complete. Leased the apartment an entire month before, being in communication multiple times before the move-in day to be called when you are already moving with a truck full of things getting told that your apartment is not complete after having a walk-through the morning of. I will say that leasing agent emails back very quickly and is very helpful, but there is just a lack of communication with other aspects of the complex.

Extremely polite and professional staff assisted in move from out of state. Best parts for me are close parking and the daily trash pickup from my front door!

I’ve been living here for over 2 years it was my first apartment in Arizona and I have no plans on leaving. I love the way the property looks, the staff is so cooperative and nice. I feel as if they truly care about their residents. The pool is amazing and the fact it’s 24 hours is nice since I work a lot of nights I get to enjoy it when I get off of work and it’s quite. They are very pet friendly and they have little pop up stands that come and you can buy treats or food it’s very cool they are so supportive of small businesses. I plan on living here for as long as it stays affordable to do so.
The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The complex is inviting and offers a wonderful variety of ameneties. I appreciate that the office is open 7 days a week.

Beautiful and clean community in a desirable area, open floorplans and plenty of storage, updated interior, attached garage with direct access to interior, outdoor patio and resort style ammenities. Artessa is my home in every sense of the word. Home is where my heart is, Home is where my loved ones spend time with me. Home is where I feel safe and taken care of. Home is a beautiful sanctuary where I can relax and escape the hustle and bustle of this crazy life. I feel so blessed to call Artessa my home.

I’m so grateful to live in the Artessa community. It’s beautiful, well kept and the residents are sweet and respectful of one another. My apartment is perfect, although it is a small one bedroom, it feels much larger bc of the great layout. Having a garage connected to my apartment is amazing! This is a rare find in Phoenix.. The amenites are just a few steps outside my door and are well kept by the Artessa team and community residents. I also feel very safe when walking at night in my community. When my friends and family visit, they are blown away by all of the amazing things Artessa offers and say they want to live here too.

If there's one word that would describe Artessa, that word would be, "Paradise". The overall atmosphere of community is so wonderful. I've always enjoyed sitting in my living room feeling like this place is home. I've often enjoyed walking the beautiful green property and have met many nice people who are very neighborly. Moreover, I am very happy that management is professional and go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable! I lived here before and have come back because it has always been home It's a little piece of paradise that I appreciate.
