The staff at Arthouse are amazing! They are always so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The facility is always clean and maintained to a high standard. The pricing is always extremely competitive to surrounding complexes. Arthouse has been a very positive experience for us especially as first time renters.
Arthouse has been an amazing place to live. I love living next door to parks, stores, dining and activities. The other residents are awesome and everyone who works here has been helpful and kind. My apartment feels like home and I feel blessed to live here.
At 11a the FNG Eats vent starts up and it goes until 10:30p. It makes an amazingly annoying buzzing sound. We cannot sit outside, it’s just too loud. And we can’t get away from the noise in our apartment, it is so loud and constant. We would have NEVER moved in had we known about the noise problem.
The management is headache to deal with. The actual buildings are not well kept and the paint on the walls dont even match. Only move here if you want to overpay to live in a motel 6 atmosphere. The only good thing is the location. Other than that, Nothing positive. Stay away. There are newer apartments up the road in much better condition.
The location, parking, and overall layout of the apartments are great. But things in the apartment break down constantly. The kitchen sick doesn’t run cold water, the AC breaks down about once a month, each toilet in my bathroom have broken, the tank of one toilet even broke and the entire gallon of water busted onto the floor and the patio door leaks when a storm comes. I have put in a maintenance request for each of these problems at least 2-3 times and they just don’t come by. The toilet tank had a crack in it for 6 months which they wouldn’t fix until it finally gave out and poured everywhere. Overall the management is terrible. Don’t live here.

I have already recommended the Arthouse to my friends. The park around the corner is beautiful and you can walk to buy groceries. The area is very secure.
Getting very pricy for the amenities offered. Cheap vinyl floors that come off. Carpet coming off in hallway and elevators that break down all the time.
I would not have left the Arthouse if I were not seriously involved with someone that was unable to move from his residential location due to work. It made more sense for us to live where he is. I loved the community and everything around it!! Was the perfect experience.
We love our apartment in Arthouse! The location is 20 minutes to almost anywhere in DFW, and within walking distance of many Keller events and Tom Thumb. Every weekend there is a farmer's market just down the street. There are also many amenities available to the residents. There is a saltwater swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area with fire pit, a twenty four hour fitness center and the apartments are connected to about 15 miles of trails all through Bear Creek. The office staff is pleasant, polite, and are eager to address any of my concerns. Maintenance orders are taken care of by friendly and competent workers usually the day of the request. I could not ask for an apartment with a better location and service!

Would: Great response time from Maintenance personnel to service needs in my apartment. Office personnel are very personable, helpful, and responsive, as well. No problems since I've been here for over 2 years now.
Work is needed to preserve the reserved parting. Residents pay for covered parking yet no residents (pizza delivery, event attendees) use our assigned parking for their convience.
The halls and stairwells are not well maintained and give the impression of a low-class apartment block.
I believe improvements need to be made in the maintenance department

Neighbors are older and will call the cops on you for any reason after 12am. Paper thin walls, I can hear everyone's tv while walking down the hall. Office staff is rude and will drown in a rain storm if they held their noses any higher. The dump trucks wake you up at 9am 3 times a week. I work nights so that is a big problem, sounds like bombs going off. The elevator is constantly going down. Been locked out of my apartment due to the office changing my erasing my gate code on 2 days notice..on 4 of July week when everyone is out of town. Useless stores other than restaurants below it. The water pressure is a joke and there are leaks. Just a poorly built building. Save yourself some money and look elsewhere. I dont even have a ceiling fan in my living room......yeah....no.
I love my Arthouse apartment. Everyone has been super great to work with and I love the area!
