The Arthur on Aberdeen is a new building and has excellent amenities. The appliances in the units are new, and the units themselves are well designed. The gym is very spacious and has excellent equipment. The leasing staff is very helpful, responsive, and thorough when responding to queries. The building staff are also very helpful and friendly. The area surrounding the building is lively and there are a large number of restaurants nearby.

So far so good. Everyone has been very nice and the amenities are outstanding!! The gym has everything you can ask for no matter what your workout is. The community working area is perfect place to work from home. Also, the community area on the rooftop is great to relax in hot tub, get sun by the pool, or grill out on the coyote grills. The location of the building is excellent for any fun around Fulton market and west loop.

I love how quiet and peaceful the building is. The front desk staff is also very friendly and helpful. The amenities are also amazing. The gym is my absolute favorite! I am looking forward to more parking options for residents.

Great location and building. Very happy so far, move in March 27, 24. Much quieter than expected regarding outside noise. Amenities are great.

It has been smooth and easy move in and transition @ Arthur on Aberdeen. Especially it being a brand new building. Everyone has been so helpful. There were a few small maintenance issues that were taking care of immediately. Overall a wonderful experience.

Classy, Quiet, Friendly minutes of both Green Line and Fulton Market mania. The amenities are new and it's probably the best gym I've seen. I'm enjoying it.

At first glance, Arthur on Aberdeen seems fantastic with spa-like amenities and luxury. However, don't let the superficial charm deceive you; past the amenities lies a world of disappointment and frustration. Let's start with the units themselves. Despite the outward appearance of modernity, the reality is bleak. The construction quality is poor. The materials used are cheap and appliances are barebone. It's clear that corners were cut at every turn, leaving tenants to suffer the consequences of shoddy craftsmanship. Of course, the units are still nice, but for the price you are paying, it's criminal. Rent is just about fair compared to market rates, but for subpar living conditions, it's hard to justify. If you are willing to pay for great amenities, then go for it. If you want a nice unit, pass this property. And let's not forget about the leasing agents, who seem to have mastered the art of incompetence and rudeness. From their condescending attitudes to their complete disregard for tenant concerns, dealing with them is a nightmare in itself. It's as if they take pleasure in making the renting process as arduous and unpleasant as possible, leaving tenants feeling undervalued and disrespected. In conclusion, Arthur on Aberdeen is a prime example of style over substance. While the amenities may be impressive, the reality is far from glamorous. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a place to call home. Trust me, you'll thank yourself in the long run.
