If you decide to live here, prepare for your vehicle to be towed and you WILL pay the price of the tow amount over $400. They have the most outrage at parking policies and they don’t give two cents about it. Apartment are overly priced and be prepared to hear your neighbors every move. If you’re one who likes to have visitors, you might want to park outside the gate to avoid risk of being towed, even if you’re legally parked. Apartments are nice by sight but you’ll be ready to leave by the end of your lease guaranteed.

I am sorry that you had this experience here at Artisan Apartment homes. Upon move in all residents are not only advised verbally but they are also required to review and sign a move in addendums which stipulate all parking rules and policies. Our community also provides a total of 8 guest passes per month for each apartment home to be able to register their guest to park here on the property. The only time the tow company will tow your car is if you are not in compliance with the parking rules and policies that all residents have signed and agreed to. As far as any noise issues, our office team will immediately address any noise complaint brought to our attention along with providing our residents with courtesy patrol information for any after hour noise complaints. I lived here for 8 years, bad to worst. No parking available. Your car will be towed and the worst management could care less. Your packages will be stolen. Drug addicts roaming the hallways to see what they pick up, people following delivery trucks to steal packages, and management don’t care. Rent is too high for a place that is not what it seems. Worst place to live and even worst management.

Cars are only towed off our property if they are not registered. We also have 24/7 courtesy patrol that can be reached at 844-509--3806. They are at your disposal, please do not hesitate to use them.
Property management towed our car and we are residents and have our car registered with them. We had to pay to get our car back. Also, management does not do a good job with pest control. Spider webs and bugs all throughout the the stair wells and halls. Elevators are never cleaned. Wish I would have not rented here. As a previous property manager, this level of care for residents and the property is just terrible.

I'm but very disappointed with these apartments ! I felt so harass by them because I have never been to a apartment where they don't let me tour or rent a one bedroom apartment because of my 2 year old daughter ! That is so unbelievable how supposedly they have a rule where for 3 occupants I have to rent a 2 bedroom apartment like is only me and my husband and my daughter who is only 2 so how does that make us 3 if my daughter sleeps in the same room as her since she is still little to sleep by herself ! So they have poor customer service ! And I didn't feel comfortable or welcome there . It was honestly a waste of gas for me to drive there and not feel the welcome I deserve or expected ! It's not worth it to even rent here if that's how they treat people who are looking for a place to stay and tour and rent a one bedroom apartment ! That just feels unfair because no apartment does that ! So they really need to change the way they treat new people who are looking to rent !

When I initially moved in to the complex I complained about my carpets. During my lease I complained about the carpet, and told them since I keep paying to have the nasty carpet cleaned they should pony up and cover one of the cleanings since I got it dirty in bad condition. The manager Raina agreed, when I moved out "THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE CARPET" $420 of my deposit. I spoke with the manager Alma and she didn't even look in to my file before telling me basically oh well!!! My Jaguar was towed and cost me $450!! Roaches!!! Yes Roaches, and they dont have immediate fumigation set up. So you wait with the roaches for your appointment for days. They are all about taking your money, but not providing you with a home or treating you fairly!! Some office staff try but have to follow the leadership which is not concerned with you as a resident!!
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone simply because of the lack of security and safety within the apartment complex. There were several occasions where people broke into the garages within the apartment complex. People broke into the cars that were in the garages. Our garage was one that got broken into several times. I also witnessed someone breaking into the garage directly in front of my apartment and called the security patrol one and they informed me they no longer serviced that apartment complex anymore. As tendance we never got a notification that the security was changed or no longer being serviced at Artisan. It was unfortunate that it happened so many times because the place is beautiful but there is no proper security. There are several people within the office who are very friendly, helpful, and professional. However, some staff are not as professional and friendly which can make it difficult living there. There was a point that the floor was leaking water and in the end it was a construction flaw because the water was coming up from the floor and the carpet. The master bedroom's carpet smelled like mildew and I called the office to let them know. They did not come out till the next morning. I have to say there is one maintenance man whose older and will always the one who helped me when I put in a work order. In this situation with the leak he did help me. So the maintenance crew is good but the office staff needs to learn some more management and professional skills. I recommend getting a higher floor instead of the ground level simply because you can hear the neighbors above you if you are on the ground floor. Also, the complex will try to keep your deposit no matter what. For instance, no matter if you don't paint the walls or use thumb tags the apartment will keep the majority of your deposit. We didn't paint the walls or anything and in the end they charged $190 dollars for paint touch ups which made no sense. I would not trust this apartment complex, office staff, and the surrounding areas. I would also recommend another apartment complex because the surrounding neighborhoods are not good neighborhoods and there is a lot of crime.
I did find my apartment on Apartments.com. I loved the ad for it and still loved it when I saw it for real. Beautiful community, great neighbors and dog friendly. I don't have a dog but I love getting to meet them on property. Erica the manager and her team are very helpful and the maintenance team is great. We have amenities that make me feel like I live at a resort. I especially love the valet trash service. My apartment is beautiful and I'm so happy to live here. Ive been here for about 3 months and I'm very happy with my decision. I hope to stay here for years and years.
The staff is very helpful. The apartments rent I feel is on the high side for what you get. The landscaping is very nice, but I feel the grounds concrete could be kept cleaner. I have been here for almost a year and have talked to other tenants in the building and all of them say every year your lease comes due they raise it from $70.00 to $100.00/mo. and that is for a one bedroom. My rent started at $1,411.50/mo. Also, I hear no matter how much of a deposit you put down when you sign your lease it is all used up no matter how clean you leave it when you move, I feel they should allow for normal wear and tear. Over all not bad.g
This complex is by far one the nicest, friendly staffed & well kept communities I have lived in. Last summer my boyfriend & I moved cross country from Atlanta, GA to Southern California. We had no idea where we were going to live, but were in hopes to find an amazing place. We visited a few apartments around, which were very sub par. Then we stumbled upon 'The Artisans at Main Street Metro' and were instantly impressed. The leasing staff was so kind, courteous and helpful. They understood our urgency to find a place asap. From the cabanas, 2 spas at the pool, to the 2 story gym, outdoor fireplace, stainless steel grills & upgraded apartments we knew we'd fall in love. Now signing our second lease here, we knew our gut feeling was right about the Artisans! Each of the staff members knows us by name, constantly asking how things are going, treat our pets with love and respect, and are always so quick to fix any issues. I HIGHLY recommend this complex if you are in the market for an apartment lifestyle.
