Property Ratings at Artisan Oaks
At first it was exciting to move in because i like the floor plan. But had bad experiences especially when it comes to plumbing. Bathroom tub/toilet/sink issues.. kitchen sink/dishwasher issues, very inconvenient. Also, gym has an awful equipment, no picnic area, bbq area is an area where you pretty much disturb other tenants, no pingpong table ready for players. Dont be deceived by the photos. Bunch of trees though, which will make your patio dirty after cleaning it up lol.
Been living here for 2 1/2 years and it’s been great. Property is kept up with landscaping and always clean. The manager Veronica is great. She’s has a good attitude and always listens to any request or concerns I have. The maintenance guys are and always get things done. I have amazing neighbors. So far my plan is to stay here until I can.
Had a pretty decent experience until I moved out and noticed I was charged $400 of the deposit. $150 for damage to the kitchen that was listed on our move in register, and $250 for cleaning fees that are against the law. In our year living there we saw 3 different managers, the latest just hung up on me after I called to ask for evidence of the apartment needing $250 in cleaning fees. We will now have to mail the corporate office as they do not respond to phone calls, presumably because this is common practice for their properties. Avoid this place...
We have lived here for two years and love it. Nekole and Martha are great – they do all they can to help the residents be happy. The corporate office isn’t as bad as the other reviewers make them out to be. If you follow their procedures and go through the right channels (rather than just calling them right out) they are very willing to listen and work with you. Pros: The apartments are well-maintained, and the grounds always look pristine. We have fantastic neighbors, and all the managers and staff are excellent. The maintenance staff is really awesome – they are always smiling and will explain to you what is wrong and what you need to do/not do if you ask them. The complex is nice and quiet, but there are also lots of children there for your kids to play with. The apartments are in a very nice neighborhood, with plenty of parks nearby. The rooms are nice and big. In the master bedroom we fit our queen-size bed and my husband’s very large desk and still have plenty of room to walk around. Cons: We did have a few leaks, but the maintenance staff are amazing and got the leaks fixed as quickly as possible. We also often have low water pressure in the shower in the mornings, which was annoying, but if you took a shower early or late enough it has nice water pressure. The only other bad thing about the complex is that there is very little storage space, but the closets are nice and huge so you can store a lot of stuff there. Overall, it is a great complex and we love living there. It’s a great location with very well-maintained apartments. Plus, you can’t beat the price!
