Property Ratings at Artisan Station Apartments
I really wish I was not writing this. In the beginning the staff was amazing to me and my lil family. We were super pleased. I have been at ASA for about 4 years. In the last 6 months, my upstairs neighbors have used illegal drugs on their patio… are extremely noisy… ( trust me you will hear your upstairs neighbor) and nothing can be done about it. All that was offered was that WE move to another unit. I pay for moving… I turn my world upside down and they get to keep smoking off their “ extended part of their apartment” I asked to speak to someone at corporate and they refuse to call me. They refuse to help me. So in the mean time, I can’t open my windows or enjoy my patio in fear my 5 year old will inhale smoke. Not only that, good luck finding a parking spot. They “ require” tags, yet don’t enforce it. Some cars haven’t been moved in a year. The cockroach problem is disgusting, they did just paint the buildings which is nice.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a resident with us for the past four years. We’re truly sorry that your recent experience hasn’t lived up to the positive relationship we’ve had in the past. Please know that we’ve taken your concerns seriously, and while we did offer to transfer you to another unit, we understand that’s not the ideal solution. We are actively working on resolving the issues with your neighbor. In the meantime, we will continue to address the parking and pest concerns to ensure the community is a comfortable place for all residents. If you'd like to discuss this further or have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at (678) 967-4188. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
The apartments are not very sound proof, so I hear my upstairs neighbors, and there are also many people with noisy cars. Also, it is difficult to get enough parking passes for guests.
I loved my visit with the community. The Manager and Leasing staff was awesome. My husband and I are downsizing and need more space, that is the only reason that we did not read. I was definitely sold on the Professionalism, Kindness and customer engagement that everyone received.
I've lived at Artisan Station for over 3 years with my family of six, and what stands out to me is how responsive the management is to requests and constructive feedback. For one thing, maintenance issues are attended to within a day of submitting requests. Also, in response to a recent community survey, they now have a dedicated person cleaning up litter and other debris...making it the kind of community I want to raise my family in.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this great 5-star review! We are so happy to hear our community has been a great place for you and your family. We appreciate the support we receive from residents like you, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team if you need anything. Thanks again!
It's a quiet and clean community. The apartments truly provide the luxury feel while still giving a strong sense of home.
Upon investigating other communities I have noticed that others tend to be lacking the nice features Artisan Station offers. One is most definitely this: I've observed other properties the gate well its capable of allowing other vehicles to "sneak through" that to me is UNACCEPTABLE and their gates stay open half the time. With Artisan Station that is not even a concern. I am a single female and I feel safe knowing that not just anyone (example just any regular civilian)can just come in and walk the property other than tenants, proper authorities like fire, police, ambulance, amazon, fedex etc can enter the property without permission from the Tennant. The gate is properly timed not allowing "sneak throughs" which is #1 important to me.I truly admire our property for this and with that a #1 factor I rate ArtisanStation a 5 star rating.
The management does not care about their residents. They only care about renting the apts but will rent an apt to people with kids above an older couple. We moved in and thought the apt was so nice but then the people who moved in above us moved in a couple weeks after we did and it has been total HELL since then. I contacted management multiple times and they acted as if we were so annoying and Janelle had a condescending attitude. They filed a dispossesory notice on us on the 10th and locked us out of paying the rent since the 7th. we were 7 days late and were told we had to come to the office. We own a business and money is not a problem for us but we had to stay away from our home we were renting because we were avoiding the noise from upstairs and could not make it to the office during office hours and were planning on paying that Saturday the 11th but they were closed. They played nasty with us because of the legitimate complaints we had about the neighbors blasting music and letting their kids run around like it was a baseball field. To top things off the neighbor had a broken foot and added a wheel chair and cast to the equation that amplified the already crazy noise from upstairs. We could not sleep in peace and could not stay at our home for this over priced apt!!!

Ita a nice clean and quiet area and the other residents are nice and courteous.
I always get a fast response to my work orders each time and they do their best to assist.
We lived there for 5 years and just moved out. They are trying to charge me $1800 for normal wear and tear. I’ve heard from other residents that this is a normal process. Dog poop is everywhere. You have to pay additional to park in your own complex. You pay extra for daily trash pickup but you’re going to get skipped twice a week. Constant apologies but no corrections. Bugs galore inside apartment. If this is your type of living, good luck!
I already have recommended my community to everyone I come into contact with. I absolutely Love this community and want to see it thrive and prosper for the future.
Everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly and eager to help and make things easy.
This community is so wonderful to live in. I'm so proud and honored to live here.
Professional and attentive service. I feel like I am an individual and not a number.
I've been looking for an apartment for about a month and a half and have seen a lot and have interacted with leasing agents in the office this was one of the best I have had.
Staff is always responsive to requests in a timely manner and strive to accommodate needs of residents.
Definitely a positive that the office staff is so friendly and helpful! They are awesome people!
I would recommend it because the apartments are very nice size, and have good features. I think they need to be brightened up a bit but I get that's hard to do. I would not because of the pot, dog waste, and disrespectful tenants that permeate the community. It's very much weighing on me now because I take good care of my dog, I don't smoke, anything, and I am extremely respectful of everyone else's rights. If someone I knew wanted to live here, I would tell them to be ready for difficulty with noise and dogs.
Friendly office and clean and peaceful living experience
The process of searching for the right apartment was seamless, easy, and very informative with the staff. Nermin and Janelle have been amazing.
The apartment is lovely, I would for sure recommend to friends and family in the area!
yes
The staff is absolutely helpful & the property feels very homely.
I think the apartments are beautiful, well maintained, service is prompt, and concerns are handled fairly well.... the ONLY thing I did not like was the parking arrangements and how guests have to park so far away and have to have a parking permit printed every time they come to visit. Doesn’t make for a very pleasant experience when having guests over.
Artisan has always fully satisfied my needs and what I expected from them.
It is a nice community with spacious three bedroom apartments!
Best community all around! From amenities, to staff, community, top rated schools, and location.....Artisian Station is the place to be!
I am an retired music professor/a free lancer musician and I din't have much time to take care my surroundings. My 6 month experience at Artisan Apt. has been more than what I had expected. All the assistance from Artisan apartment makes you feel like you are at home. They take care and respond all your requests in next hour or next day and make sure you are satified with their work. Team work by administrative and maintenance crew is fantastic. You couldn't ask for more. They work together to support your comfort, and the satisfaction level is high in most cases. Alk the hours I spent to find the best home before moving in paid off. I strongly recommend to new friends. Good luck!
The appearance of the community has gone way down since when I first moved in- more trash littering grounds, landscaping not kept up, different caliber of residents, poor parking. Don't feel like what I pay equals what I get. Maintenance requests being met is my TOP praise - these issues are ALWAYS handled in a timely and professional manner.
Would not recommend to someone who would prefer consistent parking by building and would be bothered by outside and neighbor sounds.
No covered parking. Garage cost is too expensive. Super nice apts and people though.
Trip is great he did not get my request until two hours had passed,L had to listen to a beeping smoke detector all night part of the next day and with no sleep.I told them manager this because of my high blood pressure.
Great looking community and great interaction with the leasing professional.
I would recommend this apartment complex because the staff is very friendly and courteous, and the apartments are very nice.
I'm coming up on 2 years and just feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly and staff is always great. One of the few places I've lived where there isn't a lot of turnover.
My family and I have been very happy here for a few years.
Without a doubt!! It’s a great community, by the looks of it, maintenance works really hard too!
Love the apartment and the complex. It's in a more secluded area and the lighting is great. It's a very safe complex and I'm extremely happy with my decision to lease here. Tamara is a massive asset to the office team and makes the whole move-in process easy, and she's quick on her email responses.
This was my first maintenance request, the service/maintenance responded in a very timely manner, left a copy of my request printed on my island showing the work had been completed, and the front office followed up with a phone call to make sure my maintenance request was fulfilled.
The friendly staff that always give their full and undivided attention to what you need.
This community is very clean and safe. Front office is always extremely friendly and courteous. Maintenance team is awesome.
I would recommend the apartment community because of the welcoming staff, the amenities, the beautiful apartments, and the amazingly quick time work orders are completed.
The walls are way too thin & parking is not favorable because if you come in after like 7pm you have to park buildings away from yours.
Artisan Station is comfortable, safe, positive, friendly, beautiful, well run, conveniently located, economically priced.
I am not sure if I would feel completely comfortable recommending the community to my friends as I know their expectations are pretty in line with mine.
A little bit noisy, sometimes we can hear the people walking above my apartment
I love living at Artisan Station. It had been 20+ years since I'd lived in an apartment...and expected the worst. The staff is super friendly and responsive to requests, and I feel safer than when I lived in my last house. As long as I'm renting...this is my home.
The surrounding community was very nice and quite. Everything you need is right at your finger tips.
It's a well origanized and designed community with lots of friendly people. However, limited parking.
The community is very well kept and I feel safe. The gates seem to always work which never has had happened anywhere else I have lived. The facilities are clean and I'm happy with my place
