Artist Square Apartments

You will have roaches. The so called pest control that comes through just sprays stuff, that does nothing. The trash chute gets backed up and trash is just left sitting out. Management is all over the place and inadequate.

Artist Square located in the historic Castleberry area of Atlanta it is a great place to call home! The complex is exceeding in cleanliness and amenities.Conveniently centered around city living, while still secured in safety.

I am very big on customer service and speedy services ! The leasing office at Artist Square is very friendly ! And Cedric from maintenence is always there when we need him ! Everybody that lives here is friendly. Did I mention the floor plans ? All different but all uniquely goregous!

I LOVE MY NEW APT! THE BUILDING IS WELL KEPT PARKING DECK IS CLEAN AND MY NEIGHBORS ARE WONDERFUL!! ALSO ITS THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR ME DUE TO THE FACT ALL THE RECORDING STUDIOS ARE NEAR AND THATS MY LINE IF WORK.

One of the things I value most about living here is the management. The management here is truly like no other. I've lived in many different apartment complexes and management is not always up to par let alone the maintenance, but here they excell in these areas, which are to me, very important when looking for a place to call home. I feel safe being that they have secured entry and nightly security staff. They have events and are always keeping us informed of all that goes on on the property. I truly love living here. And I just can't say enough about the management staff, where ever they go I want to follow, they are truly one of a kind.

Greetings: I have been a resident at Artist Square Apartments for the past two years, and I love every minute of it. It has been a blessing to me because of the convenience of the location, diverse neighbors who are pleasant and respectful. In additon, the staff are excellent at what they do. They treat me as if I'm a true friend and not just a resident. The staff always go the extra mile when I should have a concern. I really like the fact that they are very transparent with the information pertaining to our community. I must mention that the staff often conduct special funtions for the residents. Lastly, new floors were instaled on each floor bringing out even more character to the building. The new flooring are an excellent decorum. I really feel that I live in the best community and is serviced by the best staff. I look forward to being a long invested resident at Artist Squre Apartments. Thank you,

I have lived here five years and have never had any problems. Maintenance gets things done in a timely matter. The Manager is the Best. I must say that I have really enjoyed living here. I take full advantage of all the amenities. If you are looking for an awesome place to stay, you just found it.

I'm most concerned with safety. I feel very safe living here at Artist Square. I love the fact that we have on site security checking the grounds, and a on site police officer as a resident. He is able respond and do follow ups with any and all incidents that may occur on the property. We haven't experience any of the serious crimes that may occur at other apartments. " Knock on Wood" In addition, the staff are all very professional and friendly. This was my deciding factor for selecting Artist Square as my place of resident. I'm completely satisfied, and I would recommend this community who wants to live some where that is safe, and has the upgraded amenities.

I searched weeks for the perfect apartment. I stumbled across Artist Square. Immediately I liked the curb appeal, location and exterior of building. The office staff was extremely pleasant. The units were built as condos so there's plenty of bells and whistles...the rental rates were out of my price range~ but the office manager convinced me this was an awesome community and she was correct...I've been a resident for two years and the office staff is still amazingly professional, always informative via email on all events or problems. I have absolutely no complaints. This community is truly a diamond in the rough...

Living at Artist Square is awesome! Beautiful condo, excellent location, and the office manager is great! I lived here before, moved out, and came back. You won't find a better place to live with all of the amenities in Atlanta for this price. (I'm not sure what the other reviewer was talking about with not getting notification about the pool. First, it is the City of Atlanta that determines when the pool can open. Second, we were told of the progress repeatedly. I guess she/he didn't check her/his email for pool updates or didn't pay attention to any of the clearly marked and posted signs about the delay of the pool this year.)

The Apartments are really nice but the staff is less then inadequate. There is a lack of communication and office manager doesn't show any sense of urgency around servicing tenants. Example: Service request take 3 days to get a reply, and today is July 8 and the pool isn't open and we haven't received any communication.
